Great spot to have some drinks and watch the NLDS outside! Sure we had to walk in to get our drinks, but the bar is large and the service was exceptional!! Fabulous spot for some beers and to enjoy the game!

The wife and were looking for a place to eat. We just pick this place glad we did. We got there just before happy hour ended and our waiter got our order in before happy hour, which was super helpful. Our waiter was super friendly and awesome. The place got a cool laid-back vibe. Had a bunch of TVs on sports. The food was super yummy. My beer was delicious. Great happy hour prices would highly recommended if you're looking for a happy hour. Cheers

Love the vibe and the smell. The smell was earthy and fresh. None of us could place exactly what could make the smell, but it was pleasant and fitting. The interior and exterior were relaxed and cozy. Service was attentive and friendly. Drinks--lavender lemonade--great. Smoky Old Fashioned--amazing. In my experience, the smokiness is an effect upon receiving the drink but wears off. Not the case here...the smell of the drink was smoky like a campfire throughout. Really well done. The Mexican Martini that "we're known for" was not great for me. It was SO tart, which means fresh lime juice (appreciated) but little else could be tasted (not appreciated). I was looking forward to the olive juice and tequila. I could barely taste anything but the permanent puckering my mouth was doing. Brisket tacos--they were a hit. One person ordered them as they come with all the fixings. The other a meat and cheese only. Not a crumb left over. French Dip--I have concerns. The au jus was a gravy..not juice. Nope. I was not down with that. They brought me another cup telling me this was the right one...still a grey cup of roux. The sandwich was good! Soft bread, tasty caramelized onions. Needed more bite with the horseradish. We loved the fried pickles! They were very crispy and not too juicy.

We were just walking about looking for a place to drink and came across this place. I wasn't a fan of it. It just gave me really odd vibes. Im assuming they were locals because everyone seemed to know one another, didn't give off the friendliest of looks our directions. Aside from that, a few of our drinks were tapped. Which is understandable because it was around midnight. The restroom had seen better days for sure. On the bright side it was super spacious and had a lovely outdoor area. The drinks were all really cheap as well. Drafts ran about five bucks and other drinks were about 8-12 dollars during happy hour which is super affordable. Outside of those hours, it cost another dollar or two. So you won't break the bank. There's also football specials during the season the bartender was telling me. Nothing really about this place is encouraging me to come back and visit when I'm in town in a few weeks. Not my vibe but maybe it's for you!

The food was good and the drinks were even better! The soft serve margaritas were everything I hoped for and more .

The burgers and fries and wings were fine. We didn't get "smoky" from the smoked wings though. The service was ok. There's plenty of patio seating. The old fashioned was a good pour but presentation was lazy. It's not a rum and coke. I don't need 25 ice cubes! It was surprisingly well made though. The service was fine.

Wow! The Mexican Martini was the bomb. The steak outstanding and the service was on point.

I was staying nearby and walked over here to have dinner. I sat at the small bar inside. I was taken care of and the food was really good. I had a nice conversation with the lady next to me and with the bartender. Looks like a fun place to hangout, especially on the outside patio. I started with a nice glass of wine. It was near the end of the bottle so the bartender topped we off with another half glass a bit later in the meal. I had the Fried Dill Pickle Chips: Battered dill pickle chips with chipotle ranch. These were really good. The dressing was a bit spicy but had a good flavor. The pickles were nicely fried, not greasy. I then had the Chicken Tacos: Grilled chicken, pickled peach, grilled corn, lettuce, red onion, salsa verde, served on corn tortillas. These were really tasty too. A really nice meal!

Food was great. I had their pork belly tacos. I was expecting mini ones but to my surprise it was the big ones. Flavorful and the pork belly was tender. Also got the dip trio and was also delicious. Cocktails a plus. Service was great. Our server kept coming back to check on us and recommended food options. Very friendly. Ambiance was a vibe. Music was great. Really enjoyed sitting outdoors. Will definitely be back for more.

So maybe our severe hunger played a role but This place hit. We got here right before the kitchen was gonna close (so sorry guys, it's my friend's fault cuz this bitch always takes a godamn century to do her hair), but we placed our orders and got our food pretty quick. It was fucking good, got the veggie grilled cheese and that was probably the first vegetables I had in like 2.5 days. Definitely the least cheesy grilled cheese I ever ate, but I don't really have an issue with that. Ranch was fire. Fries were gOOD! My friend the omnivore got a southwest grilled chicken sandwich, she fucked with it. The patio was nice. Loved the giant statue of olives on the roof, just staring at me. This place served, I got no complaints.

Closest sports bar to the JW. Went there after an early afternoon UT game to catch the night games. Ordered the brussle sprouts, fish tacos and mexican martini. The mexican martin is a margarita that is served in a shaker with ice. Nice touch, it stayed cold and was made well. The brussel sprouts were good, the chili sauce had enough heat but was a little on the sweet side. It became too sweet toward the end. The fish tacos were also good. The fish was fried perfectly, the heat was good with the jalapeño it needed a little balance from a sweet standpoint. I added some of the brussles with chili sauce and they were real good.

Coming from California, this was my first time trying this restaurant here in Austin -- and wow, it did not disappoint! Hands down, the fries were crispy and delicious, setting the tone for the whole meal. I ordered the brisket sandwich, and let me tell you -- it didn't miss a beat. Juicy brisket, perfectly sauced, with melted cheese layered just right. The size was perfect -- filling, but not over the top. Drinks were priced well, and so was the food overall. This place is a win across the board. I'll definitely be back again

They had no issues when taking our second round order while we were seated, but we were asked to leave the table immediately after. This round also took forever and we drank it standing, crowded, in everyone's way. I was embarrassed as it was my birthday, and I was taking a group of 7 other people - new to Austin - here to check out what was one of my favorite spots. I was bragging about it and chose it over other spots on their list. They hated it. I'm disappointed. Our server was great to us and apologetic about the service bar.

There are some tables, and big comfy couches around a coffee table in the middle of the bar which is where we sat. I had one of their happy hour cocktails that was similar to a creamy espresso martini, and they are 50% off on happy hour days/times! My friend got one of their floral cocktails which wasn't discounted but I LOVED it personally. I also got a strawberry matcha drink (non alcoholic) that was a little too sweet in my opinion; I finished it but wouldn't get it again. Overall though the cocktails and vibe in there are worth a visit alone! When it's not too hot, the area outside has little mini-chandeliers and is also very vibey.

I usually only go to coffee shops to work, but today, went on a coffee date with my dog instead. There's ground floor parking in the garage that's complimentary for two hours. I kept it simple with a vanilla latte. I noticed they had tacos at the bottom of the food menu, but at $13.25 for two tacos + an a la carte item, I decided to pass. Maybe my expectations were too high (as usual) because it's inside a hotel, but I was hoping for the kind of warm hospitality hotels are known for, but instead, the service felt a bit cold. It didn't exactly make me want to spend more money there. While sitting on the patio, I spotted the food truck outside and thought, "PERFECT. A food truck HAS to be cheaper. Take that Simona's!" I walked up to the window... only to find out it wasn't actually a separate food truck. It was just the pickup window. To order? I had to go back inside to Simona's and place my order with the delightful staff... I ended up ordering two Blue Migas tacos, and honestly, they were just... good, but nothing memorable. They tasted like your average breakfast tacos that you can find all over Austin for less. Despite loving how relaxing the outdoor patio is with its lucious greenery surrounding you and the beautiful French chairs and cafe tables, it's located right next to the hotel pool. If you're visiting on a summer afternoon, expect some extra noise with pool guests. If you're looking for a quiet coffee or a place to work, I'd recommend coming early in the morning instead.

The bartender claimed I was drunk and cut me off anyway. I was at the bar talking to a girl while waiting to get a drink (the wait was long because the service is very slow, despite the bar not being very busy at all). She was clearly into me, and the bartender kept jumping in trying to talk to her too (instead of doing his job making drinks). He was doing all sorts of things to try and flirt with her and make her laugh: pulling out and showing her buckets of pre mixed cocktails, running and sliding under the bar, etc. She was engaging with both of us , and right in the middle of that, I get cut off out of nowhere. No explanation other than claiming I looked drunk, which I very clearly wasn't. It felt very clear what was going on--he wanted me out of the way. I left and asked the bouncer on my way out if I seemed drunk. This was literally two minutes later. He said no, not at all, and asked me why I would even ask that. I then told him exactly what happened and asked him to let the owner or whoever was in charge know about this extremely unprofessional conduct so they can discipline the bartender. His response was that the bartender has discretion to cut anyone off, and let me know the bartender is supposedly married so he couldn't have been flirting with any of the customers. Well, sounds like his logic is flawed--not only COULD he flirt with his customers, he WAS, and was therefore cheating. I hope his wife finds out. This is perfectly representative of Austin customer service lately and not normal in other places. I was in Tampa for an entire month earlier this year and this would've been unthinkable there. I'm not coming back.
