Solid visit. Everything food and staff wise, is as it should be…read more Manager was present training employees at the register and helping guests along the way. Made sure to say hello to me and everyone else. Food was hot and fresh. I don't know what it is about this place but I freaking love it. That Cane sauce is like freaking crack, the skinny crinkle fries are the perfect crunchy, and the tenders are sprinkled with something magical, I swear... It's loud as hell in there, and the music is eclectic to say the least. I actually love that part as you hear some funky stuff. Caught myself dancing in my seat as I ate them tasty little tenders. What wasn't that great is it was extremely cold inside with all of the ceiling fans just cranking just to stir the chilly air! One last gripe that really made me decide on four stars. It's slick as ice in the floor. I am a bit disabled these days and about bit it in the bathrooms. '24- 88/101

As a long-time frequent customer of Raising Cane's in Ridgeland, MS, I thought I knew their values…read more But on today, which is a super hot (its in July) they chose to lose my business over a mere drop of water, revealing their true corporate greed and utter lack of customer care. I came through the drive-thru, paid for my meal, and moved to the second window. When I decided to purchase a cup of water for $0.25, I struggled to reach my change. With a line of people behind me, I searched and searched while the window agent just stared, utterly indifferent. It struck me how absurd it was to spend my money at an establishment so unwilling to offer a simple courtesy drink while I fumbled for change. They preferred to inconvenience waiting customers and let me grow frustrated over a measly $0.25 rather than say, "Ma'am, as a courtesy, we'll offer you a small cup of water this time." I spend $50.00 to $70.00 here most weeks. Yet they couldn't offer a small courtesy water. I asked for my money back, deciding I no longer wanted to support them. The manager walked up and snarkily responded, "Do you THINK we're just going to GIVE YOU WATER?" His tone was particularly nasty. THIS ESTABLISHMENT WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ME. EVER. It's appalling how some restaurants in Mississippi treat people so poorly. I'm amazed they stay in business. Thankfully, places like this serve cheap, unhealthy, fattening, and overpriced food, making the decision to stop patronizing them all the easier.

Rustic little spot near the corner of West and George St. I always thought it was strictly a bar, which probably accounts for me never eating here before. Only one guy worked the dining room but he did a good job for the most part. I ordered the Old Tavern Burger with the house cut fries. I asked if they really were house cut and he told me they cut them when ordered. My food didn't take long to come out and everything was piping hot. When I saw the shine on that bun and felt how soft it was, I knew I was in for a treat. This was one of the best burgers I've tasted. The patty was fresh and well seasoned and not dry at all. The fries made me super happy, as they were not only fresh cut but seasoned as well. While I was eating, two guys from the kitchen came out to check on everyone to ensure everyone was enjoying their food. My first visit won't be my last!
