First we asked for water to start Waiter eventually brought water no ice about 2/3 full. We ordered soup I had hot and sour My wife had wonton soup ($6.95) for a CUP Mine came out hers didnt waiter said it had to be made "special" when hers came my wife tried and imediately said this is terrible! She passed it over and insisted I try! Omg Soapy dishwater tasting broth (almost like a crappy miso.... We had pan fried porstickers which were fine My wife ordered chicken with broccoli I asked waiter if I could get the chicken with broccoli in a garlic sauce he said "no the chef would get angry if he asked" He suggest to get the chicken in ginger garlic sauce... I asked (because I'm diabetic) "what vegtables Came in that dish" he said Corn and a bunch of other veggies... so I ordered that... My wife's food came out and was 'ok' Mine followed about 5 minutes later Not ONE single vegetable!! Chicken a few mushrooms and a ton of PASTA... omg 80% pasta (which as a diabetic is your worst enemy!!! Worse the ginger garlic sauce had no flavor.... Oh yes I almost forgot the waiter asked us while ordering "do you both want white rice?" He brought us both a clump of sticky 'rice ball' And charged us both extra $$ on top of the $16.95 and $17.95 that we each spent on our plates!!!! What Chinese restaurant charges extra for white rice? Being diabetic I knew I wouldn't eat much if any... Anyway we paid for Everything even the soapy soup!!! $60 -$40 coupon Yuck Yuck Yuckooo One and done!!!! Couldn't get out of there fast enough.... Trust me**** Skip this one folks

He was curt and rude to us and we even heard him speaking rudely to other staff (possibly the chef). He even suggested that another party go elsewhere for dessert, because he didn't think what they offer is good (!)... When he came to our table to take our order he just stood there and said okay - not what can I get for you, or anything remotely polite. He also seemed to be in a hurry the entire time, despite it not being busy. It was easy to hear him questioning other staff in the back about their scheduling for the rest of the day, as if he was too important to be there. This restaurant would be nothing without the women preparing the food, and they should be respected by everyone working there.

When I mentioned to the manager that I thought I had been mis-charged, he said "Oh the price online is a mistake. It should be $18. We charge $12 for the dumplings and the broth is extra" and he left it at that. When I asked if they were going to do anything to fix this, he said, "Yeah, I have to speak to my IT guy" . No apology, no offer to adjust the problem in any way. The food here is usually decent and I hate to knock a local restaurant but their customer service is not good.

Takoyaki, coconut buns, popcorn chicken, avocado eel sushi and mochi. Sadly mochi by the time I got to it was slightly melted but thats okay I still ate them it was my fault for being obsessed with the coconut buns I reaally liked those. Also really liked the fact the Bubble tea was customizable, I had been craving a good tea I hadn't had accessibility to for sometime. Pricey... eh probably not I ordered alot, surprised it came in a pretty nice bag, got here in good time. Would I order again? Oh I think there are quite a few items I'd like to get again.

I was so excited to try this place! But my experience unfortunately was so sad! Let's start with…read morethe positives. It was clean and cute inside. The duck wrapped in scallion pancakes was the best thing we ordered! Delicious! The second best thing was the Taiwanese popcorn chicken, also very tasty. The edamame were edamame. The spicy dumplings were alright, the filling didn't really have enough flavor to be discernible above the chili oil coating the outside. They were tossed with fresh cucumber which was really nice. Okay, here's the tea on the bad stuff. It was really slow for a weekend night. The service was all over the place. They seem to just all work the room but there is no assigned server to your table so they have no idea what is going on. We were all served waters with our other drinks, but unfortunately one of the water glasses was broken. We gave it back to one of the servers who apologized but never came back with a new glass of water, or the additional drink someone else from our party asked for. Another server couldn't speak English which caused many other issues. We were approached several times to order food from different servers. They tried to take our menus away after ordering appetizers. Many more shenanigans ensued, it was honestly a mess. I ordered the biang biang noodles. I had to ask both servers the same questions about my meal because nobody was talking to each other and I got two completely different answers. I decided to accept the risk and order this dish anyway. I wish I hadn't, it was legitimately awful. The small slices of beef were stone cold and were inedible. There was no meat at all, it was just grizzle. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. It was like trying to chew on rubber. Awful! I pushed all the meat to the side of my dish and tried to eat around it. One of the servers asked me if I wanted a box. I told her that the meat was disgusting and just to pack the few noodles I had left on the plate. She just said "oh sorry." The ramen dish had 2 of the thinest slices of pork loin that I have ever seen! They might as well have been cold cuts. And both of those were mostly fat. They were roasted and served untrimmed. And thats all the meat that came in the Tonkotsu ramen dish, besides the 2 slices of fish cakes. What are we on rations guys?? They are very stingy with the protein here. When a place starts cutting food quality and has no self awareness of service quality you know a restaurant is struggling financially or you have an absentee owner situation. I tried to pay a portion of our meal with a gift card and the server couldn't figure out how to do that so she said that they do not accept gift cards. I paid the bill with my credit card and headed for the door. As we were walking out the door, she ran up to me and said "oh we accept gift card, my manager show me how. You can pay gift card when you come again!" I said okay and walked out the door laughing. Don't worry! We will never be back again!

Everything is made fresh to order from the thick, hand-pulled noodles, dumplings, and scallion pancakes. Ordering is quick and casual. You place your order at the back right counter when you walk in (for dine-in or takeout), and the cashier also acts as your server. If you order a noodle soup, they'll ask if you want green onions and/or cilantro. After that, just grab any open table and relax. We ordered a variety of dishes. Appetizers: Scallion pancakes: (3/5) nice crispy pancakes with scallions. Dumplings with pork and leeks: (3/5) tender dumplings filled with pork and some leeks Spicy stewed beef noodle soup: (4/5) thick hand pulled noodles in a savory broth topped with vegetables like bok choy and mushroom and some tender beef Hot and sour vermicelli soup: (4/5) very tangy savory broth with tender vermicelli noodle and ground pork. Medium spicy level Biang Biang noodles with pork: (4/5) their signature hand-pulled noodles are sautéed in a medium spicy sauce with pork. Overall this place hits the spot for an authentic Chinese meal without the glitz and glamour.
