This is the third year we have taken our middle school students to Celebration Station, and our visit gets better every year. This year, Vicki Johnson was at the helm, and checking in was much more organized than in previous years. The pizza is fairly good, not gourmet, but tolerable, and very plentiful. It was perfect for hungry middle schoolers. VERY IMPORTANT the dishes were clean, if not totally dry from spins through the dishwasher. CLEAN dishes are a must, and DRY dishes are even better, so that is an area where they could improve. Another thing that would be great is to include some dessert pizza on the buffet. Celebrations Station offers endless drinks, and endless rides, if you can hack the unavoidable lines! There were more adult workers than in previous years, and they seemed to have a more positive work ethic and friendly treatment of customers. We will definitely visit Celebration Station again, and hope to find that the business is continuing to improve its service to the community! read more

They say it's an 1 hour for the 30 dollars in the batting cages but it's keep saying it Insufficient tokens so it was only like 25 minutes .... I don't recommend buying 30 dollars ...not Worth it read more

Went to the Halloween Event last thursday for the costume contest and unlimited buffet and had a great time. They were alittle slow at bringing out all the pizza's but other than that I loved the set they had at the front for the costume contest. All in all my family had alot of fun:) read more

Fast go Karts. Employees could use some customer service skills but were sufficient.

This place is total crap, the service is terrible and everything is disorganized also they took 3 hours to call us to get our food. Never coming back again. And you shouldn't waste your money. read more

I'm a youth pastor who has had overnight Lock In's at Celebration Station for the past 8 years, including one just last week. Our students LOVE the experience! Vicki Johnson, who is in group sales, and her team are great to work with. The staff are always very friendly even though they're up all night! They offer great packages and pricing. Boy, were we disappointed today. We took my grand daughter to celebrate the last day of Summertime breaks. Paid $68 for 2 wristbands with one band upgraded for laser tag, rock climbing, trampoline jump. That dudnt work out. Go cart lines were rediculous, bumper busts had only 2 busts running, trampoline scanner was out so we had to find our receipt of purchase even though we had bands and card. We were able to use our cards to play games inside only for the ticket counter to go crazy and break down and we did not get credit for all our tickets. And now our card shows no upgrade. Ugh! Tried to go here Saturday (4/21) around 9pm. Couldn't find a single employee for around 20 min. To buy tickets or ask questions to. When I finally found an employee to ask how we pay for outside activities, he said he wouldn't know and to find someone else that worked there and then went into the break room. No one at the food counter. No one at the outside counter. Finally went upstairs to the laser tag and the teenage girl working there was talking on her cell phone. She wouldn't even put it down to answer my questions. She was so put out that I had the nerve to interrupt her phone conversation. She told us the entire outside was closed because of a light sprinkle. I'm suspecting it was more because they didn't have competent employees to run it. I was so over it at that point that we turned around and drove the 40 minutes back home. So disappointed and will not be coming back. Something seriously needs to change here. read more

I went here today with a friend as a spontaneous activity after lunch and Christmas shopping. When we walked in no one greeted us and the place was virtually deserted. We loaded a game card and walked around to find some games. The first game we tried the card reader was broken. The second game same story. Many of the games are broken and in disrepair. We asked the manager about getting a refund on a game that took our credit but didn't work and he refused. Terrible customer service abounds and the manager obviously doesn't care about the establishment. Bathrooms were dirty as well. I can't speak for the outdoor activities, didn't visit that portion of the business. Next time I want to visit an arcane type place I'll make the drive to Dave and Busters. Much nicer. read more

Had my daughters birthday party paid 200.00 dollars for the package it was a complete rip off. 10 kids 40 tokens on a game card which was used in a matter 5 minutes 3 pizzas, bottomless soda, one game of 8 minute laser tag which seemed like it was cut short to 5 min and a 1.5 in a party room. Never again. Service was okay not exceptional. I should of went to Shenanigans. read more

This is not the celebration station I remember in the late 90's early 2000's. The gaming area was okay but the employees were rude and tried to avoid people who had issues with the gaming. Also the outside area where mini golf is played is just disgusting and this is where I choose to take my son for his 5th birthday never again. read more

Celebration Station is one of the worst entertainment places I have been. For example the arcade system. If you order the unlimited cards you are provided with LIMITED access. I tried to play multiple games, but my card was denied. Also the service from the employees was only disrespect. I was treated horrible. The bungee trampoline workers treated me very foul. I was told to quit jumping when I accidentally tripped. She, the worker, also informed me if I were to continue jumping I would have to exit. She ignored my excuse and rolled her eyes. The lady decided to also rush me on my ability to tie shoes. I treated her with the upmost respect and got none in return. Moving on to the Laser Tag section. I waited in a line for around an hour. I was skipped numerous times. The supervisors there said nothing towards those people. They instead stared at their phones. When I finally got into the game, my gun instantly stopped working. I was told my ammo supply was out and to wait for a few minutes. I did not shoot once with it. After 5 minutes into the game I was escorted out. I had to wait for the game to end. I couldn't even wait in there to see who would win or help my team strategize. After that I was ready to just sit down and eat. I got in line for fries and a slushee. The service there was lousy. They rushed every customer. And offered them with an ugly attitude. The food is not worth the money either. My friend later told me that she was able to get her card to function. She got 1,000 tickets with it. She sat there and feed her tickets into the machine. But the machine didn't calculate her tickets. This place is just awful and I do not suggest going there. read more

This place was the worst entertainment place I have ever encountered. For one, the unlimited cards would tell me I had no money on my card. We were so exited for laser tag, until we got in. An hour wait and my gun broke down in the middle of the round and I got hit multiple times. I would not recommend the go carts, their brakes barely work, and when you don't stop when they say, you are given a mark (two and you can't play anymore). Their service was extremely disrespectful and rushing. On the bungee trampoline jumping, a lady was yelling at me to come back because I was chasing after my ball that was flying away. After an hour and a half wait for the bungee trampoline, I was only able to jump for about five minutes because in mid-air, my harness broke and I fell forwards. Afterwards, I overheard the rude lady saying, "I had to go and get six new cords from the back because they keep on breaking!" As I was putting my shoes on, she was rushing me to tell me to get my shoes on. Their drinks were overpriced. An Icee costs $3, a decent price right? Well, water costs $3 as well. When I was ordering, they were out of all kinds of Icees and sizes. The lady at the front was rushing me to make an order. Their pizza was disgusting, their meet was a light brown color and their pepperonis were burnt, and their cheese was falling apart by the second. The place is not clean at all. When I went to go sit down, I sat in a large puddle of water that was in the seat. When I realized what I had sat in, I jumped up and ended up stepping in a large puddle of standing water. When the cleaning lady went in, she just wiped off the table in one wipe and left. Most of the machines were broken and stole all of my 415 tickets that I had won. When I tried to find someone to help me get them back, I was unable to find any workers around. The graphics of the video games were awful. When I challenged my friend to a game, her screen was green and she was unable to see what she was supposed to shoot. My friend and I were skipped multiple times waiting for laser tag, while the workers watched and did nothing. I would suggest just going to Shenanigans instead. read more

Sure, it was fun and all. My gripes though - 1. When few people are waiting in line for go-karts, they have so many karts sitting idly by, not getting used, making people wait in line for no reason. As more people come later in the evening, they start using close to all of the karts. This really cheesed me off. I paid $25 for an all day access bracelet, yet i end up spending most of the time in line waiting because they want to screw you, by not operating all of their cars, until the place is overpacked. 2. The bumper boats SUCK now (they used to be cool when I was a kid). They're far too slow. The impact can hardly be considered "bumping" now. They have annoying water guns on the boats now, which is a major annoyance when it's mildy cold or night time (especially the way the boats are designed, you cant get away from a water fight, the karts are too slow to do so). They also had 3 bumper boats suspiciously sitting around, not being used...hmmmmmm? Lazer Tag was pretty cool though. They also had a few nice, up to date arcade games too. Those lines just really irked my nerves. read more

Celebration Station is the best place to take your family. With so many attractions there's never a dull moment. They are not just a kids place. They also host company parties. Oh and did I mentioned that they have a variety of yummy foods. I also had my kids Birthday Parties here every year. read more

This place has been around a LONG time, but still offers lots of good fun for all ages. We held our senior class of 2018 day outing here and the students LOVED every minute of it. The food and games were ok, but they had the most fun on the outside rides and attractions. A good outing for the price. read more

Closest place for an outdoor batting cages. Employees were helpful. Equipment was old, and deteriorated. I prayed that I didn't get lice from the helmets that just laid on the floor - you can tell it was weathered from not being properly stored. I'd probably try to find a new place if I can, but if not, it's close... i.e. if I were single and on a date, or had kids, I probably wouldn't take them here. read more

Waste of money. We went to play golf, ride little boats and batting cages. The mini golf course we full of cut grass, which made it aggravating. The bumper boats, we got 3, the sprayers didn't work on 2 of them. The batting cages, one was fine and the other didn't put the ball over the plate. read more

About the worst place of family entertainment possible for our family, will never return. From start to finish we was faced with rude emoyee's, poor management, dirty atmosphere, guys at go kart having contest on how many people they could warn or eject from track, urine dripping from walls in restroom, trash pulled up on top of trash cans, employee even ask if I needed a towel after we cleaned our own table to eat. Will contact higher supervision with pictures and names of employees. read more

I had a birthday party for my 11 year old son on May 1, 2016 with 11 other boys. When I signed up by phone I was super excited as the staff were very informative and helpful and even called me to follow up a couple of days before the party. But when we got there is was a different story. The place was run down and many of the games did not work or just took your credits and gave you nothing. The service was pretty sad. My husband and I ended up doing most of the work while we waited on our party host who was scarcely seen. She was nice, but slow and clumsy and took several trips to get the stuff we needed. She brought out the ice cream, we provided, and forks...then asked if I needed spoons for the ice cream...seriously? Then we had the game card with $10 video game credit and 2 laser tag game credits. We went upstairs to play laser tag and the young girl took all 12 cards from the boys to scan for the game...but then we had no idea what cards had credit for games left and which kid the card belonged to. Because the service for the food was so slow we ran out of time and could not use all credits for laser tag and they would not refund. So big lesson learned on my part to visit the place beforehand in the future. The kids had fun regardless...but it was very stressful and expensive for what we got on the parent side. read more

My husband and I booked our son's party here. We booked for 20kids, 10 adults, and when we arrived thet had us down for a reservation for 11 ppl. They gave us two extra tables, but it wasnt enough. They brought us 2 pizzas and teo pitchers of punch. We waited 20min before I asked the manager for help, since we only had 60min of pizza and drinks and 3/4ths of our guests had not ate. The manager was very rude. Finally, they bring us more pizza and a pitcher of coke. Half of the guests had already ordered their own food. We cut the cake to atleast serve something. When we asked for more pizza, they said our time was up on food. I exploded on the poor girl, because right after we asked for the pizza we asked fir the passes so the kids could atleast play. She told us we had to pay first, the party next to us had gotten better service and everything in their package before paying and when they paid, they even asked for a discount. We paid $420 (then I exploded on her). We got two extra pizzas. They wouldn't even discount us the money we paid to make the reservation. Horrible experience, don't waste your money!!! read more

I used to come here all the time with friends and their children. I don't usually mind the inattentive/lackluster workers or the food but during my visit last night i found out that they recently changed their machines to card instead of using coins. I'm not trying to knock on them for trying to catch up on modern times but it takes away from the place in my opinion. Call me old fashioned or whatnot but it took away the excitement from the kids being able to carry handfuls of coins to each machine and happily feeding them in. Also it makes you feel like you burn up the card faster bc you're constantly swiping and recharging unlike the coins to where you can dispense and divide the coins up between the kids and let them have at it....The go-karts are always fun and the putt putt is still the same.......Just my two cents! :/ Will probably just go to Nickelrama from now on even if it's a bit of a drive. read more

Took grandkids and family to have a great time. Everyone enjoyed the unlimited bumper boats, the unlimited Go-karts and one round of miniature golf. However, the grandkids got thirsty so I went to the restaurant to get them a drink. The sign said Longnecks (15 inch plastic bottle narow in middle) $6.99 free refill. I purchased 3 thinking they were unlimited refills for $7 each. After all, I can buy 6 bottles of 2 liter sodas for that price at the store. On, NO ......... I was given ONE refill only which was equal to half of a one liter bottle. I was NEVER TOLD it was $7 for the bottle and one refill - their explanation was "the sign says free refill - not free refill"s". So now we are having a heated discussion over the plural definition of the letter "s". Why didn't the sign say 1 (ONE) free refill ?????? Because if they did ...then it would be CLEAR what you are buying and they wouldn't sell very many $7 bottles. So they allow you to be deceived over your interpretation of "free refill". How petty !!!! The lesson learned here......"Bring an ice chest in your car with you to quench your thirst. $7 will buy you alot of sodas for the day. They got me once......I won't make that mistake again !!!!! read more
