I actually purchased the small pink champagne cake which is a must buy. Since this was for a tea party, I got 9 dragonfly tea cakes also. Of the four flavors (chocolate, vanilla, raspberry, and lemon) my favorite was raspberry. They are open during COVID. You should plan to take a mask. The Cake is nothing short of amazing. Easily some of the best cake I've ever had. I've ordered cakes from here 2-3 times. I've only had one complaint ever and that was i provided a topper & I asked for the colors to match. They finished decorating the cake when I got there and then went and got the topper to place it and the colors on the cake were noticeable deeper shades of the colors. We ordered the mushroom cake and it was a work of art. The pride, attention and care that went into to the cake was evident the moment we saw it. We picked the marble inside with vanilla buttercream. Not only was it beautiful on the outside, but the inside was delicious. The cake was light and dense at the same time. The custard type filling complimented it perfectly. The icing and frosting weren't overly sweet which made it into the perfect slice of cake. We would have paid more for this cake because it exceeded all our expectations. I'm in awe of your talents. I found them on IG and decided to order my daughter's first birthday cake. The cake, taste wise, was perfection. However, I can't help but feel like I got maybe an apprentice (if cake studios even have them) that made my cake because there were some things that could have been done better, design wise. It wasn't terrible but the one thing that bothered me the most was the smashed letters, they were like that when the young lady showed me the cake before we left the store but I didn't bother saying anything because I really didn't have the time to ask them to redo that. I have had consistently wonderful gluten free cakes and cupcakes from this bakery. I initially went to check them out for our wedding in August. The bakery has a beautiful layout with fun decorations and interior design and a separate consultation room for planning. I was greeted on time for my appointment and taken back to the consultation room. They offered me coffee and tea and brought out three rather large gf mini cakes for tasting. Their gf cake options include red velvet, champagne, and chocolate. They are truly all fantastic; however, the red velvet and champagne are out of this world. It is incredible to me that cakes this moist, with such phenomenal texture and flavor, are gluten free. Their buttercream frosting is rich and velvety and not over the top sweet. Neither myself or my fiancé are fans of buttercream, but none was wasted from these cakes! The cake consultation experience was excellent. My consultant was personalized to me and very attentive to my needs and questions. The room has several large foam cake displays to help one visualize sizes and servings, and an iPad look book at each table. The cost of the tasting goes towards your cake cost if you book with them. Ultimately we chose to use them for our wedding cake and we are very excited to dive into that cake slice on our wedding night. Since my consultation, I have ordered gf cake samples as well as some other gf pastries. Each time I have been as equally impressed as the first time. I don't know what type of voodoo goes into making these gf cakes, but it's working for them! read more

First off the customer service is impeccable! They were able to accommodate my request at late notice and saved my surprise party. Very helpful and very sweet ladies working here. The reason I can't give this business a 5 star is because of the price and the taste of the cake. The price was a bit high in my opinion for a 1/4 sheet cake. When tasting the cake itself, the frosting was great for a German chocolate cake but the cake itself was stiff and not soft. Which was disappointing. I'm real big on the cake taste rather than presentation. This was a bummer for me. $120 for a quarter sheet cake that was a bit dry is a hard pill to swallow. We recently had a cake made for our wedding. Not only was Celebrity Cake Studio easy to work with and responsive to our requests, they worked with my mother in law to create a beautiful surprise--a figurine of our dog taking a bite out of the cake. The kicker is that on the day of delivery, there was a fire in a building near the bakery, and a perimeter of several blocks roped off by the fire department. The staff walked our cakes several blocks to meet my mother in law and ensure we still got our cake on time. And by the way, the cake was delicious. While the cake was delicious, I would be cautious of this establishment. My fiancée and I had to reschedule our cake tasting for a different day and time. We got on Zoom at 10am and waited for over 10 minutes and no one got on to assist us. We then called CCS and we're told the consultant would not be in at work until 12pm so we were scheduled for 12:30pm. We got on Zoom again at 12:30pm and again, we waited for over 10 minutes. After emailing them CCS called and were informed by the consultant no one at CCS communicated our rescheduling. They gave the excuse they were too busy. I signed up for the cake decorating class as a fun girl's outing for mysef and my friend a few months ago. I received a call last Tuesday informing me that I could pick up the cakes on Thursday. I was not available on Thursday, so I had to do my pick-up on Friday. I was surprised that we were expected to decorate our cakes at home. I was not asked if this option was okay. I was not offered the opportunity to take the class at another date, get a store a credit or a refund. I totally understand that businesses are going through a hard time and was willing to work with that. The whole purpose of taking the class was defeated with decorating the cakes separately at home watching a video. I could have made a box cake and watched a YouTube video on cake decorating and that would have been a lot less expensive. My friend and I decorated our cakes at our prospective homes. My cake turned out terrible, because I had no one there to ask questions, it wasn't the flavor I was expecting and the cake was dry. Bottomline, I have purchased cakes and cupcakes in the past and was always extremely pleased everytime. This time you all missed the mark on many opportunities.
