It was a great system and one reason I trusted them. I no longer live in Arizona, but I recently had a wedding in the area and needed a suit and shirt cleaned. I decided to return to Express Cleaners because of my past experience. I dropped off my clothes Monday afternoon and requested Thursday pickup. I also asked for heavy starch on the shirt. I had a few other items cleaned with the same request. When I returned Thursday afternoon, my order was incomplete and one item was missing. The employee told me to come back the next day. I returned Friday and picked everything up. I trusted the order was correct and did not inspect the items before leaving. When I got back to my hotel, I noticed the shirts were not heavy starch at all. They were very lightly pressed. One red dress shirt also had a stain near the bottom that was not removed. That part is on me for not checking the clothes before leaving the store. I did pay extra for the heavy starch and expected the work to be done correctly. I tried calling the store so they could address the issue, but no one answered the phone. I now live in another state so there is little I can do about it. I am sharing this so others pay close attention when picking up their clothes. Check every item before you leave the counter. The quality and attention to detail were not what I expected based on my previous experience.

They said, "we haven't gotten around to making a list yet ". They've been in business since the end of Covid. Someone can write the prices down on a sheet of paper and hang it. The laundromat was very clean and the washers and dryers were great you can tell they were top of the line!! Ryan guaranteed the dryers were so good he would pay if I needed to add more money. People would donate their cards if they had any money left on them (Ryan informed me) and yes I needed a few extra cents and he gave me a donated card, instead of putting another dollar on my card. He even offered me a cold water, which came in handy because it was 109 degrees outside. The laundromat was air conditioned and he had fans also blowing to assure the laundromat felt comfortable and it did. His front doors to get in the place were good for handicap as well. This laundromat also offers wash and fold with pick up or delivery options. As I was waiting for my dryer a man came in questions about the wash and fold option because he had a large load, Ryan not only gave him larger carts to bring in his cloths but he went out side with him and assisted him to bring them inside. I could here them going over prices and Ryan rounding down on the price instead of up to accommodate the customer. I was very impressed and I might say I'm not easy to please. I totally recommend this laundromat!! It's worth it even if you have to go out of your way. And it is open from 4:30 am until 11pm Awesome job Ryan!! Calling back again today because was promised a call back yesterday their computer was down but no one called back. Found out today that yes can do but this point I just want to pick up and take elsewhere. Said would have to get it back from plant. She said will get at 6pm today. I recently took three T-shirts with graphics to Aloha Cleaner, and unfortunately, all of them came…read moreback damaged. The graphics on each shirt were completely cracked and peeling, which was incredibly disappointing. I was really hoping to keep these shirts in good condition, but now they're essentially ruined. I'm very disappointed with the quality of service and would not recommend them for garments with special prints. The company was not willing to even compensate me for the cost of just the cleaning of the shirts let alone the replacements of the damaged church which each shirt cost $65. They wanted to give me store credit but I don't trust them with any of my clothes at this point. Avoid this cleaner at all cost. Also, the owner suggested I returned the shirts back to the manufacturer because he believed it was a manufacturer defect, which is totally bogus.
