Solid experience here. The team is responsive, thorough, and warm. They fixed my Google Pixel 6, which had the volume stuck on mute. Later, it stopped turning on and refused to reboot. Turns out the battery had expanded so much that it was compressing some internal parts, including the volume button, and had damaged it. I had gotten a privacy screen protector for my iPhone and the same day using it I notice that the touch response is terrible like I'm having to double tap my screen for texting and scrolling which was so frustrating, so I go back 2 days later to tell them that I shouldn't have to deal with that problem having almost $20 for it the dude was very dude and denied saying you will pay $10 for replacement fees when I shouldn't have had to at all for a faulty product. I brought a damaged iPhone into these guys to look at. I called around some local places and thought they sounded the best. It's a small kiosk in the mall. They seem really knowledgeable and I decided to let them look at it and they told me there would be a diagnostic fee if I decided not to go through with the repair of $49. After spending considerable time going through it all, they realized it was gonna be more expensive than the estimate to fix. They laid out a bunch of different options for me which ultimately I decided not to do, but they didn't charge me the diagnostic fee. I thought they were very honest and knowledgeable and seemed to care about me as the customer I would definitely come back and try them again and appreciated the way they treated me. read more

I still have the text messages from this Cellairis employee saying how very "ashamed" and "sorry" he was. No refund was ever given. I am pretty happy with place. My daughter damaged her brand new Mac Pro ( spilled water on a screen) and I called Apple support . They didn't have any available appointment for 2 weeks , so I stopped at this place. The young guys there were very helpful and nice. They called for manager and he told me to stop by next day. He ordered a new screen and our Mac Pro was fixed in 24 hours. I just left it there, without any receipt , and I had that feeling I can trust them. The guy called me next day and told me to come to pick it up. It looked brand new. And other thing, the same daughter of mine damaged (under the rain) iPhone X two years ago, I took it to Apple store. I had the worst experience there , I wanted to repair my screen because it was cracked , the worker there was really rude . Now on the side of my phone there is a big crack and I can see the glue in it . Now my phone won't work probably, and now the phone is really slow at switching between apps and stuff. the same thing happen to my aunt . This place is awful and honestly doesn't even deserve one star. I broke my gold iPhone 5s screen sometime mid July, and got it fixed at this kisosk at Montgomery mall. First of all, they had "ran out" of white screens and had to give me a black one, I wasn't that upset but it did bother me a little, yet understandable. Right after I left the mall and started heading home, the screen just totally shut off, black. It still charged and I could receive phone calls, Siri worked, but I couldn't see a single thing on the screen. I took it back the nice day and they claimed "mis-wiring".. they "fixed it", and once again I started heading home. Believe it or not the same thing happened AGAIN. I was furious. I went back the next day when the manager actually happened to be there as well. He fixed it for me AND gave me a white screen. After I had left, I realized my screen seemed to be kinda weird and popping out, but my screen still worked so I didn't mind since it still worked. About only a little more than A MONTH LATER, the night of my homecoming, my entire screen popped out when I was removing my case. I just popped the screen back in and it worked fine. 20 minutes later, my screen went completely glitchy and horrible and awful and I couldn't use it, it didn't work or anything! I tried popping the screen out again after remembering the guy had said "mis-wiring" I tried to pop it out and pop back in to see if it would be ok, immediately the bottom half of my screen cracked off...... I didn't drop it, I didn't have a single crack on my phone AND I had a screen protector. Furious, the next day I went in and complained to the same guy who has "fixed" (ruined) my phone and he told me that I had "cracked my LCD" (no proof shown and phone never dropped or handled without care..) and said that the 90 day built in warranty didn't cover. The 30 warranty they give is really ingenious, considering the parts they fix your phone with last 31 days maximum. And the parts they use as replacements are soviet union quality, so bad that if they replace your screen on an iPhone, they will give you a cheap alternative made in north korea. Huge scam. Go back to the source, ie Apple/Samsung, they might charge more, but at least you know they are replacing your phone parts with quality. read more

Today is Wednesday, April 18th, 2018 I went to North Star Mall to a Cellairis kiosk, the one closest to Macy's, to repair the screen on my phone. Last Sunday they said the part would come in Wednesday or Thursday and they would call me. On Friday, I went to see if the part had come in but it hadn't. They rep that does the ordering said it should come in Monday or Tuesday. It's now Wednesday and still no part AND no courtesy call. This makes 10 days since my original contact. After two weeks, the trinkets arrived, but no refund. Contacting Cellairis again, I received the following statement: "Thank you so much for contacting us again. I understand that you are frustrated that you have not received your check, and after contacting my supervisor and director the resolution offered to you was to receive a car charger and screen protector as complimentary for the trouble. At this time my hands are tied due to the fact that our initial point of contact was outside of the limitations of our company-wide return and exchange policy. Yesterday I went to Cellairis in the Montgomery Mall. On Jan 4, 2020 and paid to have them replace my touch screen on my IPhone 7. It cost me 80 dollars. They said if I pay in cash they not charge me ten dollars tax. I waited for them to repair my phone. The man that was repairing my phone was talking on his phone at the same time. When they finished, I rebooted my phone and left. When I went home and was using my phone I realized that it was not working properly. It was slow and not responding to my touch. Today I returned to the store and told them the problem and told them that it was not working correctly. I also noticed that there the fit on my screen was tight and there seemed to be a separation. When I looked the problem up on line it said that the screen may have been a poorer quality screen. I took my phone back today and told the same people that it was not working correctly. They told me that there was nothing they could do. no refunds. however the receipt says we have a lifetime warranty for repair parts. This was a repaired touch screen that did not work properly after they repaired it. When I tried to talk to them they called security and security said there was nothing they could do. By the way yesterday while the one of the two employees who was repairing my screen was talking on the phone at the same time and was clearly not paying attention to what he was doing. today they were more interested in eating ice cream cones. I am going to pursue this with the Mall and the owners of this company. I am embarrassed to say I cried in front of them. I will never use them again and never recommend them. Super shady. Stopped by today with a minor issue, showed them the phone and asked if they would be able to fix it. They took the phone to look it over, next thing we know they had it taken apart. No discussion of price first. They spent less than 10 minutes and charged us $75 for the repair (with a discount for cash?). Yes, we should have confirmed the price in advance, but they started working before we even had a chance. When we asked how prices were determined, they said "each kind of repair has a certain price," but they had no price list. They were rude and we left feeling ripped off. I am writing of the Cellairis franchise (kiosk) in Montgomery Mall only. I took my Galaxy S3 to repair a cracked screen and digitizer. I was given a price, shook hands, the original salesman confirmed the price with a second salesman. I returned the next day and was given a price $100 greater. They refused to honor their commitment. I contacted Cellairis corporate, and they were very responsive. Emails and calls went back and forth. They told me the franchise would repair the phone and gave me the price. But then the technician supposedly went to Turkey on vacation. The Mall people never contacted me. Corporate sent me two cases, but they seemed unable to straighten out their franchisees. Finally I took my phone elsewhere and the repair was fully and satisfactorily repaired in 30 minutes at a decent cost. Cellairis: I would say "buyer beware." I would also advise dissatisfied customers to contact Corporate. They need to understand who their franchisees are. At least avoid the Montgomery Mall people and look at other repair facilities than Cellairis in any mall. read more

Horrible policies and customer service. I purchased a case from them for a phone and the guy said if I paid cash he would reduce the price from $29 to $20. He also assured me that the case would definitely fit the phone(I wasn't carrying the phone with me at the time).They gave a fake receipt with some dummy credit card number. Next day I went back since the case didnt fit properly and he said we dont do refunds which I was ok with but then he said he will give a different case of $20 worth only since thats what my receipt said!! I was like whats the issue in giving me something worth $29 and under?? After a lot of persuasion he agreed but he was very rude and kept saying things like "hurryup" and "you are wasting my time" when there were no customers other than me. I took my iPod for repair at this kiosk.The screen was cracked. The person working there asked me to return in 24 hours to pick it up. When I went back there, the guy was not there. One of his agents brought him to the kiosk, and he told me that he ordered a part to be shipped overnight, and asked me to come back on Thursday. So here I was, going back there on Thursday. on Thursday, again there was no one at the kiosk. When I reached there on Thursday, again there was no one at the kiosk. Long story short, a girl came, and told me that the "guy' concerned was not even working that day. And my poor iPod was still sitting in the drawer. What was worse is that the screen got even more damaged by them, which they could not explain it to me. The guy concerned was nowhere to be found, not responding to the phone calls.So eventually, I walked out of there with my broken iPod.I am calling someone else to repair it.
