After 2 weeks of no response, my husband finally called the mall Customer Service. They were able to find a phone number and contact the ownership. It turns out that I had registered the protector when I bought it, it was a Zagg protector made for AT&T, and it was covered. The reason Sam stated for the charge does not align with information on Zagg's website or his reasoning for not replacing my protector.
