IPHONE 6 + Came in a few months back. the repair was beautiful, I do admit. After about a month or so I started noticing a spot at the top of my screen (a white spot) didn't pay it much attention. I dropped my phone about two months after the fix, although i didn't have any problems with the screen or touch issues. About 6 months in my phone starts to act a bit glitchy. I press (1) the phone responds by opening a new app. if it responded at all.So I take it in to the apple store to be informed that the small white spot at the top of my screen is called a smallpox and has to do with third party installation that has been improperly done, and that I would need to replace the whole headset because the installation caused damage to the logic board which was causing the false touch affect. So I went back to Cellairis in Arden Mall where I had the screen replacement done as was met with an empty booth the guy working was off having conversation at another kiosk. After asking if they knew where the guy working the Cellairis kiosk was the tall slender fair skinned guy approached. I began explaining my problem when a couple approached and he walked away from me mid sentence without excusing himself, and began helping the other couple and pushing merchandise. After I $20 sale and the couple walking away I then sought him out to continue the conversation. He continued to interrupt me and explain that the Apple Store didn't know what they were talking about and that the white spot was from a missing screw in the back of the phone and that the phone came with problems such as the graphic card etc....I pressed the issue that my touch was out and I was having false touch reads. He told me that I should have come to him first instead of going to APPLE or Sprint and he would have fixed it. I stated I'm here now expressing my issue. He pointed out that my phone was cracked and that its not his fault. Agreeably the crack is not a fault to them, but the crack isn't causing the issue my logic board is the issue which was damaged during installation. He began to tell me how he can fix the whole issue for $79.99, and told me it was a good deal. He didn't take the time to understand that Cellairis has done INTERNAL damage to my phone and refuses to take responsibility, and still wants more money from me and INSIST that he knows more than APPLE and SPRINT. Upon asking for the manager he told me he was the manager and began to explain a 90 day policy to me and that i should take the 79.99 deal. So I ask for the Owners information he explained that he was the owner and continued to push the $79.99, Would not provide a corporate number and was very arrogant and rude. read more

would give this place negative 10 million stars if I could. I'm a student who moved out here alone for school and has no other means of communication besides my cellphone. Yes, I did drop it and it was so cracked that it was unable to be used. So as an emergency i went to Arden Fair (the closest place I was aware fixed cracked screens because I had no phone or way to lookup the best places in the area) which was the worst mistake I could have possibly made and no, I'm not being dramatic. I would have had better luck ordering the $20 kit they buy online and sell for $90 just to try myself. Sure, it seemed fixed when they handed it to me and I handed them the $80 for fixing it which they assured was a deal because it's "usually $89.99" yeah ok. Then they talk me into buying a phone case and a phone protectant screen to prevent further cracking. They GUARENTEE the case I bought does not allow phones to crack even if dropped 30 feet above and continued to demonstrate. I left pleased. Not even a month later my phone barely tumbles out of my hand and it attracts a tiny little crack. I would have left it there, I can deal with that. But my entire phone wouldn't work because of it. I took it back to the place that fixed it very mad because they "guaranteed" the top of the line glass protector and phone case would protect a 30 ft fall but here I am with a ruined phone from a tumble. and they tell me they have to charge me full price which is $89.99 (more than i previously paid) because basically they lie about all of their cheap products. I told them how I paid $80 last time so my dumbass let them fix it for $70. Once again I was temporarily pleased.........Until later that night I was trying to take off my phone case to sanitize my phone and the phone literally just cracks because the case was so tight on the cheap glass they put on my phone. I was FURIOUS and once again without any means of communication I took it back to the mall assuming they would fix it since they knew I unwillingly and madly paid them THAT MORNING. But no, the man continues to tell me I'm lying and that the phone wouldn't break without me dropping it so I had to pay "$89.99" so of course I flipped out. There was already another man who was in the same boat as me waiting for his phone to get RE fixed by these morons. He was dealing with the two of us as people a few others came up behind with broken phones leaving them to be fixed, as i continued to complain about my VERY horrible experience the man puts everyone's phone who was behind me ahead of mine and tells me "now you will wait for me to fix their phones too" surprisingly for me I kept my calm and told him to go ahead and do what he needed. I paid $80 the first time I got my phone fixed, then $70, ten $80 again, then $60. While "fixing" my phone one of these times i over heard a little black girl ask a price on the exact same phone I had and he told her $120 and kept bringing it down by $5 acting like he was giving her a deal. I told her to go somewhere else. The only reason I even mentioned her being black is because I strongly feel that's why he charged her so much more. And taking advantage that she was young, as he did with myself. I had to miss work to get my phone fixed and I made sure he knew of course but no care was given, so to end this horrible story I'd have to say that it is 100% my fault for handing these uneducated people my money but I am not from the area nor did I know anywhere else to turn in an emergency with no phone besides the closest mall. But now that I do know people and am aware how little this business cares how they treat their customers....I will make sure this comment is on every site possible and every person I see walking towards that store will be told every personal story and left to decide on their own if they want to take that chance and break their phone even more. I work at the mall so I spend A LOT of time there and plan on doing my best so that no one wastes as much money and time as I did wirh these lying unibrow thieves. read more

Had a good experience the first time I went to Cellairis at Arden Fair Mall, my phone was not only cracked but also just wouldnt work...At All. About 35 minutes later it was fixed and worked like it was new. I recently went back to Cellairis, this time with a completey broken iphone and Ipad and again within an hour both of them were fixed and working perfectly. So I had a shattered iPhone screen and they gave me a fair price for $100.. plus a screen protector and case for $150.00. Seemed fair and I was happy... until a few minutes after I realized my phone was 1% battery life and my thumb print wasn't working. Didn't even make it out of the mall and went back. Now my phone won't charge at all! They tried to fix it and said it wasn't his fault but it charged fine with the shattered screen until I went to them. They refunded my money, put my shattered screen back on and gave me the case and screen protector for free. I went to the apple store in the mall to get it fixed and had to BUY a brand new phone cause they can't fix that!!! Almost $400 when if I went to apple in the first place it would have been $150 to get my screen replaced. Don't trust these guys cause they will break your phone and you'll have a bigger problem to fix. No shortcuts ppl, just go to the apple store and have it done right. read more

AND since they're located in the mall, the business was open on a holiday! I had to drop my phone off and pick it back up a few hours later, but I was perfectly happy with that! Unfortunately, they were not able to repair my daughter's iPhone 6s Plus due to major water damage but did everything they could to fix it. Was in the area from out of town and my iPhone6 screen shattered and I needed it replaced ASAP. The price was decent but service was slow. Was told 45 minutes and it took longer than that. Also the front facing camera wasn't put back right and didn't realize that till later so I took it to another cellairis kiosk near where I live because the guy at Arden fair told me they had locations anywhere and the warranty would be valid at all locations but come to find out they're indivually owned and not everyone does repairs. Not very conducive to retaining customers nor did anyone seem to give a shit about customer satisfaction. read more
