Run from this place. Its just a bunch of con artists. My sister and were sold cell phone charging cases for our iphones along with wireless headphones, cell Phone car holders, and a lifetime warranty for over $500 . Within two months the cell phones stopped charging, or not charging fully , the headphones don't stay connected and the charge doesn't last. We tried calling them but they don't answer nor respond to emails. Their number is a google voice number. We tried getting a reversal on the charge for our credit card company but they said Planet cellular hasn't received any correspondence from us which isn't true. We have contacted the Paris Hotel to make a complaint but I doubt they will do anything as I have read previous complaints and it seems they have done nothing. Apparently they don't mind that their customers are being ripped off from one of their outlets. read more

I would not buy anything from these guys. They have a no return policy but do not tell you that until you get your receipt. They use generic stickers on their phone case chargers. They sell these for 5 times what you can buy the same thing on Amazon. The headphones are not AI technology as advertised. It is just the name brand. They are uncomfortable and turn up extremely loud. The volume level goes higher than safe levels for kids. They are extremely expensive compared to any other better quality products. The headphones they sold us was an older version that uses old charger plug in. They said they would not take them back because I opened them but you can not tell what they are giving you until after the sale. Then they say they can not refund money on their end. Same story...this business is located within the walls of Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. I will be contacting the casino and advise them to throw their ass out...they prey on "out of towners". Used sleight of hand with some sort of quick charge capability to make their cell charging device work...then we found we didn't get one in the package. When I took my cover off, the cheaply constructed power cord adapter broke off. I will see what my credit card company can do to retrieve my money. read more

I was walking by the booth and I needed a battery powered and magnetic case for my iPhone 12 max. The sales lady told me she had it and sold it to me for $108.37 total. A high price but I could not find this product anywhere. I got home and of course it doesn't work. This could have been purchased for under $30 on Amazon. They said it was good to return for 14 days but I cannot get in touch with them and the phone never picks up. Avoid these scammers. read more

Husband and I were on our Honeymoon when we found this stall in the Paris, they are nothing more than fast talking con-men, they made us feel like we were getting an amazing deal until we got our phones back from them (which they took from us while demonstrating how 'amazing' their products are) and once I was finally able to Google them and their products to find we had been ripped off it was too late and we had paid $500 for only about $100 worth of product. The charging cases cause our phones to glitch out if turned on, and the headphones are mediocre at best, and sold everywhere else for less than a fraction the price.
