Unfortunately I didn't get a name but one of the worst customer service representatives I've dealt with. Rude. Attitude and poor service.

While on vacation in Las Vegas, my husband got his cell phone stolen. The next morning we went to AT&T and spoke to the manager Phil and his sales person Brandon... Both were extremely helpful discovering that my husband did indeed have insurance on his phone they ordered a new one and had it delivered to the hotel that we were staying at. They helped turn a stressful ordeal into a pleasant one!!! Thank you!! These guys need a raise!! read more

I've been a very long time customer of AT&T and never had an issue with a store location until now. My girlfriend lost her phone last night and decided to get her a new phone right now. When we got to the kiosk. There was 3 people working and not one person acknowledged us. I'll let the one person having their back against us slide. One person was sitting in the chair as if he wasn't on the clock whereas the other person was leaning on the counter on their phone. The other two people had no reason to not greet us. We stood at the counter in plain sight of them for 5 minutes just waiting to be assisted. After being fed up, I decided to call out to them to see if they were on their breaks and they stated no. I asked why no one could help us and the lady who was leaning on the counter stated "did you ask for help?" I've been in this business and that is no way to talk to a customer. Also, being a kiosk location, they're supposed to be trying to pull customers to them. They were not attentive at all of me and my gf. P.S. this was an amazing way to represent AT&T. Not! read more

I went to the AT & T store at Town Square because I had a problem with my new phone. Ashley waited on me and was very patient with me and my lack of phone expertise. He walked me through setting up my phone and showed me some tricks on how to use my new phone. He as awesome! read more

Fashion Show, BIG shout out and thanks to Bella who, when it turned out my wife forgot her phone at HOME (2k miles away) she was able to help with a spare phone I had and xfer my wife's numberand service to the spare and presto wife had phone service for entire trip! Thanks Bella! read more

I was having a very bad day yesterday because when I got my iPhone 7 i wasn't able to browse the web I went to Apple Store inside the fashion show mall and they couldn't figure out what the problem was then I went to talk to Abby at the at&t kiosk and she took all the time to find the problem with my iPhone she was very nice an helpful great customer service I would highly recommended her to anyone thanks Abby you Rock !!!. This is the best ATT store i have ever been to! Arianna helped create that memorable shopping experience (she was very knowledgeable about her products). I am a small business owner who does alot of work from her phone so i clearly needed something to fit my lifestyle. She helped explain all the differences between all my phone choices and tied it to my business. She was with me from point A to point Z. I had an excellent experience at this AT&T! I could tell that the associates really knew what they were doing. I came in because my signal strength wasn't that great. Gustavo, then explained to me that maybe this problem could be fixed by upgrading my iPhone 4 to the new 6 because it had newer technologies and way better signal strength. So I DID! and now my signal is AMAZING! I really would like to thank him and his colleague Tim too, because he was able to get my contacts and pictures transferred over to my new phone. read more

Talk about a life saver. Staying on the strip and needing a wireless phone service provider in the time of need well?...Then this is the place for ATT customers or pre-paid customers as I saw while I was waiting for people visiting from outside the US. I was having some service issues in my hotel room but found out that it was just a simple setting. Both the manager and the sales rep helped me with my phone. They were polite and double checked to make sure that my phone was working before I left and they definitely helped as my phone as it was working just fine once I got back to my room. I definitely now know where to go and will recommend to anyone visiting Vegas that if they have any phone issues while on the strip then to come here!!! read more
