They give you all the condiments on the side so you can prepare it how you want and they give you tostadas on the side. The burrito mojado with green salsa is also delicious! It's super huge and loaded with meat. They are definitely not stingy. The salsa isn't too spicy if you're looking for more spice you can go with the red salsa. They are always super fast here and it does get busy on the weekends. The inside of the restaurant is pretty big so there is plenty of space and tables to sit at.

Every single one was delicious, but the beef was our favorite. The flavors were spot on and we loved the masa, it's smooth and not grainy. Plus, the tamales are huge! We thought they were just a small local stand at the farmers market, but then found out they're actually famous for their tamales. On top of that, the young man working the booth was so friendly and helpful -- such a great representation of the business. We seriously considered driving back from Irvine to Santa Clarita just to buy more and freeze them! Then we realized they have a booth at a farmers market in Irvine so we'll definitely be regular customers from now on.
