Great service. The large windows create a great ambiance and back drop for dinner. If you love cheese this is the place for you. The peach Panzanella was good. And refreshing. I highly recommend getting dressing on the side. Pizza was great and the pesto really elevated the dish. However, was a little too oily. The daily risotto was delicious and we've never been disappointed by them. A unique spin on carbonara something we've never tried in a risotto. I wish the butter on the broccolini wasn't cold but the dish itself was good. The corn gnocchi was my favorite appetizer we've tried here in a long time but I do wish they added more corn. The sauce was delicious and accompanied the appetizer well. The steak was pretty standard. The chicken Parmesan was the star of the show. Over the last 8 years it has ALWAYS been incredible. The staff were excellent this time. We have noticed that earlier in the summer the service typically isn't as good. The desserts are always delicious. The sorbet was refreshing and my favorite dessert tiramisu is always perfection here. The tiramisu here is the best in Utah. I'm thankful for the consistency for the tiramisu! I often get nervous about seasonal menus removing favorites but thankful that they have consistently kept the tiramisu. Their hot chocolate is also incredible.

Second time here. Still enjoyed the experience. Fried clams were good. Spinach salad was large and flavorful. Lobster linguini and cioppino were enjoyable. Good service and nice ambiance. Worth the stop

The best meal we have had by far in Park City. Don't miss this hidden jewel inside the Chateau Lodge. Each course was better than the one before it. Fantastic service that never made us feel rushed. We split every course and left delightfully full. Portions are generous. 5 stars! Just go and thank me later!

Overall very nice place but it gets packed fast. The food was good but the fires were way over done and kind of warm. I would come back here but it's pricey. Not a very big menu but there's plenty to choose from. The bartenders were nice and fast but the food was a little slow to come out. The atmosphere was good for a bit as there was live music. But it ended at 6pm sharp. Couples would enjoy this place. Groups of 4 or more may find it difficult as it's off to the side of the lobby.

The lobster linguini was amazing. In my opinion, this is one of the superior Italian restaurants in Park City.

I had the Espresso Martini and it was easily one of the best I've ever had. Perfectly balanced, rich, and smooth. I also tried the Bramble Barrel, which was amazing as well. The blueberry and pomegranate flavors paired so well with the gin and lemon. The lounge itself is really cozy with a stylish, living room type feel. Great lighting, comfortable seating, and overall just a really good vibe. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. While we were there we saw a cocktail class happening, which looked really fun. Definitely something I'd love to come back and try next time. Small detail, but I also loved the bathroom products. It's those little touches that make a place stand out. Overall the drinks, atmosphere, and service were all excellent. One of my favorite cocktail spots in Park City.

I would give this place 3.5 stars for my experience here. I was super excited to try this place…read moreout, but it was a little underwhelming. I love the experience of going up the vernacular to the bar area and the hotel and restaurant is very nice in general. The drinks and the food looked good. This is definitely the type of places I always go to with this kind of vibe. The drinks were good and very cute! For the food, I go back-and-forth because it wasn't very good, but it was good for bar food. But then it's really expensive for bar food so I would expect more... for escargot at fancy hotels or places in general I expected to be better and just like a few pieces. This felt like it was quantity over quality. The brussels sprouts were good, I would say that was the best food item that we tried. I was really excited about the escargot, so I'm a little disappointed. Our server was very nice and helpful! It was great service in the bar area, but the staff throughout the hotel getting there was not the friendliest. Overall, I don't regret coming here and I definitely want to give it another chance and possibly try the main restaurant.

Gave the St Regis a second chance after a disappointing first visit two months ago…read more I just don't get this place. You're the freaking St Regis! Why is there gross food all over the patio? Why does the hostess not pull out the heat lamp so we can actually get to our seats after she dumps us at a table? Your sister bar in Manhattan is perhaps the greatest cocktail bar ever made - where Dali himself once spent his final happy hours! This is basically a Mariott with 2 fancy funiculars. Not good enough for the brand. Not good enough for inflated rose.

They did NOT have a glass of wine available for less than $45 (+$20 cover). They have $30/glass on the menu but was out of stock according to the waitress. I also did not go to Sundance and am not here for that so his comment about being *out of my depth* is just dumb. I encourage you to look at the one star reviews of this place and see the owners' hostile, immature, and abrasive responses (others also note his blatant habit of lying). Stephen, book a therapy appointment. Original review below *********** There is a $20 cover charge to enter, and they were out of all of the cheapest ($30/glass) glasses of wine, so we were forced to get the next cheapest, a $45 glass of wine. Are you willing to spend $65 for a cheap glass of wine? They also only have five cocktails on the menu and you can't order anything else with liquor (I asked for a hot toddy cuz I'm freezing and they said no can do). The singer was good and the ambiance is nice; not very crowded. But overall, I would never pay $65/glass for mediocre wine unless I'm at an ultra luxury resort (which this is not).

The outdoor patio was busy so we ended up just getting a table inside. The ambiance is laid back and rustic, cool decorations all over. Our server was nice and made us feel welcome. We got the pretzel to start with - honestly really good. i don't usually write home about a pretzel, but it was so doughy and the sauces were delicious. I got the spicy avocado burger with their homemade chips. All delish. Will definitely be back next time we're in town!

This wasn't a great experience for me…read more The first thing that struck me was the ID check at the door. I pulled up my Colorado digital ID, and the employee seemed completely thrown by it and insisted on seeing my physical license. I understand businesses have policies, but the interaction felt unnecessarily awkward. I'm in my mid-40s, don't even drink alcohol, and still felt like I was being treated as if I were trying to sneak into a bar. It just set an odd tone from the start. I didn't choose the restaurant, but as someone with celiac disease, this was an even bigger issue. I let the staff know up front that I have celiac disease and need to avoid gluten. I ordered a bunless burger and skipped the fries since they don't have a dedicated fryer. I ordered a side salad instead, only to find out almost all of the dressings contained gluten, so I went with the vinaigrette. The burger itself was overcooked and honestly pretty underwhelming. The worst part came at the end of my meal. I took a bite of my salad and felt a crunch. There was a crouton mixed in. I had to spit it into my napkin in front of my coworkers, but by then I'd already chewed it and had crumbs throughout my mouth. For someone with celiac disease, this isn't just an inconvenience. If I'd never mentioned it, that would be one thing. But after telling the staff up front, there should never have been a crouton on that salad. That's beyond normal cross contamination. It was simply careless, and unfortunately it overshadowed the entire experience.
