The "only" space that was available was twice the size and price of the one I reserved. I was then asked to provide a different email address than my U-Haul account was under "for security reasons". This is the address the "new" reservation was placed under. Later I received an email to ask for feedback on why I was I was a "no show" for the original reservation placed under my original U-Haul account. I contacted the manager with no response. The staff told me they were the only U-Haul in a town with two universities so customer service didn't matter.

We had received a hazard tag from Avista saying our furnace was leaking gas, and a different furnace repair company had told us we needed expensive parts replaced. I called Banner at 4:40pm and they had someone out the following morning. Duny thoroughly checked everything over, banged on a fan to get it to stop making noise, cleaned the dirty flame sensor that was causing an issue, serviced the furnace (in addition to repairing the issue!!) and said we're good to go. No parts were needed. He was so kind and respectful, super knowledgeable, answered all my questions and even showed me the numbers for my own peace of mind. I highly, highly recommend them.
