My son was diagnosed with ASD and started 16 hours of ABA service with CSLOT since Feb 2016. We are very happy with the service so we stay with CSLOT until he graduates from the program this month. It is a long journey of more than 5 years. My son has made tremendous progress which was beyond my expectation when we started. Looking back, I just could not use my language to describe how much I appreciate the great service from CSLOT. For most of these five year, Siva has been my son's BCBA. She is a very experienced, keen observer. When she first took in my son, she spent quite some time, observing, engaging with my son, then she designed very practical, detailed ABA plans. She is very hands-on, so she can demonstrate and train BT very well to carry out her plan. She did a good work for analyzing the data and communicated well with us for the parent training session. My son loves the behavior therapists from CSLOT as well. He has met quite a few of them and bonded well with all of them. Tammy is one of the therapists my son has been with for the longest time. She has years of experience and very creative in engaging with my son. And my son fully enjoys session with her. Insurance is always difficult to deal with. CSLOT has gone out of its way to help us. It gives us a super bill, which helps with the out of the network reimbursement. Every. 6 month, we need pre-authorization to continue my son's ABA therapy. The BCBA always helps us to reach out to our insurance company, prepare progress report before the phone session with the insurance company and help us to get the optimal amount of service hours. Overall, I am very satisfied with CSLOT. And their work can be shown in my son's progress. When he was diagnosed at four years old, he needed school district SDC preschool. When he entered elementary school, he still needed 90 minutes per week support. Now, he only needs 30 minutes social group from the school, which is considered 98% mainstream. All of these is impossible without the great service from CSLOT. read more

I hope they get sued to hell. They had so many bad therapists that had very little training. My son's first BT asked me what is autism, I asked her how much training did she get. She said she watched a couple of short videos and was cleared to work as a BT. Their scheduler is useless and their main focus is making as much as they can. We had 6-7 BTs in the span of 1-2 years, majority of them were terrible. The only reason we stayed with them is because of Hussein, he was literally the best thing about this place. We have used CSLOT for virtual speech services for few months - really liked Ms. Payton she did her best in the 25 mins to engage my 23-24 months old virtually. We stopped speech services as we moved to private in person therapy. I reached out to CSLOT again for OT and fixed a date for OT assessment, got referral from pediatrician, verified insurance. The evening before the assessment, I received a call from the office saying therapist caught COVID and will reach out to reschedule once she gets better. It's been 50 plus days and I'm yet to receive a call. Very unprofessional and wasted our time doing all the work to begin assessment- and not to mention all of these for virtual assessment. Will not use nor recommend them again. read more

CSLOT OT services are very bad. Inexperienced therapist and online only OT mode. We waited for over a year requesting to go in-person from online but they did not listen. How a company can operate occupational therapy online only is beyond imagination. Therapist Karina Klenchik (OT) is totally inexperienced and doesn't know anything other than suggesting from google search. NEVER work with CSLOT if you want to save time and money. CSLOT do not care about their clients. I wish there was a 0 rating. read more

I had the pleasure of receiving Speech Therapy Services for my 2 year old daughter with Ms. Yolanda Trentadue through CSLOT. Ms. Trentadue is very knowledgeable about speech development and strategies to help my daughter's verbal expression. I felt a strong sense of partnership with Ms. Trentadue and greatly appreciated her support! Although the services were offered virtually, Ms. Trentadue was able to quickly develop a rapport with my daughter and was able to engage her during the sessions. She was also very patient with my daughter who is easily distracted. I'm pleased to say that my daughter's expressive speech improved dramatically during the time we spent with Ms. Trentadue! read more

CSLOT has changed our lives! Our son was having difficulty eating solids and our pediatrician recommended we begin feeding therapy. Initially, I was hesitant beginning therapy online because I did not know if it would be productive doing therapy for an infant behind a computer. I soon realized that it would be the best thing for us. We met Amanda and immediately felt comfortable with her. She is kind, personable, and has really taken the time to get to know our son. Every week, she sets goals for our family and we follow up with them. Since beginning therapy, we have seen so much progress with our son. He is officially eating solids on his own and enjoying food more than ever. My husband and I no-longer have anxiety with our son eating solids and we enjoy eating as a family. Amanda has truly been a blessing and we thank her every week for all that she has done for our son. She has helped us more than any other doctor and we recommend her to anyone seeking occupational therapy. Amanda is amazing at what she does and truly cares about her patients. Unfortunately the manager Angela wasn't very professional When she deny service to my son which we were in the company for a few months and he was taking OT speech in ABA 40 hours a week the minute she took over people start quitting. I just asked her a simple question about when are we going to be able to get our 40 hours for my son of ABA therapy due to the fact the people were quitting because she wasn't very nice of them unfortunately my son was if out of service for over six months all thanks to the manager Angela to be honest with you I don't know how Kaiser is still doing business with them after she treated people so poorly. it made me sick that people like her are still in this kind of business. read more

Update: My son has been with company since September of 2017 and ABA since October of 2017. My son has come such a long way and I truly believe the staff here all play a part. Even with transitions they make it as smooth as possible and will let you know. They are also open to working with your schedule. The front ladies are always on top of letting me know if a makeup session is needed due to a Holiday or Staff being out and quickly will resolve any conflicts in schedule. CSLOT has friendly staff that are always willing to answer parent concerns or questions and explain thoroughly what I can do to help my son excel by tools I can use at home. His BT, Program Supervisor and BCBA have all made the impossible happen. Anytime a program is not working with my son they are quick to adjust things in order to get my son to catch on, and he does! His past BT and current ones I feel like really know my son and that is so important. My sons speech therapist! My son can't wait to see her. Even the days he doesn't have her he will look for her. Speech takes patience and will happen in a course of months so as a parent it's just being patient with it. I thought he would never say any words and then at a certain point it was like 1 week after another he was saying letters, humming tunes, and even saying words. It will come, each kid is different, so timing will be too. I really appreciate how the waiting room is set up and have resources in them. They have toys for the kids and books. read more

Ask your regional center rep for in home developmental therapy or find somewhere else to take your child for speech therapy. I stand behind my review. We have had multiple issues with this company and none of them were handled appropriately. They claim to care about the families and kids they work with but they don't. Their many focus is on billable hours and looking good. We were with them for 9 months and during that time we had to change who we were working with because the turn over rate is very high. Customer service is rude, they lack confidentially and BT's are touchy hands on. There are much better companies out there to take your kids to. read more

I bring my two year old twins here for preschool and speech therapy. I cannot say enough good things about this place. They have helped my little guys so much and I'm so thankful. This place is truly amazing, they have helped my little guys thrive and I can't wait to watch them grow here. The front desk and the teachers are so helpful and supportive. This place is horrible. They are out for money. Many many bad experiences: 1. It has happened at least twice that I have scheduled an appointment here and when I reached, they said I dont have any appointment. Receptionist front desk have no clue what they are doing. It has never happened to me anywhere else. 2. They evaluated my child for OT which took 2 hours, and also assessed that my child is eligible for one. However, when I tried scheduling appointment, it turned out that insurance had DENIED for OT. Why on earth did they keep an evaluation for OT before insurance had authorized?? It wasted my whole since I had to take off from work just to get her evaluated, which later was of no use even though when she was eligible as per therapist. Had we already known that insurance doesnt cover in CSLOT, we would have not asked for evaluation! 3. My daughter attended CSLOT for months earlier and one fine day we got a huge bill from billing department. They said, you got to pay all your co pays otherwise you cannot come to CSLOT any more. What!? We have been going there and NOT ONCE did they mentioned or ask us to do a co pay during our visit. We didnt even know there is a co pay. Maybe it was in agreement but staff should have reminded us for co pay every visit and should not accumulate all for the LAST day. Seriously, they are rude and their customer service sucks. They are only after money and does not value your time or kid. Horrible, horrible customer service! read more

I submitted my paper work in June they told 6 week wait for assessment then after 2 month they scheduled one day for assessment then just a day before assessment date they said they have to reschedule for next week . They did this 3 times.finally they did assessment. they told me they will give be report in 15 days and they gave me report after 1 month. Then they scheduled class when I went there they sent me back without therapy and rescheduled for next week. And next week also same I came back without therapy. This happened another time. Finally they started therapy in November. On December 24 when I went they told you don't have therapy the therapist left office. And told therapy resumes back in January 3rd week, after a week they called and now telling they will start therapy in February third week . And they are not flexible in scheduling. They don't ask your availability. They will give you one slot that you have to take. read more

His place is extremely greedy and claim to be all about the kids, this is a lie, they are all about the money! If they overcharge you on a co-pay, they will not notify you of the mistake not will they make any attempt of a refund. This place should be reported to the BBB! My advice to any parents who are currently taking their children there, check your co-pays for accuracy and request documentation as to why it is the price it is! read more
