Super cool bar inside of a food hall. It is open seating and outdoor so I was able to sit with my dog. We had a few martinis and beers and everything was great. I did get the mojito and it wasn't my favorite but it was okay, the mint didn't seem to be muddled very well. This is a great little outdoor bar in the heart of a large corporate area, so it's perfect to grab a quick drink to unwind after work. We stopped by here to check it out and have a drink as we waited for a table at Hiro Nori, it is located in an indoor space with multiple restaurants, so it's somewhat of a "center bar". Apparently, originally the hours used to be limited to daytime for all of the local office buildings, but now has evening hours, which we were definitely happy about! We were helped by Gavin, and he was great. Not only did he make some amazing drinks, but he was also very friendly and let my husband try a beer sample he was pondering over. This is one of my favorite bars to go to after work. It's a cool little outdoor bar in the trade food hall. I love going here because it's super convenient and they have great prices. We usually get their $10 old fashioneds or their $3 tequila Tuesday shots. One of the best parts is the service. Taku is always friendly and hospitable. The food court is still here, with the rotating options, so everyone eats what they want, but you gotta drink here, which is not a bad option Prices are reasonable, and they have a nicely varied selection of booze options, and beer options. 10 taps, with (at this moment) 30 call whiskey/Scotch options, 18 tequilas, and 11 gins. What a good idea. I always love a decent place to grab a quick beer in a food court. No it is not a craft beer place like I usually prefer, but they do have a handful of craft beers on tap which is neat for such a small place. I was able to order my pad Thai at tuk tuk in the court, and while waiting for my food, grab a 34 oz stein of lost obey red ale, how cool is that. Great location with good food choices. I enjoy coming to the Center Hub for drinks after work or after a company softball game. I normally come here for the beers, as they have a nice selection and regularly rotate their taps. I like it that you don't necessarily have to keep your drink inside the bar area, but you can take it out to the dining area while you enjoy some food from the nearby food stands. Note: Parking does get busy during dinner time but it's never stopped me from finding a spot. I come for the the drink specials ($6 well drinks until close), abundance of seats & space for our doggos (yes, they are dog-friendly!). Service is always prompt and super friendly. There's also a TV in the corner that usually has sports on. Food-wise, I've only ordered carne asada nachos (pricy but HUGE portion-size) from the Mexican food stand but will be back to try Champion's Curry. We stopped at Center Hub while we were waiting for a table at the Ramen place a couple doors down. Center Hub is fairly new and in a center with several eateries. The seating was several high tops and a bar with chairs as well as a bar that looked out a long open air wall facing the parking lot. It was very welcoming. We had a Japanese whiskey drink and a sour patch drink. They were both really good. The sour patch came with a sour candy stick in it. Quite fun. The wait staff was very nice and let our niece inside even though she was only 20. She had not been allowed in another local restaurant earlier this week due to her age so this was a win-win for us. I've been to this bar a handful of times & the staff is always nice and attentive but I've only been served by her^ she's always very energetic and smiling unlike most bartenders who want to get you out of there real quick with a blank expression and no customer service. This is the perfect bar to go to on your lunch or a quick stop before an event. There's plenty of seating around and they have a lot of good food options in the same plaza. Lordy mercy praise the Lord, there's a full bar in the joint! Looking for dranks at Trade? This is it. The setup at Trade is a little confusing in this section. It's sectioned off, but not really. Can you eat here? Or only drink here? As long as you order a drink, you can sit here and bring your food in from any of the other nearby vendors. If you sit here because there are no seats in the courtyard and you don't order a drink, then they will give you the stink eye. So act like you would at any other bar and order a drink! I was here for a Sunday during Happy Hour (open until 2 p.m.) and well drinks were $5. I asked for Whiskey Sour and the girl said she could do it for me. My friend asked for a Moscow Mule, which she said she could make that also for Happy Hour. But... I got the feeling that because they make craft drinks, that they don't consider these well drinks, where in most standard bars they would qualify as well drinks. The drink was $5 and after it was made we were notified that there was a $1 upcharge because they used fresh lime juice. The additional cost was not an issue, because $6 + tax for a good drink is always worth it. But I do think it would be good for them to disclose the extra $1 before they make your drink, because some people might take issue with that. I would take fresh juice versus packed lime juice any day! Whiskey Sour - My whiskey sour was on point. Good balance of tart, sweet, and alcohol strength, the type that would want to make you order one or two more of them. Moscow Mule - This was also good, ginger beer with New Amsterdam vodka. Came here to drink when I tried out Two Birds and Portside Fishery. Super nice and chill bartender (was trying to convince people to take tequila shots in the middle of the day). Good drinks, well-crafted, and reasonably price. Happy hour deals pretty good ($6 well drinks). Good cocktail menu as well. The Center Hub owner, Jamie, reached out on my review that their bartender had a family emergency on the day of my last visit so it caused much delay to their set up and my orders. I completely understand and emergencies come up, so my coworker and I came back to give them a second chance. This visit started our basically the same... They open at 11am and I did not leave the office until 11am. My coworker and I had time to drive over and order our lunches from other businesses inside of the TRADE food court before we headed over here. Jamie was in the process of opening up and he welcomes us and he said he will call the bartender. So the bartender comes by... he walked behind the bar... he's posing... he's TEXTING!!!!!!!!! Umm, excuse me, YOU HAVE CUSTOMERS WAITING!! And then to the drinks... My coworker orders a Blue Hawaiian and I asked the bartender for recommendations. He recommended the Ginger Snap ($13). I read the description and I honestly said no thanks I want something PRETTY. That's all I asked for. He hyped it up soooo much he said he will make it especially pretty for me. Umm, please look at my picture. It is a muddy looking BROWN drink with NO GARNISH and I think it was the most expensive item on the menu. There was nothing pretty about it. They have separate tables and seats that are reserved for the bar patrons, so it is kind of nice to enjoy some beer or cocktails without having to rush and fight for tables with everyone else in the food court. The vibe is nice, and the cocktails I tried from my friends were decent, but because the bar is feels like like another pop-up shop right next to all these other food areas, it kind of lost the vibe and feel generally associated with a more hipster bar. I like this place. I didn't expect to and honestly, I didn't want to, but I did, and I do. This place, TRADE, is a glorified outdoor food court with young people spending money they don't understand. The food offerings here are decent but over-priced. $7 ice creams and $12 burgers alongside hyped up tacos that are drier than jerky. But at Center Hub, you can sit at the bar or by the wall and have a drink and ignore the rest. When I came, I was meeting someone for a quick beer to catch up then leave. The plan (in my mind) was to drink fast then go home because really, what full grown woman wants to spend more than 30min in a place like this? Well, turned out that it was almost entirely empty and the bartender was cleaning up to close. She said to take our time because she needed at least another half hour to finish resetting the bar and that we could have a heater turned on if we wanted. We still didn't stay long but it wasn't because the experience was unpleasant. I've been here when it was busier and it was still tolerable which is surprising since I hate crowds. Prices are high but that's ok because it's an outdoor bar surrounded by fairly nice food options. Ignore the prices and people and you might just find yourself able to relax in the din. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, the customer service was absolutely atrocious. My family was waiting for HiroNori next door, so we decided to walk over to Center Hub so two members of our group could get a beer. The rest of us were standing near the entrance waiting, when a short male employee walked over to us completely unprompted and asked if we wanted the tables pushed together so we could sit down. Despite a few of us insisting on standing since we were only going to be there briefly, he pushed two tables together and invited us to sit down. In the span of about two minutes he came over to the table twice and asked us to order, despite two of us already having beers and another still looking at the menu. He then rudely proceeded to tell us we had to leave and could not sit there if we weren't immediately ordering, which is bizarre since he insisted without our request and there were only two other parties in the bar. We awkwardly moved to a table about ten feet away in the seating area of the food court, while the two group members quickly finished their beers. While they were standing there the other employee loudly stated "can they not f*cking read the sign", since there were customer only signs on the tables (which was not actually on the table they seated us at). They then proceeded to get some sort of bizarre ego boost from kicking us out and began bragging about it, before disappearing off into the bathroom together for an extended period of time. I don't typically write negative reviews, but this experience was so unbelievable and this behavior is extremely embarrassing, childish, unprofessional, and rude for two fully grown men.
