Seamless and quick then I walked out to check in for the x-ray where the experience was similar. I hope I can come to this facility again for some future things like mammograms, x-rays, and bloodwork. I would like to permanently break up with Labcorp. Instead of receiving clear and honest communication, I was left trying to sort out conflicting information on my own. . The overall experience created unnecessary stress and frustration during a situation that was already difficult to navigate. Patients deserve transparency, professionalism, and accurate information. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and I cannot recommend this practice based on how this matter was handled. Just be honest. I waited for my next appointment and waited to receive a text or confirmation, but I received no voicemail, email, or other notification that the appointment had been canceled. When I contacted the front desk, they claimed they had tried to leave a voicemail and said my voicemail was full. I work a corporate job and regularly use my phone, so my voicemail is never full. I had taken time off work for this appointment and would have driven to the office without knowing it had been canceled if I had not called ahead to confirm! I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and the inconvenience this caused. I should have been notified about the cancellation, especially after already having my yearly checkup left incomplete during my previous visit.

I stole some of this from another patient because I am enamored with the care I received. I'm not sure about the negative reviews and their experiences but I am happy to be with Dr. Daher. I'm impressed with her knowledge and processes and have referred her to family and friends. Highly recommend!!!
