Seamless and quick then I walked out to check in for the x-ray where the experience was similar. I hope I can come to this facility again for some future things like mammograms, x-rays, and bloodwork. I would like to permanently break up with Labcorp. Instead of receiving clear and honest communication, I was left trying to sort out conflicting information on my own. . The overall experience created unnecessary stress and frustration during a situation that was already difficult to navigate. Patients deserve transparency, professionalism, and accurate information. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and I cannot recommend this practice based on how this matter was handled. Just be honest. Our initial impression was more of a pleasant surprise. She and I both envisioned mass chaos, but everything was very well organized. The physical location of the surgery centers extremely convenient & easily accessible from I-95 and J. Turner Butler Boulevard . Check-in was a breeze for anyone who understands modern technology. If an elderly person were to be there alone, they may have issues with the check-in process because it is all computerized. There were many different people there for many different surgeries but the wait time was minimal for my mother's Doctor and her cataract surgery. I'm uncertain how they choose, which surgeries happen in which rooms but I would think that similar surgeries all happened in the same rooms in order to keep the flow of patients moving quickly. The staff was all very cordial and greeted each patient with a smile on their face. The ones I witnessed were all soft spoken and genuinely concerned for the health and welfare of the patients they were with. The lobby, waiting room and what I could see of the receptionist's area was very clean and organized, but I was unable to view any of the operating rooms as I waited in the waiting area for my mother's procedure to be finished. From what it seems, surgery centers, streamline the surgery process, and look to be the wave of the future. This particular Center turned out to be a blessing for my mother, as she is quite anxious with anything medically related. I stole some of this from another patient because I am enamored with the care I received. I'm not sure about the negative reviews and their experiences but I am happy to be with Dr. Daher. I'm impressed with her knowledge and processes and have referred her to family and friends. Highly recommend!!!
