Not realizing a second location existed from the same owners, I stumbled upon this establishment as I was looking for breakfast at a diner that was nearby. It was a typical diner experience. I was seated quickly and service was quick, efficient and friendly. I ordered the Centerville Omelette which had ham, bacon, sausage, onions, mushroom, green pepper and cheese. The omelette was filling. I asked for my potatoes extra crispy and they fell short on this request but overall I was satisfied with my meal. This was our first visit to this diner in mid afternoon. The space is large with various areas of booths and some tables. Our server, Courtney was pleasant and attentive. The menu is extensive. We had a hard time choosing. There are lunch specials, dinner specials, senior menu, and breakfast all day. I decided on a cranberry chicken salad wrap which was very good, except it had diced tomatoes which I do not want and had to do surgery to extract them. I have not previously had tomatoes IN chicken salad. Slices on the bread, yes, which I request they leave off. So if you don't mind that ingredient then you will find this a tasty choice. My partner ordered the ham and bean soup, always her favorite. It had vegetables throughout, carrots aplenty. Normally ham and bean soup is ham, beans, broth. Vegetables not needed or wanted. Essentially this chef adds unwanted (to us) items to menu staples, which may not bother most people. For me it reminds me of trying to use up leftovers by adding them to other items. The place is very accessible, bathroom accessible, and clean. Owners or staff do smoke right outside the front door. Parking lot is large. Price point very affordable. Our total before tip was $35. With so many menu choices I am sure we will add this eatery to our rotation. read more

A week ago my husband and I went for dinner. Our experience wasn't the greatest. Our dinner was messed up because the kitchen wasn't paying attention to what our waitress wrote. The guy at the front desk wasn't doing anything to help. It's a shame that the only way this restaurant operates well is when Ronda is there. read more

I was hungry for a good meal so I went here. Being Tuesday, it was all you can eat chicken and waffles. You could smell how good the waffle was going to taste! And was the meal excellent? Yes it was. Took my elderly mother (82) who is barely mobile and cannot have salt and seasonings in or on her food. Our waitress Cristin was SO GRACIOUS with my mom and talked her through her order. Cristin came to the table often to refill drinks and check in. She made my mom feel so comfortable and as we watched her, this is how she is with all her customers. Honestly, I'd return to Centerville 2 simply BECAUSE OF CRISTIN, let alone the breakfast was excellent. I'd hire Cristin to work anywhere anytime. That kind of gracious, proactive service is hard to find. read more

We haven't been there before so we thought it a good time to stop in and check it out. The set up is different. The servers have a path to your table from the opposite direction. Interesting we went the brunch route and I ordered pancakes, I have tried but I can't think of a word that describes it. Heavy for sure but it had a stick to your teeth quality. My husband got chipped beef. The sauce was so thick and not much beef. We will definitely try it again, we all deserve a second chance, I'm just not in a hurry. The staff was friendly and the busboy never stopped moving. He was very busy and seemed happy working. My score was low mostly because of the food but everyone seems happy here. Most of the food here is good and very reasonably priced. The only things Indo not get anymore are the soups and dinner entrees. I don't like those there. I do enjoy all the breakfast items and salads and sandwiches. The service is always good. The decor is very diner forward. read more

Not coming back to this diner! I ordered Cesar chicken wrap. Chicken was really tough. The waitress was very nice and asked if I wanted anything else. I ordered mozzarella sticks. Just had breakfast there yesterday! Cheese omelette, link sausage, home fries, toast and a soda! $8 for the omelette, almost $5 for the sausage, .75 cents for toast, and $2.29 for a soda! Super disappointed. We only live about a few minutes from the diner so we went and tried it out. Service was bad. After our waiter brought our food he seemed to have disappeared. When we needed to go boxes and our check we finally had to flag down a different waitress to find our waiter. When the waitress gave us our to go boxes they had bits of food in them! Both of them! It makes me wonder how clean the rest of the place is? Fish and Chips were ok. Lasagna was pretty bad One end had pasta so dry it was crunchy. The garlic bread was regular bread saturated In butter with some garlic and warmed. There were no croutons on our salad but the guy next to us had croutons. Did our waiter just not bother to put them on. Upon checking out the lady at the register really did want feedback. she apologized and took 10% off our check. With a group and sat in back room. Our waitress was very good; My food was good. Ordered crab cake; Witch had to much old bay. Maybe saying on the menu that the crab cake contains Old Bay, since so many people have a allergy to it. We were there earlier for breakfast about 3 months ago. Our waitress was delightful and friendly. However, we were there 12/12.24 and we were seated and our waitress had the personality of a cardboard box. We got our food in a timely manner but she never came back to ask if everything was ok or did we need our drinks refilled. Waitress training 101! This was my second visit - last one Sept 2023 4 star. Today I had probably the best diner breakfast I've had anywhere and I road trip for a diner. My country skillet was exceptional and generous - I brought 1/2 home. Coffee was hot and filled as often as I needed. My server was attentive and very pleasant. A week ago I wrote a wonderful review but tonight's dinner left a lot to be desired. After bragging to my family how good it was we were disappointed. 7 adults 2 children. The seafood platters were cold, the mashed potatoes were also cold and my son in laws steak was dry. Had to keep asking the waitress for everything, rolls, extra napkins smaller fork for my granddaughter. The only hit thing was the soup. Even though some of the items were made right the atmosphere became frustrating. I'll give it another try but I'm not happy. read more
