Let me tell ya... Ali and Mike are great people! I don't have an exotic car or even a newer car, but I do have a nice MDX if I do say so myself. I had battery probs and was parked across the street. It was hot and I just had someone to jump it before it died again. I walked over to Central Auto Customs, sweating! I asked could someone one help me with a jump. With no questions asked. Mike stopped what he was doing and came and gave me a jump. I asked hey is my battery good, I'm going out of town with this car? He said drive it over and will check your battery and your alternator. I get back at the shop and Ali jumps in to help and offers me water and tells me don't worry about it. They let me know I had a bad battery and to go get one asasp! They saved me because my car was glitching all over the place. Great customer service and now I'm bringing in my mini cooper S. Which they said they will price match anybody. I got into my first accident and did not know what to do. They helped me tow the car from the collision and I was not required to pay anything up front. Ali helped with the whole insurance process from the beginning to the end of the repair. I had to do little to no communication with my insurance.
