Welp, had my first ever fender bender in my glorious 18 year streak of driving with no accidents. I was super worried they wouldn't be able to fix my truck since I drive a Toyota Xrunner. They definitely don't make that model no more and some parts they just won't be able to substitute. The whole driver side needed fixing and my truck was estimated to take up to 21 days. YIKES, ain't no one wanna drive a rental for that long?! I went in to get an estimate on Feb 25th. They called me when the parts came in and I dropped my truck off March 4th. Would you believe they got everything done in just 1 WEEK! Can you say amazing?! My truck looks brand new on the driver side now I gotta go get the other side color corrected LOL. These guys work quick, do a good job, actually care, and make the process smooth. The staff here are super friendly. Kaitlyn and Shayne made this very easy for me and I really appreciate it. They answered my many questions, reassured me the other guy's insurance is covering all costs, gave me suggestions, and made this whole experience smooth. If you ever need your vehicle fix you should definitely come here! Great costumer service, quick services, and great quality. Excellent work on my repairs! Received timely updates when eta was moved due to needing more parts.

My Hyundai was the "victim" of a hit and run. As I was driving in the freeway access lane near the Humane Society, on 1/21, an older model van turned into my lane from the lane going straight on King Street and took off my front bumper and ripped out my passenger headlight. Although the driver slowed down, he kept going and made his escape onto H-1 eastbound. My insurance company, First Insurance, said I could take my car to any repair shop and get an estimate. I told them I would probably take my car to the Tony Group Collision Center in Waipio (even though I live in Manoa) since I purchased my car from Tony Hyundai. My insurance adjustor Jody said the Tony Group Collision Center is one of their preferred repair shops and they would not need an estimate beforehand, so I could call them and make an appointment immediately. First Insurance would also pay $50 per day to cover a rental vehicle. However, I would need to pay for gas and should not accept the insurance option since my own policy would cover the rental car. I took my car out to the Collision Center on 1/26 and Service Advisor Brandee Lee completed the estimate and said they would order the parts and schedule the repair appointment when the parts were in. She even helped temporarily secure the front bumper. On 2/7, Brandee called to say the parts were in, so I went to the Collision Center on 2/8 to drop off my car. A representative from Enterprise Rental was there to have me sign forms for the rental. Jean from the Collision Center told me they had an arrangement with Enterprise to provide cars at a $35 rate but since First would pay up to $50 per day, Jean arranged an upgrade. On 2/16, Brandee called to say my car would be ready to be picked up on 2/17. I actually went out on 2/18 to pick up my car. Jean from the Collision Center brought out my car and told me to just leave the rental car and she would contact Enterprise to arrange for the rental return. Suffice to say that I am extremely pleased at the service and turnaround which the Tony Group Collision Center accomplished. Both Brandee and Jean are extremely capable and made a stressful experience much more pleasant. While waiting a minute inside the shop for Jean to bring out my car, I noticed all the plaques on the wall which were from other car makers attesting to the Tony Group Collision Center's expertise in repair. So they can repair cars other than the Tony Group sells. This is an unqualified recommendation to use the Tony Group Collision Center. Now if I can only find that hit and run driver, his vehicle is gonna need a lot more than body work to tool around the city. read more

Upon dealership delivery of my 2023 Ford F150 Raptor 37, there were two small stress cracks in the paint on the front driver fender. Windward Ford allowed me to get the warranty claim done at Tony Group Collision Center upon request since I have been going to TGCC for over 10 years due to their great customer service and quality in workmanship. Upon repainting the front driver fender and front door...just like "new". Now I can finish getting my ppf Xpel Stealth finished on those panels. read more

It first started off by my PARKED car being hit at the parking lot where I work at. Wait for it.... It was a co-worker of mines. URGHHH. This location is across the Public Storage just before Zippy's. Upon arriving at this location, I noticed that the parking structure is quite small. I did not know where to park and asked a person where can I park. They said to pull over on the side, in which I did. Shay the receptionist was kind, bubbly, and energetic. When my car was in the shop she was prompt on updating me with the status of my vehicle. I had Michelle (Estimator), who estimated and took pictures of the damages to my car. She was nice, prompt, and knowledgeable. She helped me through the steps on getting my car repaired. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I did the 360 look around my vehicle. I am sooo happy to get my Honda Odyssey Touring back from multiple Body work that needed to be done. Including Front and rear BUMPERS. Black also makes it more difficult of a job. Major work, I almost forgot what my car looked like :) Sabrina Dela Rama and her staff always do a GREAT Job! I had gotten into a car accident and was referred to this place by Tony Honda, where I had purchased my car since it is a Honda certified shop. They are one of a few auto shops that are open on the weekends. I had saw them four times, 1) as a walk-in to inquire about getting my car fixed, 2) an appointment to fill out paperwork and set an appointment to drop off my car 3) drop of my car to get it fixed 4) to pick-up my car. Brandie, Roxanne and Sabrina are helpful and efficient and has made the process smooth and easy. They do have loaner cars available, but they are first come first serve. If you know you're going to need to rent a car, make sure you put your name down when you see them to do your paperwork. I didn't need one at first but ended up changing my mind due to some circumstances. They didn't have one available when I dropped off my car to get it fixed, but luckily a few days later they called me and had one available. I feel the ease with them fixing my car knowing they are Honda certified shop. They even go over thoroughly with you the information and give you a copy of the paperwork for your records. read more

Here you see two bad reviews by Tina Jo. Tina was a visitor to Hawai'i she rented my vehicle through Turo the car rental app. When she returned it she brought it back with the tailgate smashed in. I kept my cool and was understanding and thought Turo app we both agreed to handle it between the host and guest. The first estimate is not the final cost. It says this on the top of estimate paper she received. Due to the damage she did the cost of the extra work came out higher than original estimate price. In the beginning she promised to pay full damage. Tina is now back out on that promise. I've had my vehicle repaired here before due to another visitor and it went smoothly. Tony group collision center has a great group of individuals who work with upsetting people on the regular. Anthony was the manager that help me through this upset. First - the young lady who is the receptionist is awesome! She's so friendly, helpful, and energetic. She leaves an awesome first impression when you call. Safety protocols are followed. Saw some posts saying this business charges more than others and that was my experience today. Estimate from the Tony Hyundai service department made me consider this company for some repairs. So I went to my usual company, got their estimate, which was slightly higher than Tony service center but it's because they caught an additional part that was needed (they showed me what it was so it was legit and made sense based on the damage.) However the Collision Center estimate (verbal) was double the cost by the service center AND my usual company I've used in the past. When I showed both estimates to this business's estimator she said it's because she does not do spot paint jobs. Guess the extra $2K was for a complete paint job? I have had just the section being repaired painted by my regular repair company in the past and have never had any issues. They do a great job matching the paint. (Their estimates even include paint matching). So I said her estimate was too high (especially since I had said I was paying out of pocket because the damage wasn't due to an accident), declined getting a written estimate and left. Made an appointment for my repair with my usual go to instead. read more

Absolutely impressed beyond words with the Collision center! I was involved in a 3 car accident and I was the first vehicle in the line. The insurance company that was responsible to pay for the repairs were horrible however the collision center made sure to get things done in a timely manner and update me frequently! Simon was the gentleman who repaired my car and completely exceeded my expectations! I also hate to admit it but the day I came to pick up my car, I backed into a pole in their parking lot. The collision center offered to buff out the superficial marks from the pole and offered my children drinks while the serviced my care yet again! So before I went on a trip I spoke to Sabrina and told her I will try to drop my car off before I left. Being schedule was so hectic wasn't able to drop it off. I Just got back and literally dropped it off. The front desk said Sabrina has a big meeting she had to go to and wasn't here. But said because I went on my trip that she does not want to work on my bmw. I was being nice and all but staff just didn't want to write the estimate. Not good for Business. This shop is HORRIBLE! NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Sabrina is the worst she promised me all these things to make me happy and then gave me my car back with the alignment messed up and then said that I was responsible for it. I brought my car here because they were a preferred shop but I will never do that again. I will never use this shop again they had my car for ever three months saying they were backed up which was fine but then things kept happening. The customer service here is just to keep you happy till they push your car out. They did not do quality work on my car either. They say that they aren't responsible for anything after the car is out of the shop and I know why now because they don't want to be responsible for their crappy work. Don't do it save yourself the head ache. Go somewhere else. I promise you will regret sending your car here. read more

My car was a victim of being rear ended, this company does not live up to what i thought was good customer services, original estimate came out to 20k which frame damages was noted on there, who'd wanna drive a vehicle with frame damage, not me. When i got my vehicle back i was told prior they was gonna fix my tailgate lock which is a power lock i tried to open the bed of the vehicle couldn't open it even with the key. truck drove funny with a lot of rattling coming from the undercarriage which could've been from the frame being damaged. The alignment was pretty bad. At least i know now to never come back to this shop again. Also very horrible at keeping communication with the insurance company as well they make you sign forms so that they get the insurance company to pay them directly, but thats not always the case. Getting updates from them on status is impossible as well when no one answers the phones. read more

All I can say is hands down, Tony Group Collision Center is the best. Got to tour the whole shop and I must say that it is very clean and well organized. Everyone at the shop are very knowledgeable and friendly, making you feel at home. Every staff member that passes you by never fails to greet you with a smile. The day my accident occurred, I already knew where I wanted to bring my car for repairs and that was here! Sabrina and her team did a great job with my repairs that my car looked better than it did before I got into the accident. They were very efficient, professional, easy to work with, and most of all, excellent in communicating with me via phone or email whenever I had any questions or concerns. Although there was some issues and disagreements with my insurance and the other parties insurance, Sabrina reassured me not to worry about anything and literally took care of everything for me. Geico tried to screw me with their policies of not using proper vehicle replacement parts in fine writing, probably four pages down from the policy pages and Geico did not want to comply with my dealership warranties. Tony Collision Center not only fixed, repaired and replaced all broken and messed up parts but fixed my vehicle to better then new status, warranties intact!! I didn't recognize how bad the alignment was until driving it after being fixed! I'm so amazed and thankful! My vehicle returned washed, cleaned and tires dressed! Talk about five stars? Ok first of all I went to another place to get a estimate and got the price then I came here to get a estimate for a dent on my trunk. The lady looked at it and she took forever in the office and when she came out it was a list of things that I didn't really need! And they wanted to do the job for $2800!!! They will overcharge you if your not careful. Brought my car to g's auto center less than 1 min away and the guy gave me a estimate for free and they did the job for $1300 which is way cheaper. I recommend that you go to G's first to get a estimate before you come here and have to pay for one. read more

This place has great customer service! All the staff here were welcoming, friendly and like others had said Sabrina is awesome. She helped and reassured me the my vehicle would be repaired. I was a bit worried because I had a lot of miles on my 4Runner than usual from being on the mainland and wasn't sure if the value would be what I thought it was. BUT Sabrina made it happen. Car parts were ordered the day of my quote. I was allowed to leave my vehicle with them even though my appt. for repair wasn't until a little while later. I was offered a brand new vehicle as a loaner as soon as it became available. After a couple of weeks my 4Runner was repaired and I couldn't be happier. I hope to never be involved in another accident but at least I know where to go if I do. read more

I got in an accident one day and was barely able to drive my car away after all of the stress that comes from wrecking your truck. Anyways the first place I thought of was Tony Collision center. I don't know why, maybe it was because I've dealt with the Tony group before in the past, it was so close to where I got into an accident or that I drive by it a lot. Whatever the reason I ended up there late one afternoon. Sabrina greeted me and from the start was extremely helpful. She took my truck in even though they were about to close. Had me fill out the necessary paper work and even got a rental car delivered to me all within a half an hour. The timing was crucial for me because that night I still had to go to Sam's Club, to pick up my sons cake for his arrow of light ceremony (Cub Scout award) and make it to the meeting all within an hour. (Crazy). The follow up with the insurance company the very next day was a big relief. Through the process I was made aware of the different stages that my truck was going through. Roxanne was a great help too. She kept me informed ( almost on a daily bases via email) and when things needed to be more thoroughly explained she made herself available to discuss any concerns I had (they both were). Here's the best part. Knowing how thorough they were I was expecting my truck to not only look good but feel good too. When I went in to pick it up I was not surprised. It was what I expected and they delivered. TGC has been my go to repair shop. They've exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I phoned in to get car into shop. From the start there were problems from the insurance company trying to low ball and refuse the repairs and safety of my family. TGC stood behind my fight and continuously kept me in the loop of things and helped me every step of the way to pursue complaint against Farmer's Insurance. Sabrina especially was very helpful and guided me when needed to the right people to get what was fair. Through this unfortunate situation learned I wasn't the only one Farmer's Insurance was trying to deny payment to TGC. For something that could have been smooth and easy turned into 5 months of waiting for Farmer's Insurance to make payment in full. TGC kept patience with us and continued to ensure that they were behind us 100%. Have not had one issue with vehicle since accident and have maintained a great relationship with Sabrina and staff at TGC. I speak highly of great work and they've earned my FIVE STARS. By far the best customer service I've ever experienced with any company, thanks to the manager Sabrina Dela Rama. I unfortunately had my left bumper rear ended by someone while my vehicle was parked. I took my vehicle to tony collision since I bought my car from tony auto group and knew they were a Nissan certified shop and thank God I did. I ran into problems with the insurance company and was going to have to pay out of pocket for a lot of the expenses for an accident I didn't even cause. I had no idea what I was doing but Sabrina gave me tons of advice and helped me out along the way and at the end it ended up being a very educational experience. My car looked great, all original parts and Sabrina even gave me a discount when she saw that I'd have to end up paying out of pocket. I've never seen anyone so invested in a customer before, she truly cares about the customer and not just about how to make the most profit out of an unfortunate event.
