I explained what we were looking for and they more than met our expectations. They provided us with a good, better, best option and after listening to them, we felt confident to turn the keys over and let them do what they do. All I can say is wow, or rather WOW! End product in my wife's Cadillac not only sounds a 100 times better than factory, but the elegance in which they built it blended in perfectly with the interior and class the Escalade demands. They have a little waiting room, which was clean and comfortable, with a TV and a little heater/fireplace for the winter. I came in to have an alarm installed with sensors. I've been here years before with my old car and they did great work then too, so I felt confident coming back. The alarms they use are high quality and work very well. The installation itself was very professionally done, and the alarm works exactly as I wanted, it's very sensitive and reliable, which gives me great Peace of Mind, especially with all the break ins that have been happening in the neighborhood recently. The guy who worked on our car was friendly and the receptionist was friendly as well. They did have to special order a part because the tilt sensor module didn't fit our car, so we had to wait an extra 1-2 weeks. Once the part came in, he installed it very quickly. Their prices are very fair, we called a couple of other shops and they were definitely more expensive compared to Bakersfield car and audio. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

That said, the initial installation of my $1,000 bed cover felt rushed given the hourly labor cost. The fitment wasn't quite right at first and one side of the seal was pinched. I also noticed an impact was used on the rails, which are known to be sensitive to over-torque and can crack easily. While the pinched seal was corrected, I would have preferred more care taken from the start. I don't think they do bad work, but the shop's pace is faster than I personally prefer. For future work, I'd likely look for a shop that prioritizes a bit more attention to detail.
