At the same time, they altered a pantsuit for me, and instead of tacking it as I asked, they put snaps on it. The snaps popped open immediately upon donning the garment. They attempted to fix it and put hooks on it covering the snaps, which shows. It is now ruined. They refuse to pay for that. I spent $400 on the pantsuit, $150 on the shawl, and $550 on the shoes. I am suing. Beware.
