I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this dealership. In October, I sold my Hyundai Elantra to the dealership for $500 as part of purchasing a Toyota Corolla. Months later, I received notice of an insurance claim involving the Elantra because it had been in an accident. That was shocking, considering I no longer owned the vehicle. After looking into the situation, I was informed that the dealership had never transferred the title out of my name. As a result, I was left dealing with the consequences of a vehicle I had sold months earlier. What has been even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I have spent months trying to get someone at the dealership to help resolve this issue. Each time I call, I'm told someone will contact me, but no one ever does. I even reached out directly to the general manager by email and still received no response. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how they're handled. Unfortunately, this dealership has shown little urgency or accountability in resolving an issue that has the potential to seriously impact a customer's insurance and legal responsibilities. I hope this review encourages the dealership to address situations like this more promptly and prevents other customers from having a similar experience. read more

If you can avoid this dealership, do so. I stopped to ask a simple question related to updating the mapping program on my mother's Camry. I was told my car required an inspection before I could ask my the question. "An inspection to update a map?" The teen-age "service advisor" looked at me like I had three heads and directed me to an older fella seated in a corner who also had no clue what I was asking and directed me to the teen-agers outside placing service numbers on the cars. Clearly, there is no customer service at this dealership. Merely the profit-driven dealership railroad that underlines what we all know so well. While waiting for my service "advisor" I got to see 3 employees shooting dice instead of working. One of them was the "manager". Then there was a worker surfing Tinder right for everyone to see. Terrible customer service and a blatant bait-and-switch. I've been a loyal customer for years, bought my car here, and have had more than 15 oil changes done at this dealership. In the past, when they ran a $69 oil change special, my total would end up around $75 with fees--which was reasonable. This time, they advertised the same $69 special and tried to charge me $110. That's not a small difference; it's misleading and unacceptable. They used to value repeat customers and honor their promotions, but now it seems they're more interested in squeezing every dollar out of customers than providing honest service. After years of doing business with them, they've permanently lost my business. read more

I had an oil change on Saturday, and either the service drive porter or mechanic decided that their comfort in my seat for a hundred feet was more important than my daily driving comfort. I don't rearrange your furniture, don't rearrange mine. If my vehicle had a memory option, that would be different, but it doesn't. Bottom line is, don't adjust the customer's seat. read more

I loved bringing my car here yes they try to sell you a service the car doesn't need but today December 4th , 2025 I took my car for basic oil change and after the job was done I started driving the car got as far as my mothers home and the car gave me an error code saying low or no oil I call the dealer to let them know what happened so they had to get a tow to get the car and bring it back for the service to actually be done. Wasting a whole day dealer with an oil change that is a simple procedure. To add more few to the fire they gave my phone number to sales person to spam me with messages and calls to try to buy a car. With this experience I'll be doing the service on my car for now on. read more

Let me start by saying that if it weren't for the video that was captured when I pulled into the service lane, the outcome probably would've been much worse. My service advisor on 5/4/25 was Ventura. I made my appointment for an oil change only and he started by showing me a video and suggested a front wheel alignment along with a list of other recommendations. Fast forward to today 5/5/25, my husband took my car to get the alignment elsewhere and they brought it to his attention that the engine could've blown. I should've had him take a picture. The cap was left off and almost all of the oil leaked. I waited over 2 hours to get my car back yesterday only to find it still parked since there were 2 curbs fully of cars already done and customers still waiting. All they know is to try to get you to do all the repairs and not even taking care of the cars. We will not be returning for service at this location. They have gotten worse over the last few years. read more

On August 16, 2025, I visited Toyota dealership on 11020 S. Orange Blossom Trail Orlando, Fl. I like the idea of the Salesperson waiting/greeting the customers at the parking lot. The salesperson who assisted me was at the dealership parking lot and immediately introduced himself. I already knew what type of vehicle I wanted to purchase. I was fortunate to see the vehicle and within minutes I test drove it. Within a short period of time, we were negotiating the price of the vehicle. The salesman (Diego Luzardo) was pleasant and even offered to give me a free carwash and one tank of gas upon purchasing the vehicle. Diego "negotiated" a great sales price. I was so happy and that thought of this is too good to be true. However, I repeatedly asked & verified with him the final price of the car. Diego reassured me that was the final price. We sat with the finance person (Franklin Decena) and upon signing the paperwork I realized that Diego had misguided me and was untruthful with the sale. I asked to speak to him. Diego deflected my questions and eventually was unable to provide a honest respond. I expressed to him how I felt about his unethical practices with his job. Subsequently, I informed his manager (Vinchenzo Machado) about Diego's unethical work practices. Mr. Machado did not appear alarm nor concern about the purchase transaction. If you are planning on visiting this dealership (Toyota dealership at above stated location) be very concern/aware about their sales practices. It appears that the managers work together with the salesmen with overpricing the vehicles and then getting a cut from such purchases. I would not recommend this car dealership. read more

very bad new car buying experience; they switched the car when I asked for a different color. The car I test drove was ($49,000 MSRP) with the features I wanted. They gave me a lower priced car and claimed it was identical ($43145 MSRP). Realized this next day -they refused to talk. Be careful of deceptive sales guys here. More than losing the $6000, it was the deception that got me. DONT BUY HERE. Also traded in a $9000 retail car and we agreed on $4000 as trade in for adjusting the sale. I told him I lived over 45 minutes away and that my time was limited because I work two jobs. I specifically asked if the truck was available, and I was assured that it was and that I could come in that same day to test drive it. I made the long drive and showed up at 8 PM, only to be told that the truck was actually in the shop, had not passed inspection, and wasn't even available for sale yet. They said whatever they needed to say to get me into the dealership, and it completely wasted my time. The lack of honesty and professionalism was disappointing, and the staff showed zero remorse for the inconvenience they caused. Dealing with car dealers is always a concerning issue for us. Whenever you go in the door, you can almost predict what will happen. For us it was pretty much the same as we expected as it relates to the negoiation. We went in on the last day of the month as our trade in was not reliable. After service by Ford of Clermont ($2000.00) our Ford Expedition came back with an engine light on that wouldn't go away. They said bring it back and spend more money to really get it fixed. Due to its age we decided against it and settled on a 2022 Toyota Highlander Limited. It was realitively low mileage with an inflated price tag, which I expected from a dealer. We were met by a salesman who showed us the vehicle then shortly thereafter had to do something else and passed us on to Valentina Decena a nice young lady who dealt with us in a forthright manner eventually passing us off as expected to a Sales Manager, name not recalled, who as usual took our offer to the back office for "approval" (never saw that person). After several back and forth disapprovals of our offers we came to an agreement of an out the door price that was acceptable. We were prepared to walk out the door, we both knew each others position. In the end it came down to $500.00 so we went up and they came down. What I consider a fair deal was reached. Not quite like dealing with an oriental rug merchant in Istanbul, Turkey, but close. The trade in offer was noticeably lower than I expected and all the add on fees were higher but none of that really matters, it is the out the door price that really matters. I did not feel like I was decieved in anyway, everything was what I expected before walking in the door. The sales process and financing process was time consuming but straight forward. No one I talked to could make a final decision; it had to be made by some faceless person in some back office. I didn't have enough cash to pay for it all so I had to finance part. The finance lady, Gloria was knowledgeable and professional. All in all, we came away comfortable that we received a fair, bordering on a minimally good deal. All the people we dealt with were knowledgeable, polite and professional especially Valentina. read more

I had some concern about this being my closest Toyota Dealer to me after reading earlier poor reviews and I had to get my car in for service. It appears that this dealership listens and has stepped up their game and made this a very pleasant visit. This was my first service and visit to this dealership. I've owned many Toyotas over the years, have experienced many dealerships and waited in many customer service areas waiting for my car. This, hands-down is the best of all of them. The large, almost sprawling, waiting area was equipped with many chairs, tables, a large screen TV, coffee center, vending machines, and counters that allowed you to not be crammed into a sad, boxed-in, waiting area with other customers. The quality, repair, and spacing of the furniture was excellent, meaning that you are not sitting for hours on torn, old, uncomfortable chairs close to other patrons during Covid season. We even got a roaming visit from the manager to check in on our wait--a first for me at any dealership. This service occurred one day after the Christmas New Year Holiday and the backlog of services needed was large. My total time there was 4 hours but the comfort of the facility made it as easy as possible. They had free WiFi (via a Penske service) and so I was even able to Docusign my bill and pay my bill online without needing to physically do so from my advisor, Gonzalo. He was very good juggling his many customers, and the entire visit was made as pleasant as possible. They even washed my car! So, the earlier reviews appear have been addressed and I am happy to recommend this location for servicing your car. read more

Andrea Lara was my service advisor. He was very professional and friendly and explained everything that was going to be happening. He offered me a Lyft ride to and from home as I waited for my repair. I was told the job would take between five and six hours to repair and quoted a price for that job. The job took only three hours, but I still had to pay the full price of labor that came to 5 to 6 hours worth of labor charges. I don't feel this is a fair practice, but it is probably standard amongst all dealerships. They repaired my car and it drives as good as new now. I drive a 2012 Toyota Camry and love it. Back in May 2019 I purchased a 2019 Prius Limited. This is an amazing car. It is my fourth Prius since 2010. When I got the car home I was reviewing my window sticker and the contract. I was charged twice for the same item. When I called the dealership they said they couldn't do anything about it. No credits for service......nothing. I have never stepped foot in their door again. I am now in the market for a 2023 Prius Limited or XLE. I looked at the Central Toyota web site and saw that one was in transit. Since this is a new design with two inches less head space, I'm not even sure that I would even like it. I put in an interest request on the vehicle. I received an email back and they explained that the car was already sold. I then asked if I could come by and look at it and was told no. Today I received this reply to my last email. "There is a shortage of vehicles because there are customers that are willing to buy before seeing the vehicle in person. This is a redesign to a Toyota model and it is in high demand. Customers know the Toyota product and are willing to make the purchase. We actually allow you to look at the vehicle before you take delivery of it and test drive it but the pre sale must be done prior. I agreed that Toyota was a great brand and let them know that I've had 2 Celicas, 7 Camrys and 4 Prius and that I always trade before I have 70,000 miles on a car. I told them that they were delusional if they think I would put any money down on a car that I'm not even sure that I want. I have now found a dealership that is willing to let me look at a car when it arrived that was already pre sold so that I can determine if I want to preorder one. Stay far, far away from this dealership! There are better choices in the greater Orlando area. read more

I contacted central Florida Toyota and received confirmation via email that the 2013 used Jetta hybrid was in stock. A day after that I had viewed two other cars, a Chrysler 200 and a Nissan Versa. These were also verified to be in stock. All cars for $4977. With 3 cars in mind I took my daughter to the dealership to view them in person as I'd planned on making a cash purchase for her very first car. She's 16, so buying or financing something more then that just doesn't make sense. From the moment I got there I was immediately annoyed as the first salesmen tells me that "In stock" doesn't mean they're available... excuse me? So why are you putting them online then?! He then takes us in another car because it's hot out, it is, it's Florida, whatever. Drives around the lot real quick and says see they're being inspected they're not available right now. Proceeds to attempt to get me to finance a larger amount with the money I have as a down payment again after I'd already told him 3 other times with an attitude that I was not financing anything. Period. He sees the other sales person that had confirmed the Jetta was in stock and he tries to get me to finance and gives me the run around after I told him in my very first sentence that I was not financing a car. While searching for the vehicles we're interested in so he can supposedly let me know when they've been inspected and are available he points to another car in the parking lot that I know was more than the $5,000 I stated I was paying and ask my daughter if she liked the car. My daughter who knew I was pissed off already didn't even answer him. I wasted my time, gas and tolls to come all the way down to your establishment to ask about 3 different cars that were a sure thing that we were going to walk off the lot TODAY and make a sale but apparently you all only want financing sales. This to me is a clear cut bait and switch with great vehicles at a good price online to get people down their and convince them to finance a newer car. Since apparently selling any car for any amount with cash is not important to this dealer I suggest you all not walk, but run in the opposite direction. All your going to do is be pressured into financing and in a car you didn't ask for in the first place. It all could have been so simple. For the dealer: it's simple, if a car isn't inspected or ready to be sold then don't put it on a website and have your chat and salespeople say it's there in the first place!
