She responded that I could not do so because I do not have a tracking number. Can you believe how this company operates? This is my first and last time using FedEx. I got the envelopes and the papers that I needed, but unfortunately they no longer carry the ink that I needed. It has been a discontinued item for a long time. The quality of both the envelopes and the paper is solid and good. Prices varies on what you get. For those 2 things that I got, I paid less than $20.00. Great customer service by everyone, plenty of parking spaces, clean restrooms for both men & women. You can't ask for anything more. Store was very nicely organized and super clean. They have so many different things from office needs, to shipping, printing, handling, packaging and delivering. Love FedEx very much!!

Jose was really helpful and patient The two downsides of FedEx for me are that they don't save shipping address information which means that every single time I go in there we have to retype my information where as UPS has that saved in their system. As well, their system can only process five items at a time which meant I had to do for transactions, which just takes longer.

They insisted that I wait to file a claim or to begin an investigation (search for the package inside the store or review their cameras to see if the package left the store). It has been almost 3 weeks and my package was never scanned into the UPS system. It has been presumably lost or stolen and the UPS investigation has not shown any evidence that the box left their store with a UPS driver; it has not been found in a warehouse either. The management offered no refund and despite numerous calls to the store, they have not returned my calls. I have subsequently opened a formal complaint with UPS store corporate office, initiated a chargeback with my card issuer, and filed a police report. After paying over $100 to ship an item, the least I can expect is that the service is received. Please approach this store with caution if you are shipping packages!!!
