My first experience with Central Power was back in early 2022. I was dealing with a water heater that didn't work. Of course, the water heater company suggested I replace it for about $2,000. Since it was an electric water heater, I decided to try Central Power for a second opinion and I'm so glad I did! It turned out to be a minor electrical issue and George diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. He saved me the cost of buying an entirely new water heater (which is what the water heater company recommended)! Since then, I've called Central Power for any electrical issue I have and the result is always the same: competent, honest good work and service for a reasonable price. I don't know how they diagnose issues but rest assured, George is like the electricity whisperer - he walks in confidently, assesses what's going on, and then all of a sudden, it's fixed. Man oh man. If I can give 50 stars I would. My power went out. Did all the breaker checker myself and it didn't work. Knew I had a problem. Central power was the first folks I called. GEORGE reply within minutes. Told me he could come out after hours for $250. Luckily it wasn't hot yet so I decline. But I ask him if he can come first thing in the morning. I called George after another company told me they could not figure out why my exterior lights were not working. The other company also could not figure out a wall switch (3 way???) that was connected to an outlet next to the bed. George was able to come out the same day for a quote and didn't make me feel weird for having a laundry list of to-do electrical items around my home. As usual, Central Power completed another outstanding job, this time installing a security camera and doorbell. They are the only electricians I completely trust to do the job correctly and cost effectively. Eddie is the technician I always ask for and he is the best. For this recent job he and Douglas were great. The wiring install required drywall and stucco cuts to connect wiring from my garage door opener outlet to the camera. Everything was done with care and the drywall cuts were covered over with face plates which look neat and clean. The doorbell installation was a breeze.
