Problems can be dangerous and expensive. Always, always get your RV (yes, even a small camper travel trailer!) inspected before purchase, and on regular intervals during its lifetime. The owners might seem nice and profess easy usage and all the maintenance, but there are often problems lurking. Next, who do you get to do this? There are plenty of uncertified imposters out there, with minimal knowledge and experience. Trust a pro, an actual highly experienced, certified professional like Jim. He was amazing, friendly, and informative through the process. Great rapport with us (the buyers) and the sellers. Thorough job and report. He found a propane leak the owners weren't aware of! It could have been disastrous. Jim performed the service requested, and went above and beyond in every way. His price was great, especially considering the huge cost of repair we could have had if we didn't know about the things he uncovered and even the small problems turned into big ones! I was pleasantly surprised when I drove from NH to their showroom in Randolph. In the Showroom, they had 15-20 pristine high end vehicles, Mercedes, BMW, Bentley, Hummer and Corvettes. I was greeted by salesman Doug who was extremely professional and worked closely with me throughout the acquisition process. There was no pressure during the sale and Doug was very informative, answering all of my questions and worked with me to get the best deal on the car. Doug explained that they had recently received the car that I was looking to buy and that he wanted to make the car whole before it left their showroom. Doug was very honest and fair during the buying process. We looked over the vehicle together and I noticed the car brake pads were worn, plus, one of the lower rocker panels had a small crack in it. Doug didn't hesitate and stepped up right away letting me know that they will replace all of the pads and rotors, all four tires (tires were in pretty good shape) do an oil change, plus, fix the cracked rocker panel. I went to buy this car on a Friday an and by the following Friday Rockland had my car ready for me with all of the repairs completed. The car looks and runs like new. My experience with Rockland was very positive. Doug kept in touch with me during the entire time, calling and texting me letting me know about the process and repairs that were getting done. So if you are looking for a high end nice looking vehicle at a great price I would highly recommended considering checking out Rockland Auto Brokers in Randolph, Ma. Paul P.

Spoke with Doug everyday and Andre ran credit After waiting four days for their bank to respond, they notified me I was approved--but then immediately hiked the price to $14,995, claiming the original price was a "mistake." They refused to honor the agreed-upon price even though they had already run my credit for the lower amount. I have screenshots showing the truck was even marked as "SOLD" at the $11,995 price point before they changed it. Unprofessional and dishonest. The customer service was good and I appreciated a window into the garage so I could see everything being done. I was referred to Lou's by my trusted local gas station and the advice was good; Lou's didn't disappoint. I would definitely return and I was very satisfied with the work, which comes with a 2 year warranty. They also have WiFi if you're waiting in the lobby. I will certainly recommend them and be back for more exhaust repair should I need it with other vehicles.
