General Manager Sharon and Assistant Manager Kelsey were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed excited to help. The owner Len was EXTREMELY responsive to my email & text inquiries (which honestly is rare these days.) As a small business owner myself, I notice and appreciate that kind of effort immediately!! This place is absolutely underrated. Between the amazing staff, the aesthetic Instagram/TikTok worthy storefront, and food & drinks that are ACTUALLY delicious (because sometimes places only nail one or the other ), they've got the full package! Plenty of seating inside & out. clean bathrooms, self-service kiosks but they also have a register if you are lazy like me. Parking can be a little challenging, but there are several nearby garages that make it manageable. 10/10 experience. So grateful we got the chance to try smashed waffles. Pittsburgh needed this spot.

I ordered a coffee, a savory waffle, and a sweet waffle, and everything was delicious. I especially loved the glaze on the cereal killer waffle and the "secret sauce" served with their savory waffles. The cinnamon roll coffee I ordered was also fantastic and a very smooth and sweet drink. Everything was fantastic, and the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

My wife then asked in perfect English if the scoops were big so she could decide how many to order, but the corpulent, pathetic old slug of a "man" said "This is America", and refused to serve them. His accent was heavier and harder to understand than my wife's. I'm Caucasian and was born in the US. I enjoy meeting and befriending people from around the world. However, when an immigrant such as this jerk treats my immigrant wife as somehow lower, yeah, he's going to hear it from me. The coward hid in the back but I yelled loudly that I'm a native-born American and that he has no more right to be in this country than anyone else. I tried a sample of the ice cream before his bigoted hissy fit and it wasn't bad but there's MUCH better ice cream in Pittsburgh. They have a limited selection, too.
