Mike is the owner and operator and he will go above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction, even AFTER the deal is closed. I cant say enough about how easy he is to work with, how painless the process was, and how honest and upfront he is. He doesn't waste alot of time trying to upsell additional services, but he does let you know what options are available. All of the cars on his showroom floor were very well taken care of, no junk here. He is selective in what he buys. ( I looked at them all, inside and out) My family has grown and I searched the entire bay area for a Mini Van with low miles, clean inside and out and certain feature such as leather, back up camera, etc. I price shopped everywhere online and at dealers, and I looked at many similar mini vans. This same model mini van Mike had, were being sold for higher elsewhere, and not nearly in as good condition as the one he had. I drove across the bay to look at it. No high pressure. He didn't call me every other day like most dealers do when you contact them. I drove out there when I was ready, no problems. We really liked the vehicle and test drove it. He showed us the car fax and Kelly Blue Book value, all satisfactory. We walked out with the car in less than an hour. Being a family man himself, he offered his desk for me to change my babys diaper. To me, that was huge!!! He communicated with me after we bought the car via text (my preference) about DMV and Title matters , keeping me informed. He sent me a picture of my new registration card prior to sending it and I noticed it said "commercial" use, meaning the previous owner had registered it that way. All I said was " I guess I have to stand in line at DMV to get it changed" but never asked or expected him to do that for me. A couple days later, I get a text that he made two trips to DMV and got the registration changed to "personal" for me. Wow, great service Mike!! I called to inquire about the availability of a BMW on Saturday and came to check it out a few hours later. Mike had the car parked out front for me to check out when I arrived. The car was in excellent condition, which seemed to be the case for all of the cars there. He encouraged me to go ahead and test drive it around the streets and the freeway, and to take my time. We communicated via text shortly after my visit, and I ended up buying the car the next day. I knew the exact model, year and milage range, even color, and set about finding a car to purchase. I walked away from one car because the dealer couldn't even return calls as promised, though I followed up multiple times. After experiencing the above TWO DIFFERENT TIMES; I found another of the make and model I wanted listed 500 Miles away at Platinum Motors. I explained what I needed/wanted and the owner Mike didn't blink. He just made it happen. Even though I'd done extensive research on the VIN he did his duty and went over everything about the car (even though I acknowledged that I was accepting it as is.) When the shipping companies quoted a price but then drug their feet on the actual pickup and delivery, he found another shipping company. The car arrived in pristine condition with no issues. It wasn't that there weren't cars listed closer, but most dealers won't reply when you inquire or worse only leave the expired deals up as a bate and switch. But even when the dealers had the car available as in the first example I shared, they acted like they didn't care whether or not the car got sold. I bought a 2006 Lexus GS 300 here. I thought everything went well until the next morning. The car had a sizeable dent on the left rear quarter panel. It was not obvious when seen on their showroom floor. (Partly because the car is silver) I called them next day and they acted like they had no knowledge of it and asked me to send a picture. I did and they played it down. Sure it is the buyer's job to thoroughly inspect before buying but I'd expect a good dealer to be more honest and open about the car's condition.
