Amazing service from start to finish! Big selection of electric cars, lots of high end, and they all were in excellent condition. Nespresso, water and cold brew on tap! Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. We travelled 4 hours to check out their inventory and drove one off the lot. Would HIGHLY recommend if you're in the market for an EV.

    My car!

I purchased a preowned EV from Ever Cars two weeks ago. Our sales rep Deitria Levine went out of her way to help us find the right car for us. I'm very happy with the car. They also took my old car as a trade in, so I arrived in one car and drove away in another. Very convenient. The building is a pleasant place to spend time, which is good because we were there for over five hours. The whole process, including paperwork, was quite slow and a bit disorganized. It was as if the many people working there were not quite communicating with each other efficiently. It was also not very easy to test drive cars due to massive traffic in that area. Overall though, I am happy with our experience at Ever Cars. I support their mission to get more people into preowned EVs.

Buying the car was easy. They did want my money before the test drive and me looking at it. But they let me do both before they took my money. Also I wanted to give you guys some feedback. What you guys should do is add pictures of damage on the vehicle. I drove 3 hours and I didnt expect the car to be perfect. But it looks like the previous owner let there dog in the front seat and they did some damage you wouldnt except a car to have. But adding theses photos would help the buyer decide for themselves if they want to buy the car. Especially those that would like it shipped. But adding photos like these would go along way. I also didn't see the damage till I got home. 3 Hours away. Had to take the day off work to pick up. So I couldn't just return it. And also there's a $500 return fee. New door panel is almost $2k. So I guess I have to live with it. Evercars if you see this and want to buy a new door panel that would be great. Thank you.

Isaiah from operations reached out to me and did some investigating on his own. He apologized for everything that happened and explained what he was doing to prevent it from happening again. He also agreed to reimburse me for the detailing I paid for and for the weather mats I bought to cover up the residual. I appreciate the effort to correct the mistakes and prevent something similar from happening in the future.

Before finding San Francisco Toyota, I had called several Toyota dealerships throughout the Bay Area looking for a very specific 4Runner. Unfortunately, most of my experiences were disappointing. Some dealerships never followed up, others gave me the runaround, and a few acted like they weren't interested in helping me unless I was ready to buy whatever they had available. It was frustrating, especially considering how significant of a purchase buying a new vehicle is. Everything changed when I contacted San Francisco Toyota. The first person I spoke with was Phil, and from the beginning he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. He took the time to discuss different options instead of trying to push me toward a vehicle that wasn't the right fit. After just one conversation, I already felt more confident working with San Francisco Toyota than I did with any other dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, I met Jacky, and the experience only got better. The team had three different 4Runner models waiting for me so I could compare them side by side. That level of preparation immediately showed me they respected my time and had actually listened to everything I was looking for. Jacky was outstanding throughout the entire process. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never once made me feel pressured. Since buying a new vehicle is such a major investment, it was important to me that I thoroughly test drive each trim before making a decision. Instead of rushing me through the process, Jacky encouraged me to take my time, ask questions, and really experience each vehicle. We went on extensive test drives so I could confidently decide which model was the best fit. What impressed me the most was how both Phil and Jacky treated me. They didn't make me feel like just another customer walking through the door. They made me feel genuinely valued. They understood that this wasn't just another sale. It was a major financial decision, and they wanted me to leave feeling completely confident in my purchase. That kind of empathy and customer service is rare these days. I also have to mention the dealership itself. It's absolutely beautiful. I've been to several luxury dealerships over the years, including Lexus, and I was honestly surprised that a Toyota dealership could look this modern, clean, and welcoming. It created a great atmosphere from the moment I arrived. If you're shopping for a new or used Toyota, stop wasting your time calling around like I did and just go to San Francisco Toyota. Ask for Phil or Jacky. They are both true professionals who genuinely care about their customers and make the entire buying experience enjoyable instead of stressful. Thank you to Phil, Jacky, and everyone at San Francisco Toyota for making this the best dealership experience I've ever had. You've earned a customer for life, and I'll gladly recommend you to my friends, family, and anyone looking for an honest, customer-focused dealership.

Update based on Franks response…read more Your response sidesteps your responsibility to check these vehicles coming in for resale. The CARFAX is obviously useless and Certified Pre Owned doesn't mean much either if these types of things slip by your process. Everyone out there that purchased a CPO vehicle from you should be re-running a CARFAX report to check on damages that may not have been reported and notifying Toyota Corporate. Vehicles have a material decrease in value due to past accidents and you effectively knowingly passed that on to me due to your negligence. I'm happy to update this review if you take steps to correct this problem. Expect reviews elsewhere as well until you do.

She helped me keep updated in real time as the production started and shipping occurred. Furthermore, I had special requests for vehicle delivery and she made sure everything was followed to the letter. She showed a lot of followthrough during the whole process. I would also say I'm grateful to Ryan in Finance. He is an M enthusiast, and I was stressing a bit making sure I got the order perfect before 2027 orders started. He taught me a lot about desirable configurations, resale values, the performance of the vehicle and the type of mods/upgrades you could stage down the road. He was also very helpful in exploring extended warranties, maintenance + plans and available wear and tear item protections. Very smart for Sammy to put us in contact while I was still shopping. Also have to give a shoutout to the sales manager Sean, who sat me down and got airtight on my order and successfully getting it into queue and accurately predicting the week it would be delivered. He was spot on. I was a little daunted when I first decided to go for the M3, but the team at BMW of SF got it done quickly and with 0 problems. Smooth experience from start to finish. Excellent communication, service, and timely replies. I received a significant discount on the OTD price, even when including the BuySide Auto fee. On top of that, I NEVER had to step into a dealership, talk to a salesperson directly, spend hours playing the "let me ask my manager" game, or have to talk to a Finance manager and repeatedly say NO to unnecessary options. All communication was easily done through email and text, although phone and in-person contact was also available. Process starts with completing a convenient online request. From there, Kim contacted me to fully understand my wishlist, range of optional requirements, and any non-negotiables. After reaching out to their dealer network, within a day she provided a list of potential matches with estimated OTD prices, which included some in SoCal available for transfer to the Bay Area and cars still in production with estimated availability dates. I had a lot of questions and some requests and Kim was very responsive and instrumental in relaying them to the dealer and advocating for me. Even my request to remove all dealer installed options was negotiated by Kim and granted by the dealer with no hassle on my end. I paid the BuySide Auto fee to reserve the car for purchase and when the car was available I opted to pickup at their office in SF. Home delivery to SF is also currently no charge, while delivery outside of the city is available with a modest fee. It seems like it can be good in the right circumstance, but it's worth being a bit careful about it. A friend highly recommended the advisor, saying that they'd saved her a lot of money on her car lease and made the process easy for her. I called and talked for over an hour to the advisor. They were knowledgable and friendly - great customer service. I figured that I may be able to save a little money by looking for a deal myself, but that I wanted to save the time and hassle, so the cost would be worth it. Also, I liked the idea that Cartelligent had access to better deals than I would by purchasing at volume from fleet managers. My plan was to lightly get offer prices myself, compare them to the price Cartelligent got, and then hopefully having validated that they were beating my price sufficiently, I could use them forever and rest assured that it was a worthwhile deal. I reached out to a few dealerships and got opening offers. I was shocked when my Cartelligent advisor came back with an initial price that was worse than three of the five dealerships I'd reached out to, and that was before their $600 fee. When I explained this, they responded a little defensively and asked for proof I had better deals. When I provided it, they came back the next day with an offer $50 a month cheaper than the one they first sent me - a cost difference of $1,800 over the course of the lease! Thank goodness I'd looked on my own and not taken their word for it. The experience shook my faith a bit, so I decided to negotiate with the other dealerships myself and compare. Once I got a bit further into the process, I gave Cartelligent the ability to win my business if they could get to a specific number by dropping their quote a little further. They were unable to do so, so I kept negotiations up elsewhere. Specifically, when I asked if they could get to that number, the whole email they wrote back was "That's awesome. That's a great deal" and that was the last I ever heard from them. With a little bit of work, I ultimately was able to secure a lower price than Cartelligent had before taking their $600 fee into account. Using Cartelligent would have cost me many hundreds of dollars more than negotiating on my own over the course of my lease. At the same time, I was trying to sell my car through them. I did their thorough online process, taking pictures and filling out the form. After it was clear I was going to negotiate a bit and not just take their first price, I stopped hearing about the sale process from the advisor. After the "That's awesome" email, I never heard back from them again, even after asking for updates on the sales process over email. They ultimately never gave me a quote on my car. I think they got mad at me and ghosted me, which I found surprising and unprofessional. It's possible I was able to get an unusually good deal because the EV market is weak right now. The second quote - the one $50 lower - was reasonable, and it did take me a little work to beat it. However, it was clear to me that you should always do your own due diligence and get quotes to check the ones they give you. If you do that, ultimately, you aren't really saving yourself that much work, so I'm not sure the $600 fee is worth it. Edit: David reached out, and we talked about my experience. He sounded as surprised as I was by my experience, and he's looking into it. I was impressed that he would follow up!
