She repeatedly rushed customers to remove their clothes from the dryers, even when there were many other machines available for use. This behavior was unnecessary and unprofessional. I encourage the owners and management to provide additional customer service training to ensure employees handle situations respectfully and appropriately. I had previously heard similar complaints from several people but did not believe them until I experienced it myself. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this establishment to others.

I was desperately looking for a dry cleaning business to dry clean/ remove some stains that were in my sister's cathedral lace veil because I was wearing it as my "something borrowed" to my wedding. I called a few businesses and some quoted me over $40, that was without even looking at the veil. I saw that this business had some positive reviews and it was also closer than the other two places I called, so I decided to call. My call was answered right away and (wish I could remember his name) was so friendly, professional and what I appreciate most was that he was very honest. He (of course without seeing the veil) said come on over and I'll take a look at it. I drove to this business and he looked at the veil and said it was something minor. He told me to hold on because he was going to grab a solution he had and I seen him put it on the stained areas. I asked how long it will take and how much it will be and to beyond surprise he said nothing! All you have to do is make sure you go home and with a toothbrush lightly brush it with water and soap but make sure it's within a hour. He didn't charged me and he took the time to help me, used his solution and explained the steps for me to complete the process. You see... I was getting married that week! I know, I know I should've done it earlier but that's besides the point! I am grateful and will always be thankful for this honest business man who maybe didn't know that forever he will be appreciated because I did wear my sister's veil at my wedding and his kindness deserves more than 5 stars! I am returning to this business as soon as I need dry cleaning and I highly recommend you to go too!

They used to be Ez Coin-Op Laudromat but after their renovation, they are now called Launderlux. This location has many pros and barely any cons, which is what keeps me coming. Pros: 1. Staff: They always have staff available to manage the place. If you run into any problems, they are available and at your service to help. One time I forgot and left an item I was washing, didn't realize I never took it home, came back 2 weeks later and they still had my missing item in their list and found. 2. Clean: You'll often see the staff cleaning, mopping the floors, wiping down the machines, cleaning the lint compartment, and emptying the trash cans. 3. Vending machines: Whether you're looking for snacks, laundry supplies, or change, they offer it through their vending machines for your convenience. 4. Plenty of washers, dryers, folding stations, and baskets: I find it important to have an abundance of resources because it's convenient and decreases the chance of needing to wait for a machine to be available. 5. Wash and Fold service: I haven't tried their wash and gold service yet, but it's nice to know that they offer it. 6. TV: They have 2 TVs for entertainment while you're doing your laundry. 7. Parking: There's plenty of parking in the plaza which again, is convenient. 8. Takes different types of payment: At another laundromat, I've always had to keep enough coins on me which becomes quite heavy. Here, they give you the option to use contactless payment so all I need to bring is my phone. 9. Restroom: They have a restroom for customer use if needed. Cons: 1. The area can be a bit sketched. 2. I recommend One Hour Cleaners and give them 5 stars!! They're right at Jackson and McKee near 680, behind McDonalds and in the same lot as 24 Hour Fitness. It's very inconvenient and literally avoidable if they just regularly cleaned the machines to avoid build up like this. I don't know how they saw my clothes like this and still folded them up and gave them to me with no warning. It's hundreds of dollars of loss on my end to replace my clothes. Very unfortunate and unprofessional of them.
