Absolutly LOVE LOVE this place . I've been going here for about 4-5 years and honestly no where else compares . It's family owned and the owner herself is so lovely. She's helped me through my last minute ordeals and always goes the extra mile for her customers . I brought in this dress for the wedding and was in need to get the straps fixed in the back as well as the bust area pinched in as it was too revealing. I told her unfortunately I need it done in a week as the wedding was not in town. I had other items with me to dry clean but I had two dresses that were a priority . Not a problem! She was able to get my dress done sooner than expected. On top of that, she recommended that I buy a mesh piece to cover up the deep V rather than sew it together and therefore ruining the gorgeous design . I came here to get some curtains cut short. I specially asked the cut off a certain side since I did not like the design. I dropped off for a week and when I picked up I wasn't too happy with the work. The curtains were uneven and they didn't cut the side I wanted them to. I didn't go back to complain because the curtains won't be showing so it didn't matter but it was notable. I come here for other alterations and haven't had a problem since the curtains. I brought my sweatpants to get them hem/cut shorter on Tuesday afternoon. Lady said they'd be ready "tomorrow" on Wednesday. I am here writing this on Thursday morning as I'm waiting for them to hem my pants because they forgot to do it. It makes me mad, bad customer service! I won't be coming back anymore. They should at least give me some type of credit for it for not having it ready when they said they would. On top of that they're so disorganized. The lady couldn't even find my sweatpants, she didn't know where they were. Also, when I came in, there was a lady (customer) who came to pick up her dress and the Vietnamese lady couldn't find it, and she was kind of getting her attitude at the client because she couldn't find the dress. Second: Few dress shirts and a blazer... came out to be $13 something. It's very inexpensive. I had a better experience here then I did at Evergreen Cleaners. I came on the day of a wedding with an alteration emergency. I went to their other location, and they said that this location would open shop early to accommodate me (!) I couldn't believe it. When I got to Savings Cleaners, the mother said, "I'll do it right now. Go do something for yourself. Go get a coffee. Come back in 10 minutes." Due to the stress I was under, I was almost in tears! When I returned, she charged me the most reasonable rate (even though I was willing to pay extra to have it expedited), and wouldn't take any more. I've never gone here for dry cleaning, just alterations. I take all my jeans here to get it hemmed. You have the choice to either keep the original fray bottoms for $8 or $6 just to cut it all off.
