5 stars for the alterations, 1 star for the dry cleaning. I am very satisfied with the alterations done on the two maxi skirts that I brought in. I was quoted $12 for one skirt and $18 for the other which had an extra lining and special stitching. Unfortunately, I cannot say that I feel the same about the dry cleaning service. Not only were they not able to get out some marks off of my blazer, additional marks that were not there in the first place were left. When I brought this to the attention to the woman who works there, she insisted that they were already there. Eventually, she offered to have it redone, and I agreed to this as I felt this was a reasonable solution. However, as she took it back, she began to insist again that they were already there. At that point, I was disappointed with her attempt to not redo it, and honestly, it was more trouble than it was worth, so I said that I would pay her and not come back. My only advice is to use their services at their own risk and perhaps take "before" photos of your clothing if you are partial to them. read more

DO NOT USE. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR GARMENTS. It takes a lot for me to leave negative reviews but this is the the worst customer service ever. I brought seven shirts and sweaters for standard cleaning, including four items that were less than two months old. Of the seven pieces, four came back absolutely destroyed. In fact, one sweater that had been purchased less than a month before was shrunk by a solid two inches. This was apparent by the fact that the slight sparkle to the sweater that was originally there was completely concealed due to the fabric tightening. I was also able to confirm this as I had the same sweater in another color that had not been taken to this cleaner that demonstrated the size difference. My husband took both of these sweaters back to demonstrate the issue. The owner called him a liar and said that we had given them an old sweater despite the fact that we had a receipt showing an image of the sweater, the price, and the purchase date. Another of the destroyed items came back extremely shrunken as well but still covered in lint. My guess is that they "dry cleaned" all of the items at the laundromat next door. In the end, they did nothing to even attempt to make the situation right. Refused to even refund the dry cleaning charges. read more

This place has terrible customer service. I went in to get my dress hemmed, the lady barely spoke any English, she was very short with me. I told her I wanted 5 inches taken off and she demanded I needed to bring my shoes in. After all the ordeal of getting my shoes and coming back she said she could not give me a price and that they will call me the next day to give a price. I don't understand how you don't have an estimate already after more than seven years of being open you think even the owner would know at the top of her head how much it cost to hem a dress. I looked online and typical amount is $15-20, I asked her and she said tomorrow tomorrow. She calls me the next day saying she will charge $30 I told her no I wouldn't pay for more than $20, I find it very inconvenient that she made me go there and tried to hustle me. That is way too much for a hem. Additionally I had someone go pick up the dress for me since I work during hours, she refused to give the dress with a picture of the receipt. What a lifesaver! I LOVE this place and here's why 1. I am very lazy and realized the day before that I had a Christmas party to attend. An important Christmas party. While this was exciting it was equally horrifying because my cute green satin dress was DIRTY! F! F! F! So I did what any frazzled out girl would do, I went to the place called Fast Cleaners...haha Dropped off my dress and was freaking out, please please please have it be cleaned by 5pm tomorrow. Of course, in the process of getting it to them I accidentally spilled my yogurt all over the back of the dress. 'No Problem,' the ancient man behind the counter assured me. The day of I am pacing back and forth, convinced that it won't be done on time. I also dropped off 5 pairs of pants and a silk shirt. AHHH! Minor breakdown. 4:50 I get in the car. 4:57 I arrive... freaked out. He takes one look at me, goes to the racks and pulls out my order. YAAAAAY. Happiest moment of my life. His little wife comes out from behind and rings me up. Everything was rushed to be done by 5pm. My total was about $26. I am speechless. Everything is cleaned and pressed. I race to my friends, put on a fresh face of make-up, add some double stick tape and go to the party. I received a million compliments, took advantage of the open bar and had a wonderful evening. I prefer this place over every other place I've ever had to get my clothes altered for a few very good reasons: -EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The employees actually LISTEN to you when you say you want something longer, shorter, etc. They don't tell you what you need, they listen to what you want--I totally love them for that. -THEY GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! In the years I've been a regular customer for them, I have NEVER had to return an article of clothing to get fixed or to be repaired due to anything they have done. Their measurements are ALWAYS right the first time, and it's great to know I can TRUST their measurements! -QUICK TURN-AROUND! When they say "Fast" they really mean it. I thought I found my new tailor. I took a couple of pairs of pants here and they did a great job in taking them in and hemming them. Such a good job that I started taking more clothes. The gentlemen who is the tailor was great! He would even tell me if what I wanted to do wouldn't look good and recommend an alternative. I had no issues with anything he fixed for me. Then he went on vacation. Ugh. If he's not there, don't bring anything you truly care for. There was a substitute seamstress who is the lady at the front's sister. She ruined my dress. I actually asked if she was as good as the regular tailor and was assured that she was. Unfortunately she wasn't. My dress had a pattern that I wanted to keep intact, which I communicated as best I could since the lady does not speak English fluently. But, she cut it, unevenly mind you when she raised the hem. I went back the very next day to complain and she said there was nothing she could do. I showed her how she messed up the pattern and how it was uneven and she said "It's just a little bit." Seriously? I was pissed. Now I have a dress that I don't even want to wear because it looks bad and there's no way of hiding it. The fact that they didn't even care nor bother to correct the issue via a refund or anything bothers me. I would still consider bringing stuff here but will only if the regular guy is there. At the third time, when I came back home with my washed laundry, I found that my laundry was not dried well, and, thus, I returned my laundry to this shop. She was very cynical at the time of receiving my laundry even if incomplete drying was her fault. By the way, when I picked up it again, I found my shirt was destroyed. There were burned spots in my shirt. As soon as I told her about it, she rather loudly shouted that "You made it! You~! You~!" stabbing her finger angrily toward me. I guess it depends on how busy they are at the moment you bring your garment! ***do not come here*** this place destroyed my 49ers jacket!!!! they are refusing to pay for it unless i provide them a receipt for the purchase of my jacket! i bought the jacket a year ago and have taken immaculate care of it. most people dont keep a receipt after a year of purchase. i usually got it cleaned at a cleaners in the prune yard and decided to try this place out of convenience. they have done a couple alterations on my dresses and dry cleaned a few items without any problems.... so i trusted them to dry clean my niners jacket. the red ran into the white and some other discolorations... it looked like they threw it in the wash machine.... then when i asked to speak to the owner the lady calls another store.... this lady told me that the lady should have told me that with the colors im letting them clean it at my own risk... well i told her that was never disclosed to me bc if it was i would have went to my previous place knowing they dry cleaned it without any problems.... she said well that lady doesn't speak good english, i said well that's not my problem and maybe she should be trained more thoroughly to disclose that... i told her that they need to pay me for my jacket since they destroyed it...she then said she will have the owner call me... this was friday and he still has not called me.... i would not give this place any stars, but i am forced to give 1.... also while i was in there a lady csme to ouck up her dry cleaning and refused to take it bc her clothes were still dirty!!!! so im not the only unsatisfied customer!!! i will upload pics!!! *****UPDATE**** THE OWNER PAID ME FOR MY JACKET... This place is cheap, but sometimes that comes at a price. They left burn marks on my blazer on both sleeves by the elbow area. Burn marks have the same pattern likely from the press. Other areas of my suit have a shiny finish looks like my suit was burnt. This place does not dry clean onsite, they outsource to another shop, hence the lack of quality control. read more

OK people! This place looks like a little hole in the wall. It is across the street from a run down Vietnamese supermarket, adjacent to a very poor looking Vietnamese deli with a sketchy laundrymat around the corner, but the little old Vietnamese lady will not let you down!!! My boyfriend has been bringing his pants to be hemmed by her for a while now, and I never really thought to go there since it was ghetto looking, but after my shitty experience at El Gato Cleaners in Los Gatos, I decided to give this place a try thinking, well if they fuck up my clothes at least it was dirt cheap. And boy, are they dirt cheap!!!! To clean a blouse is like 3 dollars, bottoms are like 6, dresses are around there too. Now I feel entirely ripped off by El Gatos. Anyway, so I brought in about 9 garments, 4 were to be hemmed and 6 were to be cleaned. One of my Betsey Johnson dresses totally ripped up 4 different seams because of drunken fowl play and I really thought it it was unsalvagable, but the little old lady did her best and it still fits well! (She was concerned that it would be too tight). Anyway for all the work I gave her she only charged me 57 bucks! Super cheap and does a great job!!! Oh yeah and it is WAY FAST. I needed that ripped BJ dress ready on Friday and I had dropped it off on Tuesday, and she originally said she would have them all by Monday but I asked if she could just have the dress on Friday and when I went to pick it up she had everything done!!! Best and cheapest dry cleaners ever! I don't trust many places with my precious Romo and Couture jerseys, but after a couple games they needed some TLC. I loved how the woman closely examined my jerseys so that she can mark all the spots that needed to be extra cleaned AKA the beer stains. After getting my jerseys back in mint condition, I knew I had found my new neighborhood dry cleaners. Outstanding. This has been my go to place for the last 6+ years, and I live 15+ miles away. I've done numerous suit & wool dry cleanings, as well as a heap of alterations on a suit jacket, and 5+ pairs of jeans. On the jeans they've fixed rips and tears, and even have tightened my jeans (not around the waist, but around the legs, i.e. to make regular jeans into skinny jeans). Every time I go here, I'm confident that my clothing will be taken care of, and the requested alterations will be done flawlessly. However, there were enough satisfied customers and the fact that I live relatively close to this location, made me take the plunge. I'm glad I did! They did a great job and for a very reasonable price! It took a week from drop off to pick up. I'm not sure if that is the average length of time for alterations. I brought in two shirts, a dress, and a romper to start. My romper's elastic was stretched out and needed to be replaced. A gentleman took my measurements and sent me on my way and asked that I come back in 3 days to pick up all my garments. When I came to pick it up, all four of my garments were perfectly crisp and clean and the elastic had been replaced in my romper. When I got home to try it on, it fit perfectly! I have been missing this romper and haven't worn it in 3 years because of the elastic. The best part of it was all four garments cost $26 including the alterations.
