Don't come here !!! It's been about 3 years since the repair they did for my car. The bumper was never aligned properly. The day I came to pick up my car, the bumper separated by the time I got home. So I took it back to them to show them and they had someone tighten a screw in and that's it. All this time the bumper had never looked the same compared to the opposite side and little by little the gap is getting worse. So I took it apart recently to fix it myself. When I removed the bumper I noticed they never replaced my bumper even though they billed me for a new bumper. The reason I can tell they didn't replace it is because the plastic tabs inside are broken and the bumper was held together with screws instead of the tabs. On the opposite side there are no screws holding the bumper in place so thats something they added in order to cut corners .With the bumper being held with screws, it's causing too much strain on the bumper and fender and now the paint is starting to crack as well as the fender. I wouldn't have had an issue if the repair held up but it has not. I'm very upset. Go somewhere else for your own good read more

Cesar is so full of it and I'm surprised he even responded to the first review since he never picks up his phone. He is NEVER at the office even when we set an appointment he was always late. He says that picky well of my truck would of been done in 30 days like he mentioned anddd that's why I left it there. 30 days turned into 4 and half months and he is terrible so if you need to speak to him don't bother. I will never come back to this shop so disorganized. He even told me that he did not get paid to color sand and polish . I called my insurance company they pointed it out that they did pay him he was just trying to get away not doing his job. After I told him that I was taking legal action he returned the money foe NOT doing his job and I had to go to another shop to finish his job. IF YOU WANT A GOOD JOB AND FINISH ON TIME AND DONT GET LIED ALL THE TIME DONT COME HERE . Look at the reviews before me they are the same story but CESAR try to make it seem like it's the parts and clients fault. Lastly when I tried taking my truck home since he was taking soooo long he wanted me to pay him to place the bed back on my truck so I could take it else were. CESAR IS SO FULL OF BS AND IS RUDE don't come here UNLESS YOU WANT YOU CAR SITTING ON THE SIDE OF HIS SHOP . HE NEEDS TO START A STORAGE SHOP INSTEAD OF BODY SHOP. read more

They kept delaying my car's ready date. On top of that, they charged me a 5% fee to use my debit card. It would have been a good customer service move to have told me this fee existed so I could have pulled the money out. Remember, I don't have a car at this point, so any info up front is helpful. And on top of THAT, they didn't finish the job they took so long to do. They didn't put the molding on my fender AND took off the molding I had glued on the other side that wasn't even supposed to be touched. If you want my 2 cents, take your car elsewhere. read more

I dropped my Wheels fleet car off to get repaired. The back right bumper was damaged and Wheels set me up with this location. It's about 15 minutes from my house and really easy drop off process. The reservation was already set up by Wheels. Employees are all wearing masks and there's plenty of room for social distancing. I also saw hand sanitizer in the waiting room. There's a waiting room with two couches and a tv. About a week and a half later, my car was ready. Zeek who helped me out when I picked up the car. The cigarette lighter wasn't working (I plug in a power strip so I can charge my laptop while on the road) and this hasn't been working for years. This was fixed. Zeek was so polite and generous to check it out for me. He also replaced the battery as I mentioned that the car was dead prior to me bringing it in. This was changed. They cleaned the interior of the car and it's all new and shiny now. It smelled really good, too. Great customer service. Definitely recommend and will return (hopefully, I won't have to anytime soon)! read more

If you have all the time in the world, with no financial or social obligations, by all means, leave your car at this place, because they will take their time and hold no accountability for the time wasted during the repair period. I was going to wait to get my car back, as I have seen many reviews of people claiming to have a bad paint job or loose screws, but for the life of me I could not wait any longer to leave a bad review. They pushed the completion date FIVE TIMES for me already. In two days, my car will have spent an entire month there. YOU have to be the one asking about your car, because they will never call back, or inform you on the behind the scenes of your car. They will not tell you the shipped parts are coming in late, they will not tell you there is no one working on it because of whatever reason, and they will not take responsibility for their incompetence. The issue, in my case, is the absolute lack of consideration. They don't work with the idea that their clients have busy lives: they have work to attend, children to drop off/pick up from school, classes to attend, errands to run, etc., and rely on that car. Completely unreliable. When my car is returned, and if I see any paint or motor issues, they'll definitely be hearing more from me. read more

I came to Century by the recommendation of my father who has had several fantastic experiences with Century. Recently my car was rear ended on the 55. After getting no where with my insurance and them leading me to a different auto body shop and getting a ridiculously high quote --- I came to Century. I have an older car, but Century fixed my bumper flawlessly. Zeke was very kind and generous. In fact when I came to pick up the car it was obvious that they buffed out my nicks and scratches around the rest of my vehicle, restored my headlights AND detailed the inside!!! WOW!!! I'll be fair with this review and after my car being in repair for nearly 7 weeks i'm happy i have my car back all fixed. and so far its been great having it back. --- My accident was 10/14/18 it was towed a few days later from the tow yard to the repair shop. and i got my car back 12/14/18. I took my husband with me since he works on cars for a living and he found some minor details that needed to be corrected when the car was ready for pick up. and Ezekiel took the car in for the last repairs no problem. Ceasar the owner was nice enough to lend me a loaner car for the last couple weeks of repair since i couldn't afford a rental any longer. My husband got into a car accident in early Dec. '17. Long story short we sent his car to CCC through his insurance, and were given a turn around time of 9-10 days. Given the holidays were coming up I figured it would take a little longer and gave them the benefit of the doubt when they hadn't called after 2 weeks. I called and spoke with one mechanic and was told they found more damage and were waiting on the insurance company to approve more work; it would be another week. I called back a week later and was told they were waiting to lift the car up it would be a couple more days. I call about 5 days later and was told it would be another week because they fired the original mechanic. At this point it's getting to be ridiculous. So I ask how much longer and they say by the beginning of next week (it's Wednesday or Thursday at this point). I call the following Monday and I'm told that it would be another week because they were sent the wrong parts. (It's March and I still have not gotten my car back). I was originally told 9-10 days and it's been almost 3 months. Not only was I never called once to be updated on what needs to be done to the car but every time I call it's another reason why the car would be not ready by the time they had previously quoted me. I've spoken with different mechanics and the owner and all I ever get back is "I'm sorry, it's not our fault because of _____. But I'm trying to get the car back to you as soon as possible, I promise." If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are unprofessional, have terrible customer service and have consistently lied to me. Do not bring your car here! read more

Terrible service , I stopped by this location wanting to get my 63 Lincoln painted . They cake recommended from a good friend . After being told no managers are in they couldn't give me a quote . I called back two separate times to the office number with no luck on the receptions pocking up my call , I then called a number to one of the managers personal lines with no luck even after leaving two messages . I had check in hand and was ready to drop my car off for paint that day . Wow. If I could give Century Collision 10 stars, I truly would. I got into a minor accident and simply chose them off of a list that my insurance provided. I am so glad that I ended up picking them off that list. The staff there is great. Such kind and helpful, down-to-earth people. Paula the receptionist at the front is a doll. She was so easy and comfortable to talk to and so very nice every time we spoke. And she always made sure to keep her word if she said she would call me back at/by a certain time. If I could not answer she made sure to always leave a detailed message which was very helpful. Caesar, who I believe is the 'head honcho' there (lol) was also someone that made me feel important. He actually took the time to speak to me himself on several occasions, instead of just relaying stuff to Paula to tell me or someone else who works under him. I really appreciated how he would always call me to update me on the situation with my vehicle. Due to the Covid-19 crisis going on, a lot of places are only shipping out car parts one day a week, so there are delays anywhere you go with receiving car parts to repair your vehicle. Caesar went above and beyond to get me the parts that I needed for my vehicle and did everything possible to make the process go as fast as it was able to. He also kept me informed with all the details and was very kind and patient with me when I would ask questions about things (car lingo, etc) that I didn't quite understand. He never showed any annoyance or impatience with explaining everything to me. Lastly out of the staff (but definitely not least) I want to mention Zeek. This man is an artist! haha. Literally though, someone had keyed my car with a razor blade really bad on my driver door, and there were various other scratches all over the car. Zeek went above and beyond just repairing the damage from my accident. He decided to fix all those nasty scratches for free and it looks absolutely amazing. (This was not required of him or anyone because they were not due to the accident) Especially where it had been keyed so badly. I can't even see any trace of that scratch it looks absolutely perfect. Picking up my vehicle was a breeze as well. It was super fast and everyone was just as friendly in person as they had been on the phone. The car looks better than it did before my accident and to be honest it actually FEELS different too. It feels better. Like its running better. I cannot say enough kind things about Century Collision.
