They said that they would take care of it. Now they don't answer my calls, or call me back or talk to me when I stop by. I'm pretty disappointed. Our truck was in accident and our main shop was not able to handle what was needed due to the damage, so we were referred to RC Empire. We gave it a shot and glad we did. From the very beginning the team was very informative, straight forward to the point and friendly. The team was very helpful and communicated with us frequently via email and phone on how the progress was going and if there were any issues with our insurance adjuster. When the truck repair was completed and ready for pick up, I was already thinking of getting it detailed as it was in the shop for a couple of weeks. To our surprise when we picked up the truck it was fully detailed inside and out. It was amazing how shiny it looked. Scammy people be. Careful and make SURE you tell them what you want done to your car more then 5 times at least so they maybe listen to what you want done to your car... literally asked them to paint my whole car when I first came in and was quoted a good deal compared to a place down the street (or so I thought) come to find out they take a whole month to only do half the job you originally told them to do. They only fixed one part of my car and paint one side of the car returning it to me saying I never asked for it to be also completely painted... when I clearly did actually made sure to ask for that when I first came in and asked for the whole car to be painted and my side marker lights to also be fixed they put on a nice smile and said "ok should be no problem" well clearly it is a problem when I come and find my car not only was in the shop for a month but only half of the car was fixed and a portion of the car only painted ... again NOT a full paint job like originally asked with the work. They then keep telling me I never said that like I'm the one who's in the wrong told me it would have been a 9k job funny ... there competitors down the street quoted me only 5k for all of what I was asking smh scammy people honestly avoid if possible they'll just hold on to your car and only do half the job you originally asked for then tell you you never asked for said job like?? Save your time and money people and look for another place (also received my car back with less gas then when I originally brought it in... just thought that was interesting as well) save money and go to Maaco just down the street these guys won't listen to the things you want done to your car from what it seems. read more

Took my car in to get tires put on and an alignment. Did the job but they broke two of the lug nut posts and didn't even tell me. Let me pay, talk to his wife and kids. Then drive home, my dad pointed out they were busted off when I got home so I called and Tony just said "oh yeah, that happened but I forgot to tell you." I've had this happen before, and always got a call from the mechanic WHEN it happened and they would tell me and the price to fix it. Instead Tony will hope you don't notice, then tell you it's not his fault for anything and you'll have to pay out the nose because it's already off the lift. I worked with Isaac and his team on my Nissan GTR. I had a full repaint so everything was redone including the inside of the doors, under the hood, inside of the trunk, etc. They did a ridiculously good job. Every little detail is perfect. I can't even believe how thorough they were. They re-cleared the carbon fiber and painted the old grey trim pieces a gloss black and it looks incredible. Both the price and quality of work were 10/10. It took a little longer than I expected, but if you want quality and perfection it takes time to do it. This was a great investment in making me feel like I have a brand new car (even though my car is 10 years old!). I have had multiple people come up to me already and ask what kind of car I have, that it is the coolest car color they've ever seen. A few years ago, not once, but twice, giant tree branches fell on top of two of my cars.
