Wow. If I could give Century Collision 10 stars, I truly would. I got into a minor accident and simply chose them off of a list that my insurance provided. I am so glad that I ended up picking them off that list. The staff there is great. Such kind and helpful, down-to-earth people. Paula the receptionist at the front is a doll. She was so easy and comfortable to talk to and so very nice every time we spoke. And she always made sure to keep her word if she said she would call me back at/by a certain time. If I could not answer she made sure to always leave a detailed message which was very helpful. Caesar, who I believe is the 'head honcho' there (lol) was also someone that made me feel important. He actually took the time to speak to me himself on several occasions, instead of just relaying stuff to Paula to tell me or someone else who works under him. I really appreciated how he would always call me to update me on the situation with my vehicle. Due to the Covid-19 crisis going on, a lot of places are only shipping out car parts one day a week, so there are delays anywhere you go with receiving car parts to repair your vehicle. Caesar went above and beyond to get me the parts that I needed for my vehicle and did everything possible to make the process go as fast as it was able to. He also kept me informed with all the details and was very kind and patient with me when I would ask questions about things (car lingo, etc) that I didn't quite understand. He never showed any annoyance or impatience with explaining everything to me. Lastly out of the staff (but definitely not least) I want to mention Zeek. This man is an artist! haha. Literally though, someone had keyed my car with a razor blade really bad on my driver door, and there were various other scratches all over the car. Zeek went above and beyond just repairing the damage from my accident. He decided to fix all those nasty scratches for free and it looks absolutely amazing. (This was not required of him or anyone because they were not due to the accident) Especially where it had been keyed so badly. I can't even see any trace of that scratch it looks absolutely perfect. Picking up my vehicle was a breeze as well. It was super fast and everyone was just as friendly in person as they had been on the phone. The car looks better than it did before my accident and to be honest it actually FEELS different too. It feels better. Like its running better. I cannot say enough kind things about Century Collision. Avoid at all costs!!!! Had to take my vehicle back several times for them to attempt to even get it right. Ordered wrong parts & put them on anyways hoping I wouldn't notice. Got tired of bringing my vehicle back so I crawled under my vehicle & had to tighten several bolts they barely even put on! Glad my front bumper didn't come off!!! If they say a week left of work to be done, don't expect to have you vehicle for another month!!! Abandon all hope those that decide to use this body shop! Caeser has tried to get a hold of me, but I am not seeking anything from him or his business. My car was taken here after an accident. After not hearing from them for a month I called to see the status of my car. I was delighted to hear it would be ready in the following week. That was a lie. The following week I was told the same story. "It will be done mid next week" They failed again. Week three seemed more promising. "It will be ready mid of next week" I get a call Thursday saying my car will be ready on Friday and that if i dont pick it up within 3 days they are going to put a lean on my car! Thats right even tho the banks arnt open they expect me to get a cashiers check. I get that cashiers check and call them on Friday. "window guys didnt make it here today come Saturday at noon" Of course I call before i go in, not like they were going to call me. They say "we broke trim clips off your car putting the glass back in" "that part needs to be imported from japan and will take another 2 weeks to get here" UNPROFESSIONAL!! They secretary that answers the phone knows nothing and has to put you on hold for any simple question. I had to let my Long beach Grand Prix tickets go to waste because of this nightmare of an experience. read more

Took about a month longer to get my car back then original date I was told, on three occasions they told me my car was ready so I went back and two of the times the car was either missing a part or it had overspray on it. Story after story with them why my car wasn't ready and the work they did wasn't good. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

This is my first Yelp review and figured I'd make it the most detailed as possible... By updating it as the progress on my car goes along. Not that long ago, I was involved in my first car collision. (A 2006 Scion xB) It was quite the nerve-wrecker! Not sure of how to start the process to getting my car back on the road as soon as possible, I started searching around for Collision Repair Centers in depth (as: in person.) After thinking it though, They brought my car in, they towed my car from my house over to the Center for me (A+ for them so far :) ) So far I've felt pretty welcomed by the staff. *Customer Service is a must for me* Today is the first day My car is at the center. By Friday, I was told I'd be informed on whether it's still repair-worthy; and if so: how soon I'd have it back. Hopefully if the car is fixed up, I'll make sure that it never gets hurt again. read more

My civic needed repairs for rt fender and front/rear bumpers. Insurance referred me to Century Collision Center. Not only they fixed the claimed damages, they even put an extra coat on my scratched part of hood so that it wont look bad - its not even included on the claim. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE, first of all the receptionist is very rude and not helpful at all. Second they took a month to fix my car and when i got it back all my stuff was gone thru and placed in a box for some odd reason. they damaged the shift lock button in my car and ripped off the cap for one of the spark plugs on my battery. Didn't rewire my door properly so now my door won't lock with my key FOB oh and also didn't seal my door properly so when i drive over 50 i can hear wind coming through my door. I HAVE NO CLUE HOW A BUSINESS CAN BE SO UNPROFESSIONAL. i wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

I want to say thank you for doing the worst job a collision center could ever do! I am horrified at the poor poor results they left my truck! Not only that! The paint job is completely off! The bed was left unaligned! They didn't replace the tire to the exact tires I had! And there is still so much more! They took them a whole entire year to give me back my truck because every time I called they kept saying "it will be ready in 2 weeks", "it will be ready by this Friday", "we apologize but we found new damages and it will take another 2 weeks" and it kept going on and on until finally i went to see my truck because it was "ready to go" and these are the results of a whole entire years worth of "fixing". The day it was ready I didn't take the truck because the paint was not matching at all and requested them to repaint it. My insurance then contacted me that they requested another 600 dollars for a paint job and labor and guess what they just stole that money because they didn't repaint the truck at all!! I'm done trying to ask them to do anything anymore, why? Because they just shoved my truck at the corner and they left it there to rot! What ever you do! Never risk taking your vehicle here! Ever! So I had my car towed Into century collision because they came recommended from my claims adjuster. The reason for the one star is because. No one from the company ever gave me an update on my vehicle besides zeke. I got about 5 different completion dates from cesar. I called the day before the date they had givin me to make sure they were still on schedule and bad news every time. Something came up were sorry its going to be another week. All of this would have been ok except no one ever called me to tell me what was going on. I had to pay for a rental because it was not included in my insurance policy so week after week the charges started adding up. So finally Cesar said all he had to do was to get it washed and cleaned up because the car was a mess and that it had over spray all over it, that he was going to take care of it for me. I went to pick the car up and yes it looked very nice and clean they did an excellent job on the repairs. When I got home the car still had over spray all over the windows and all over the car. So I had to come out of pocket again because I had to get it professionally detailed to remove all the over spray Cesar said he was going to take care of. It was expensive. I messaged zeke to relay the message to cesar about the over spray and no one ever got back to me. I gave them over a week to respond and nothing so here it is here. He did knock off 100 bucks off my deductible. Personally I think they should of waved the whole 500 dollars but hey. Anyway that was my experience with this bodyshop read more
