    Crooked window frame. Customer Service Manager told me "we don't fix these - you have to let it go"

    All customer relation team does is lie on the BBB saying my tenant doesn't confirm his appointment but he was the one who called and gave the exact dates.

    Update -- fifth time is the charm! Allow me to be the first to give Century Communities more than one star. At long last they have fixed my wall. What is entirely disappointing is their total lack of care through the entire process. During the sales process they came off with a take it or leave it attitude. Flooring options were minimal -- upgrades were ridiculously expensive, and due to Covid, we could not preview our options -- absolutely inflexible -- they would not even let us close bare floors! We ended up ripping out ALL the flooring and replacing -- delaying our move in by two months. We had to chase them throughout the warranty process to fix their problems. In fact, I finally had to send a certified letter to the local President to get them to take action, and even then it took them a couple more months. And the President never showed me the common courtesy to respond to my letter. They say leadership comes from the top. My impression is that Century Communities just does not care about their customer. They are in hot market, they are a big corporation and you are privileged to be able to buy a house from them. The shame of it is is that it is a nice house. We like the design with the 10' ceilings and the open floor plan and single story. The quality of the materials and construction is pretty much average or slightly above, but is just fine. If we had been given a little courtesy, and had our warranty issues addressed in a timely and professional manner we would have a much better taste in our mouths and would probably recommend them. They will probably say that Covid was a challenge. But if you look at the other reviews prior to Covid they have the same ilk. And frankly they continued to build a brand new subdivision not a mile from us right through Covid. If you do buy a home from Century Communities buy it for the location and design and be prepared to deal with an inflexible, unprofessional company that really does not care about you. If I could give them zero stars! After a year and one- half chasing them to fix their construction defect they finished yesterday-- for the forth time -- and it is not right. What a shocker that every review is one star! They never do what they say they are going to do, and no pride in their workmanship. Question: How do you know when a contractor is lying? Answer: Their lips are moving!

    Hurrah! As of today, all of my issues have been resolved except for the cover for the exhaust fan above my stove, and I have been in touch with the company that will handle that as soon as they come in (back-ordered). I would have given Century a 5-star review had communication to ease homebuyer's stress about warranty issues been present from the beginning. This was my second new-construction purchase, and during the walkthrough, both had lots of little things that needed to be fixed. In my previous experience, however, I was assigned a liaison that kept in touch during every step of the warranty process. It appears that Century is now operating the same way. No one wants to feel as though they made a horrible mistake with their choice of builder, and that was what I was feeling before I put my initial review on Yelp. Now, I feel comfortable with my decision and love my new home. We all understand the times in which we are living with COVID-19, supply chain issues, etc., so keeping new homeowners updated on delays, even if it's just a mass email letting us know that we have not been forgotten, is all that I needed for me to sleep peacefully.

    Please don't purchase a home from these unprofessional people. We purchased our home a year ago and I have hated every minute of it. We are still waiting for someone to come out and fix problems that had been pointed out to them. I wish they could give me my money back so I can go elsewhere. We are now in talks about selling in order to move and purchase elsewhere. My son had to get stitches in his foot because the nails cut his foot. I've called numerous times and I'm yet to hear back from anyone.

One in south shore which is too overpriced and the other on north shore is interesting - they released 9 homesites in phase 1 but they already chose high priced structural upgrades, and there is no backing out of them. The model designs, especially in the larger home is hideous. Whoever designed it should go get training. Don't waste your time with them. Just a low end builder trying to break into the high end market

When I arrived, the onsite agent had no idea how the self tour process even worked. Instead of helping, she wasted nearly 40 minutes of my time despite me repeatedly telling her I needed to get into my scheduled self tour before my time slot expired. Because of her incompetence, I missed my appointment entirely. During this time, she tried to size me and my friends up and made several condescending remarks. The most insulting comment was, "Oh you know where we are at right? This is Summerlin. We are surrounded by million dollar homes." As if the numerous Summerlin flags everywhere were not obvious. What made that comment even more ridiculous is that I literally live right across the street from these homes. She was rude, dismissive, and spoke down to both me and a realtor present. After all of this, she then asked me to close the gate at the self toured model and the office modules at closing time, as if that was somehow my responsibility after she had already wasted my time and cost me my scheduled tour. For reference, Edgewood has three model homes you can tour through their office, and couple completed homes that are meant to be self toured using their QR code system within a set time window. This agent clearly does not understand how their own process works and has no business interacting with potential buyers. If this is how Tri Pointe treats people who are genuinely interested in their homes, imagine how they treat you after you sign. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and a total waste of time. Avoid this location or more importantly this realtor.

We were set to buy the perfect size home from Lennar Homes, but their leasing Agent Billy H. misled us but that's a long story you'll have to find in one of my other reviews. We spotted Arcadia Homes (located at 3530 Alpheus River Ave) when they were first building, and we stopped by one of Harmony's offices in Henderson and met with their sales rep Cynthia (Who's no longer with the company) who showed us similar models because Arcadia didn't have any home up yet. The only thing was we felt that the homes were too small for what we wanted. At that time, we passed on an opportunity for better sales price and lower interest rate at the time, but things happen for a reason. Fast forward, one day after our Lennar debacle, we stopped at the Arcadia office with our licensed realtor and cousin Tamara and were greeted by Cynthia again (who got stationed at Arcadia) and Elizabeth. They were so helpful and very down to earth. We stopped multiple times to look at the model units to get a feel of what we wanted; they did not mind at all.... From the start, we couldn't have been happier with the services that they provided. Our project manager, Max, was amazing and was really thorough at walking us through every aspect of construction since we had no idea what we were doing! He helped us design our custom door for the project so that it would work with the blueprints and was always available if there was a delay or issue with the construction process. Throughout some of the minor construction hiccups that occurred, he had great communication and was able to fix any concerns or problems that we had pretty quickly. The crew was very respectful of our home and our space, and we felt very comfortable having them come and go while we were at work to get stuff done. We would definitely use Tridel in the future if needed, the quality of their work was fantastic and we are so happy with our new home addition!

    I was one of the first renters at the property when it was still under construction. My recent move…read morewasn't due to any controllable factors by the property. I likely would have stayed forever if I could. My experience was great from beginning to end. Over the nearly 4 years I was there, I saw a bit of office staff turnover in the beginning, but anyone I dealt with was great up till the end with people like Jennifer. I didn't realize I was being overcharged on a utility and they were able to catch it, call me and credit me, even though they knew I was moving out. The honesty is something that I will not forget. I loved my actual unit. My neighbors were chill and quiet. I never had disturbances even though I was near the pool area. The value of my unit for the money was great compared to other properties in the area. It has everything I needed like a gym with all the basics, a computer area where I could print things and comfortable common areas where I could socialize. The pool area was always upkept and I spent great summers there in peace. I do have to give props to the maintenance team and those that upkeep the grounds. They're all so friendly and worked hard to keep everything looking brand new. I appreciated seeing consistent staff on that team and never felt uncomfortable letting any of them into my home if I needed to fulfill a maintenance request. They were all professional guys that did their jobs effectively and efficiently. I lived at another Picerne property prior and also had a good experience so I feel they're a good rentor in town. Should I move again, I'd definitely consider another Level 25 property.

I was amazed how quickly he was able to get both transactions completed. The condo was listed at the end of January and in a couple of days we had a firm buyer. This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.
