I told him that I…read morealready had 100 gallons in the tank and would schedule a delivery of a small amount to get the tank half full. We're getting out of heating season and the house is empty. Pacer delivered another 300 gallons with no notice and sent us the bill. No call back either. This is a stupid waste of money and I will never use Pacer again. There are other companies that have much better customer service. I suggest using them instead.

If you stop, plan on spending at least 20 minutes, longer if you want gas, and a soda. I've stood in line with a dozen or so other people, and observed 3 employees watch a 4th work on one of their two registers. Meanwhile, the line of customers just kept growing. Very frustrating. Also, not sure if getting propane there is gonna work. I went there to get some propane and the attendant told me that he wasn't allowed to help me till all other gas stalls were completely empty. Ended up having to go down the street a few miles.

After having such a talented group of workers that take such pride in their work it saddens me when I drive into the parking lot it looks like the store has been abandoned for years. He had no idea there was not dyer vent installed on the home and he went out of his way to go pick up the necessary parts and tools he needed to complete this and took care of this as well. He explained every step of the process clearly and even double checked that everything was operating properly. Tom showed me how to adjust the temperature for the tankless water heater and how to shut off the gas in the event of an emergency. He power washed all the wheels and scrubbed down the back of my car. Excellent service! He spent several minutes scrubbing my car. It's the next best thing to having my car detailed on the exterior.

If he was even somewhat apologetic about the situation I may have been a bit more understanding, but he wasn't. Guess I shouldn't expect too much. I'll be sure to plan ahead in the future and buy propane down the street at Pioneer rental.
