We went for Saturday brunch, a little before noon. Street parking was easy to find and there was no waiting to order at the counter. The café itself is cheery, welcoming, and the spring green walls and chicken decor represent the kind of food served well. The menu was a combination of healthy offerings, standard brunch fare, and delicious homemade baked goods. Also, they offer Forage Market bagels and Sahadi's coffee! We each had a vegan apple muffin--there were large, flavorful slices of apple, they were fresh and delicious. I would challenge any non vegan to be able to tell the difference. We also ordered the lentil soup, the special salad, a couple of coffees, and a brownie to go. There were large chunks of roasted sweet potato and slices of shiitake mushrooms in the salad, and the ginger miso dressing was a big hit!
