The place is located in a popular food court near the Space needle and above the SeattlenChildrens museum. The place was busy and the staff were working hard to fulfill the packed place of orders. Made a pit stop into the Armory before KRAKEN game. With the urge for a pre-game time treat I saw the glazed roasted cinnamon nuts. Come on ya just cannot fail with Dez nuts so I grabbed a bag and headed out. Now aside from them selling Dez Nuts they have coffee drinks but also milkshakes. Not sure how you mess up sweetened roasted nuts but these were disappointing. Didn't have smaller (3 oz) bags so paid for the 8oz option and about two bites in we regretted the $11 we paid. Smoothie is just OK and the Arnold Palmer was watered down and weak. Also, staff wasn't friendly and we thought they were closed because she was sitting in the back. read more

I happen to be out at the Seattle Center enjoying the midnight Christmas small and I ordered a seasonal drink of course because tis he season, short Carmel pumpkin latte , caramel sauce pumpkin sauce, espresso and warm milk topped off with whipped because I'm a whipped kind of girl and I gave in an order six mini hot mini donuts cinnamon and sugar the sign sold me! not too bad but my coffee was good not too sweet and usually I have to say you know half a pump to make it less sweet I didn't have to say that they made it just right! I do like that they have a seasonal menu, and s Ceres also offers non coffee options as well I thought that was thoughtful. My son ordered a cinnamon glazed pecan cone a little pricey but nuts are expensive however they taste it a little burnt so I wasn't a fan, but there coffee to me is why i still voted 5 star they got through the line quickly and there were only two employees there. Located inside of the Seattle Center making it convenient to enjoy a cup of coffee sitting inside or enjoy a cup of coffee sitting outside or enjoy a cup of coffee on the go!! I saw roasting company and had to come try it. I was in the Armory for a World Cup watch party early morning and Ceres was one of the first to open up. Thank goodness! We needed some coffee for these early matches and Ceres was there to save the day! I ordered a holiday specialty and it was good but pretty sweet. I expect with a roasting company for the bean to really be the star of the show but it was just your regular sweet, sugary latte which was still delicious and got me hyped but I wouldn't make it my first coffee choice. read more

Ceres is a cute little stand-alone coffee shop inside Seattle Center food court area. The line was pretty long as it was Pokemon GoFest, but the ladies got through the lines rather quickly and were friendly. I got the hot mini doughnuts and a coffee frap. The coffee frap was excellent - I asked for only half of the sugar if possible and they made it happen. I also got the hot mini doughnuts and they were not the best. They were very dry and they gave the vibe that they were frozen and thawed a few times before being put into the toaster oven. They were fine for what they were - not bad by any stretch of the imagination. Overall, wonderful coffee frap and service! Doughnuts kind of dry. read more

This place is not that great. Kudos to them for roasting their own coffee, but their delivery mechanism is subpar for what I would expect from a decent coffee shop in Seattle. They have a semi-automatic machine rather than a tamped espresso. And I watched the barista use leftover milk from the prior drink to make my macchiato. Anyone who makes espresso drinks understands that the best quality drinks come from the best quality steamed milk and foam and that is milk that is poured immediately after it is steamed. The leftover milk tends to be the bottom of the picture and does not have the same quality. This was a really poor slip on behalf of the barista there. Also got there roasted nuts which were not anything exciting. Very mildly flavored. Overall, as much as I hate to say it, I'd rather go across to Starbucks which I never go to then come here. read more

Skip this place! Mainly the attitude from this particular individual has ruined my day and my family's outing!! I saw her not helping her other coworkers while they're running behind trying to get the drinks done as quickly as possible. She was wearing glasses and mask so I couldn't take a good look at her. She was just standing in the middle stirring something that looked like a candy. My kids were interested in it , so I asked what it was but she gave me such a short tempered answer saying it's just roasted pecans and rolled her eyes. I was pretty pissed at this point and other girls seemed super apoplectic about it and was really nice to us. I appreciated everyone else who were working hard to get through the line and help everyone without any issues. Upper management should take a look at it asap! read more

I wish I could give this stand zero stars because I have experienced the most rudest customer service. I was told the assistant manager on site goes by the name of Micheal or micah, I couldn't hear correctly. I was trying to ask a simple question and they gave me a VERY VERY passive aggressive look and answer. Goodness :( not to mention how unhelpful they were towards the other baristas, I've witnessed them be rude to them as well!! Do not come to this stand if that particular manger is working, not to nice to customers. As for the other baristas... Godspeed ladies. read more
