Visiting Seattle for the day and needed a (third) cup of coffee . I had seen teo Victoria's so we had to stop in and try it out. The barista was very nice and the interior is simple and cute. We got an Americano with their homemade Salted Caramel syrup and a double espresso. The espresso was a medium roast and pretty strong. The Americano was honestly pretty bland. I was hoping for more of the salted caramel flavor but didn't taste any of it unfortunately.
A handsome barista convinced me to get a cappuccino at Victrola because, apparently, Victrola has the best cappuccino in the country. Anyway, it was a pretty good cappuccino; not sure if it's the best ever (I've always been a latte gal), but I enjoyed it a lot. The coffee shop was also pretty cool and chill.
Overall service was fast, and the interior was a nice space to get work done or lounge with friends. We got the cortado, which came with sparkling water, and their seasonal pumpkin pie latte. Coffee overall was great; however, we wished the pumpkin pie latte was mixed properly as all the pumpkin sauce was pooled on the bottom and we did not realize until we drank most of it.
Victrola is my favorite coffee in Seattle and I make an effort to stop in everytime I'm in town. I went to the location a 300 Pine, which is just down the block from 108 Pine location. This location has slightly shortened hours than the other. All of their syrups are homemade, so I was excited to try one in a latte. I got a large latte with cardomom honey syrup. It came out looking beautiful and the cup was enormous. Both the coffee and the syrup were delicious. They also offered a number of pastries and to-go sandwiches and snacks, but we did not partake in those on this visit. Would highly recommend Victrola to anyone in the Seattle area!
Depending on the person. You see... I liked it! But it wasn't for my husband or son. Only because they're not that type of people, wheee they just sit back and chill with a cup of coffee. Which is why I said MAYBE. But for me, I chose a mocha. Still had a hint of coffee in it. I had that FROTH on the top of my mocha. It was pretty frothy! lol! Anywho, the ambience is quiet, mild, laid back k. Someplace you'd wanna start your morning off before you take a walk around the Public Market. It's a cozy little shop that has vintage look. Like back in the 70's.
I love the ambiance inside the cafe. It encapsulates that warm, cozy feeling removed from the frigid air outside. There are seats to chatter inside as well as a long wood "bench" in front of a glass wall to observe the bustling downtown streets. I ordered a decaf vanilla lavender latte with oat milk. I absolutely LOVED it! It was so creamy and had a very light vanilla flavor to back up a floral taste. The baristas were kind and very helpful when we had questions about what beans to purchase for a french press

Victrola Coffee Roasters offers a pleasant coffee experience with a cozy atmosphere. I got a Warm Vanilla Latte with Oat Milk. While the price point was a bit high for a small latte, the quality was evident. The sweetness from the syrup, with visible black specks from fresh vanilla, complemented the good taste of the coffee. Despite the cost, I'd get it again. The interior is nice, with tables and chairs perfect for working or chatting with friends. The barista was friendly and made me feel welcome. I always pass by this place on my way to Pike Place Market and finally decided to check it out--I'm glad I did. It's a lovely spot to take a break and enjoy a well-made coffee.
Victrola Coffee Roasters was on my list of coffee shops to visit while I was in town, so we stopped by for my third coffee this past Thursday afternoon after a filling lunch at Pike Place. The interior has good ambiance with cozy seating and relaxed vibes. They close pretty early (4 PM on Thursday, at least) so no sitting and lounging for too long! I got a cold brew but I thought it was over-steeped (and it was too bitter because of it). I wasn't very impressed. They only do basic coffee offerings here (typical espresso-based drinks with syrups, drip, etc.) so nothing fancy like pour overs or anything.
One of the best coffee spots I've had so far in downtown Seattle! I got a caramel iced latte and it was super delicious. They shared that they get their caramel from a local shop that specializes in it. I was recommended this place by a coworker and I'm glad I came! I even picked up a bag of dark roast coffee beans to try at home. Can't wait to come back next time I'm in the area.
I was visiting Seattle and enjoying a walk around the city. I decided to pop in for an afternoon pick-me-up, and this coffee shop was conveniently located, had lots of places to sit and rest, and didn't have a line like the other coffee places down the block. I didn't let Victrola's lack of popularity deter me! There were a few baked goods for sale that didn't look appetizing at all, so I wasn't tempted. Ordering was quick and easy, and the barista was casually friendly - not overly warm or welcoming, but who cares if the coffee's legit. I chose a regular cappuccino and took a seat. I liked that my coffee to stay was served in a proper ceramic cup. Other places I visited on this trip put my coffee in a paper cup, which I can't stand when I'm "dining in." The espresso was hot and tasty, not super velvety or anything that stood out as being extraordinary, but in a sea of coffee shops in a city that has a glut of them, this was a solid cappuccino. The beans were obviously high quality, and the crema and foam were both thick and rich. But at just over $7 for a small, plain cappuccino including tax and tip, it's overpriced. To be fair, EVERYTHING in Seattle is astronomically priced, and $6+ is the going rate for a coffee beverage. My coffee art was mediocre and if you care about that sort of thing, you'll be disappointed. I also carry my own Splenda with me always, since hipster coffee joints like this don't usually offer it. If you're picky about your sweeteners (like me), always have a supply on hand yourself. All in all, Victrola Coffee Roasters delivered what I needed it to, and that was a hot and tasty dose of caffeine. Would I seek this place out again? Probably not, but they put out a quality product.
Cute coffee place right near the water in downtown Seattle. They have a pretty basic menu but great coffee espresso and lattes. Cute areas to sit down and plenty of places to people watch. Great place too! Stop by and grab a quick cup of coffee if you're around the area.
For a chain coffee, I was very surprised at how great the quality of the coffee is. They are located inside a building and have ample space to sit. I ordered a cortado with oat milk. Their drinks come with a a little sparkling water which was a nice touch , you can cleanse your palate. Strong coffee, decent prices, and great location. read more

Nice tranquil coffee shop to visit after Pike Place Market. Located just two blocks away, this corner cafe has lots of interior seating and comfortable chairs to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the busy streets of downtown Seattle. I ordered a cappuccino which came out with a cute heart. The service was nice and timely. The espresso in the drink was rich and locally sourced, which I appreciated. read more

A handsome barista convinced me to get a cappuccino at Victrola because, apparently, Victrola has the best cappuccino in the country. Anyway, it was a pretty good cappuccino; not sure if it's the best ever (I've always been a latte gal), but I enjoyed it a lot. The coffee shop was also pretty cool and chill. read more

We had a quick early morning flight from LA and she hadn't had her morning coffee, so as soon as we hopped off of the train at Westlake it was nice to see Victrola right there waiting for me! Things were nice and calm in here, I ordered an iced oat latte with a little bit of their honey syrup. I'm totally not a "syrup" in a coffee drink type gal. I don't like sweet drinks of any sort really, but I noticed most coffee shops in Seattle have their homemade syrups. It's obviously a thing, so when in Rome right? Hit me with the syrup, lightly please. Great oat latte on the rocks. I'd definitely recommend this spot. It was a short walk to our hotel from here, so super convenient location. read more

In the land of crappy Starbucks coffee , I found amazing coffee. Pumpkin cappuccino That pumpkin cappuccino was delicious, smooth and not overly sweet. Even better they don't use bitter, under ripe coffee cherries. 5 stars for being open at 7am. Why oh why aren't coffee shops open until 8am or later in a city known for their coffee? The hubby ordered his usual iced vanilla almond milk latte. It was smooth, strong and memorable. I got the guava kombucha that morning after suffering a tummy bug. Make those probiotics work! This Victrola location is spacious, has ample seating, great people watching and serving great drinks. read more
I've ordered a mocha and my wife a latte. The coffee roasting and flavor applied to both. It lacks of boldness and character. With my mocha, the chocolate flavor was not strong enough to make it a mocha. It normally depends on the person who makes it on how he balance the chocolate portion. In this case, I think the chocolate is the issue whatever they use. Bottom line is the coffee beans they use was not to my taste and I like sophisticated and bold flavor so it could be just me. I ordered whole milk but it also lack of the creaminess. The after taste of the coffee bothers me as well. read more
This was the last coffee stop on my trip to Seattle-and I was so happy they had cardamom! The latte was great, it was 7am on a weekday downtown so there was only one guy working. I think the coffee shop is connected to an office building, so it's more industrial/less cozy. The perk was that it's next to the train station where I hopped on to go to the airport immediately after. So if you're looking for a downtown coffee shop before your hour long train commute to SeaTac, then stop by here. read more

It was my first time trying Victrola coffee roasters. I enjoyed the Latte. Loved it. I got to enjoy my coffee sitting there, working little bit. Overall great experience. This is my to go place in Seattle from now on. read more

Best latte in a L. O. N. G. time! Barista was pleasant and very busy despite her 2nd team member not showing, during a very busy and long rush. Also their chai is 'home made' and steeped overnight for full bodied spicy chai (not sweet). Mia is a great customer service provider. read more

must've been an off day because the cold brew I got was very sour and I couldn't even finish it. also was not sure how I felt about the service I received from the cashier. The person ahead of me had an engaging conversation and was helped attentively. I asked for a cold brew and was immediately responded and asked with "Okkayyyyy? What size?" (That's how it sounded like, at least). When it was time for the person behind me to do, the cashier had a more cheerful attitude. Again maybe I overthought it and was an off day, but I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. read more

Victrola was my first stop the morning of my birthday, and I couldn't have picked a better spot to go to! The ambiance was cozy and reflective of Seattle's frequent rainy weather, plus lots of really cool things to look at and purchase. The baristas were so fun to talk to about coffee and things to do in Seattle - one of them even recommended the second tour I went on that day, the Seattle underground tour! The other barista made the best pumpkin spice latte (has a different name but unfortunately I forgot it) I've ever had - still thinking about it to this day. Overall it was a great visit and I can't wait to go back again! read more

Victrola got me daydreaming about cappuccinos! I'm usually an iced latte person but I was in town and it was a rainy day so I went in and went for a hot drink and the cappuccino looked pretty solid from other reviews and pictures. Great coffee!! I don't drink what coffee people say is "real" coffee. My standard order is a mocha... so that's exactly what I got here. While not as sweet as many other coffee shops, the coffee itself is not bitter at all so they can get away without totally sweetening it up! Decor is nice, clean and modern and staff was friendly. Lots of seating available. I only took away one star because they are on the pricier side. I guess it's to be expected with good coffee. read more

My bus drives past this coffee shop every day on my way to work, so naturally (me, being a coffee shop enthusiast) I've been wanting to try it out for a very long time! I've had coworkers who have stopped by and say they really enjoy the coffee there and it always seems to be packed with people. I finally got the chance to stop by a few weeks ago and see what Victrola is all about. My first impression when I walked in was that it was part of the Amazon building's lobby (or at least right next to it), which I didn't know. It was also super busy, the line was pretty long, but it did move fast so that was good. As I was standing in line, I was looking at the food/pastries they offered and I was shocked by one thing: the price. For a regular almond croissant it was $5-6! That to me was ridiculously expensive. I ordered a mocha coffee (I love chocolate!), extra hot, and it really delivered. The coffee taste was so good, not too sweet but also not too bitter. It was perfect! AND, I usually struggle with getting my coffee extra hot (I'll order it but they never usually make it extra hot), so I was really happy that they made it the way I wanted :) I'll definitely be back - not for the food, but for the coffee :) read more

I came to this Victrola with a friend and ordered a latte with mulling spice! I had trouble deciding on a syrup, so the barista let me sample some of them, which was amazing customer service :) I think the mulling spice syrup in the latte was great, since it did not really mask the coffee flavor but added to it! I also love sweet things, so it made it better. My only complaint is that the price is very high for such a small cup. Might come back if I am in the area and needing coffee! read more
