The painting guys did really well and my carpet was not damaged and my furniture was ok and the furniture was moved and returned to the right place. The painters were nice and respectful and if you have a PAINT ONLY job they can do it. The repair was terrible. Really terrible. Really really terrible. They were planning to fix the drywall with shortcuts and when asked to have it fixed right, I was charged more to fix it right compared to the quoted price. I was ok to pay a little more if the job was done right and we told him that the main concern was to do the job right. I would have give a great review if it was done right even if it costed more. We agreed on a new price and the work continued. The texturing is really bad and doesn't match. When I told the crew that the texturing was terrible they said they weren't done yet and it would be better when they finished so we stayed out of their way so they can finish the work. They just painted over the bad texturing. Also, the answer on the quality of the repair is that my house is 20 years old and they don't make that texture anymore. And that I can see it because I know the repairs but others can't see it. This is not legitimate, texture doesn't have a time limit! And I will let you be the judge if you can see it or not. Overall I think I should've been told that the texture would not match and had the option to find alternatives before work stared. I was instead told they did this all the time, it would not be noticeable, and they can even build a whole house with the team that they have. The guys that did the texturing sprayed other walls and that did not get cleaned either before painting on top of it making a bigger mess. Although wiping down the walls before paint was in the quoted price and agreement, not a single wall was cleaned or wiped down proir to painting. The guys that did the texturing didn't really care about the work and kept going with the wrong texture.

They transformed a 24 year-old shower/Jacuzzi combo with a doorless curbless walk-in shower. Which included floor to ceiling custom porcelain wall tiles, floor tiles, and a glass frameless shower enclosure. They removed/bricked up the outdated 5 x 5' shower block and replaced with a smaller more modern frosted window. The results are stunning. Both bathrooms vanities replaced with beautiful quartz countertops. The results were so nice that I was compelled to update my kitchen with the same bathroom countertops and then made a decision to paint the interior & exterior to match the bathrooms. Jose and Arturo painted my house (inside and out) to make it look brand new. The showpieces were the freshly painted kitchen cabinets and matching fireplace. The exterior was painted fresh and clean, and walking inside, was a wonderful experience like living in a new home with the same address. :-) My sales rep, Chad Williams, did a fantastic job with bathroom remodel recommendations and painting suggestions. He also provided a thoroughly detailed estimate, and I was not surprised by any additional charges. Contrary, there were a few minor changes of things I did not need, and the estimate was adjusted accordingly. I called a few days later and scheduled an appointment. The painters came on time the work was done in timely manner. When the work was done Noah came out and we did a walk thru to inspect the work. They did not do that and the stain they applied starting chipping months later. We paid $1200 for this project. We explained our issue to the owner and he came out to take a look. He explained that it was due to the previous stain causing his stain to come off. (It was chipping like paint) and that it was not his problem. When discussing further he started yelling and me and raising his hands around while I am sitting in chair. We talked later on the phone and he refused to redo the project and refused to give us our money back. He called me and my husband ignorant and "fuckers". DO NOT USE THIS GUY. He is rude, arrogant, and will do a rushed job and lie to your face about it.

In my reply, I gave them my cell number and requested they text before calling, as I don't answer strange numbers, and that I would not be available on certain specific days of the week -- and what do you know, they called without texting (strike one) and asked to schedule for a day I said I was not available (strike two). We did agree on a day/time that worked for me and they were a no-show, without any notice that they weren't planning to come by (strike three). Later that day, they asked to come out and I would have been okay, but I work from home on the days I am at the house and I explained that I could not walk around the outside of the house with them (due to the timing and my schedule) but could spend a few minutes orienting them (we have no dogs in the yard or anything hazardous) and they could email me the estimate. Instead, they tried to reschedule (strike four?). At which point I figured I had one estimate in-hand, another company had looked at my house and I was expecting an estimate at any time, and I had yet another company that hadn't been out yet. I explained this politely and then got three, one-line comments through the Yelp portal to the effect that they regret missing the appointment. I regret it, also, but I expected to be treated more professionally by someone who wants my business.
