We chatted and he asked me to text our exact address (which I did) and he texted back that he had a couple of jobs near us but that he thought he could be with by 7pm. It got to about 8.30pm so I texted and he called back and said he could be with us in 15 minutes if it wasn't too late or he would come first thing in the morning. I said please come now and he did. It was Victor himself, a real gentleman who REALLY knows his stuff! 45 minutes later the sink was flowing again like magic. He cleaned everything up and took care to wear shoe covers and gloves. We had a sewer backup issue affecting the back unit/ADU while also dealing with separate toilet issues in the front house. Here are my experiences with them: (1) We noticed a sewage smell in our bathroom, got some quotes for a plumber to come take a look, and went with Rishon because of their competitive quote and stellar reviews. George came out, was honest that he couldn't find anything wrong, and only charged us for his time. (2) We installed an RO filter and got quotes on yelp for the install, mentioning that we wanted to put the RO faucet in our existing air gap. Rishon gave us a good quote, but moreover they were the only ones who pointed out that replacing the air gap with a faucet would be against code in our area. We wound up doing the install DIY, but Rishon's comment helped us figure out that our original plan wasn't going to work. (3) To fix a problem with our freezer, I needed to seal off the line from under our sink to the fridge. I tried to DIY it, but the cap was still leaking after a few attempts. I gave up and contacted George to ask him to fix it. But instead he asked for a photo, then just explained to me what I was doing wrong. That's right, I *tried to hire them* and instead they helped me do it myself and saved me the money. Great experience overall, I got 3 quotes and they were the cheapest, but they did pretty decent…read morework. I had both my bathrooms changed from the old 3 knob shower to a more modern single knob shower thingy, plus updating the waste disposal piping/internals. Although the base quotes and labor was cheap, I did ask for some custom stuff which cost extra, and I think they put quite a big markup on them. For example, I wanted brushed nickel finish on my shower fixtures and drains and it cost $360. I looked at Home Depot and it was much less than that for that kind of stuff. Other than that, the technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. The thing that stands out the most about them was their dedication and their customer service. I was having my shower valves and waste disposal replaced but also wanted to reglaze my tub. Long story short, something happened with that reglazing company that might've flooded my downstairs neighbor and Greg hopped on a call with me late at night and talked me through how to check if everything was ok. This took 40 minutes, and thankfully nothing leaked out of my waste disposal. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the services provided and will be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

Not only was that bait and switch (only if they can clean the drain from the cleanout only, which is unlikely with a shower), that plumber came out, told me they could've done the job cheaper, and then failed to be able to fix the clog. I called yesterday, and Brandon from Flood Brothers came today, put five minutes of hard work and elbow grease in and figured it out and fixed the problem. It was just a giant hair clog!
