Wow. His price was fantastic too. You don't see "fantastic" prices this millennia, but this guy knows what he is doing. You property managers out there looking to get rich... Welcome to your go-to guy. He will stretch the life of your slum rental's carpet beyond your wildest dreams. You will start allowing multiple pets on all of your properties and switch all floors to carpet after seeing what this guy can do. You poor owners of sick/dying pets - bless your hearts... For a full sofa deep clean the total came out to $220. The cushions and sofa covers were power washed. I wasn't watching the clock. He took less than an hour each appointment. Decent Cleaning but hidden fees…read more Had it done yesterday- they have a coupon for ($60 for 4 areas)- I needed my stairs done most of all (which counts as one room) and then chose 3 other areas which needed a little help. When I first called, the woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and professional. She offered me an appt. the very next day with a 3 hour window. She told me that there was a "trip fee" of $10 to drive to Carlsbad- I said ok (I mean do I really want to argue over $10?) When the technicial arrived- right at the end of the window- very nice- he told me that he needed to "pre-treat" my stairs which meant he uses a stronger set of cleaner and it costs an extra $10. I didn't think it really needed it since there were no stains, just light traffic marks, but I said ok (again, who am I to argue over $10?) He cleaned the 4 areas very quickly once he was set up-- about 35 minutes. Overall, the carpet looked clean. My only complaint is that is seemed a bit more wet than I would have liked and it had a chemical smell (when the doors are closed). Some areas were not dry until the following day. I wrote a check for $79.95 (if I used a credit card, it would have been an additional 4% [$3.20] on top of that) So, overall, my carpet is clean. But I am a bit disappointed that the statement on the coupon "$14.95 per area, Basic service with no hidden fees" is not true. I paid an additional 33% ($20) of hidden fees.

Like I said, they have been around since the Sears days. Which I have read has gotten worst. These guys went out on their own, and I am still using them for my carpet cleaning. On the day of the appointment, the technician showed up late and at the wrong address, even though I had clearly mentioned I had a meeting at 9am. That already threw off my morning. I also had a very small carpet stain nearby maybe 5" x 5" and asked if he could do a quick clean on it. I was surprised to be charged $25 for something that took almost no time. Then, once he was already inside my home with all his equipment set up, he told me the quote would actually be $253, not the $199 I had been given. At that point I felt completely stuck. I hadn't budgeted for that kind of jump, and it honestly left a really sour taste in my mouth. The technician himself was polite, but the experience overall felt misleading and left me out of pocket.
