Jen was remarkable with my questions, concerns, suggestions, budget - you name it - she listened and would offer professional comfort (is there such a thing in carpet cleaning if so this company offers it). Their prices seemed on par with others (and I got alot of quotes) but it was Jen's level of knowledge and understanding that stood out. She quoted me a price but said the tech would assess the situation (while there) and modify the price if he didn't think certain carpet areas needed heavy treatment.
