I went back to have them fix it, and even after tipping $15, they asked for an additional tip, which felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I don't mind paying for good service, but changing prices in the middle of the service and pushing for extra tips is unacceptable. I left very dissatisfied and would not return.

I must've got hit with some "extras", but I didn't ask beforehand what it would cost, so not going to ding them for that! Here I am three weeks out, no lifting or chipping.
