The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and packed with flavor. We love the "hidden gem" feel -- it's such a fun, under-the-sea vibe with festive boat-style décor and all the bells and whistles that make the experience unique every time. Our server, Tori, is one of our favorites and always takes great care of us. She's attentive, friendly, and makes every visit even better. Highly recommend!

They put together a veggie boil which had potatoes corn and broccoli with garlic butter and seasoning. The table tried mozzarella sticks, fries, onion rings, and hush puppies as well. The rest of the table indulged. My niece got the king crab kings which was listed as market price. You can only a pound, not a half pound. This was $100, but was enjoyed. On weekends they have a special of 1/2lb of shrimp, 1/2lb of snow crab legs and one lobster. A few people opted for this and enjoyed it. Restaurant has a causal vibe. Nothing fancy but still a splurge. Party of 8 and the hill was under $400 when with an order of king crab legs. Definitely worth the price. Plus they allowed us to bring a special birthday cake for the birthday girl and even sang to her. Hannah provided great service the entire night!

We had a really good dinner here. Service was friendly and attentive. Plates were cleared…read morefrequently and we were offered additional refills on our soup base. We started by choosing our base. My husband had the tom yum (kha?) one and our granddaughter had the classic and I chose the chicken one. My base started out a bit salty, but after all the additions it was perfect -- no need to add extra soy or salt to the broth. For sauces I chose two standards -- hoisin sauce and a mix i made of some soy sauce and vinegar (which I used for the dumplings). At our leisure -- it's all you can eat -- we tried many of the offerings. We skipped most of the exotic ones -- except my husband who happens to like chicken feet. I went for the seafood first. And liked most of what I chose, especially the large prawns which were my favorite. And I also really liked the rounds of shrimp paste. The clams were tiny, but good. The blue crabs were small and awkward to eat when so hot. I'd skip them next time. I also tried some beef and pork, but found the seafood options more to my liking. Of the veggies, I had a mix just to try a number of things. The baby bok choy leaves, the cabbage, and the bean sprouts were good, but I fell in love with those tiny little enoki mushrooms. My least faves were the taro and the hard squash For dessert, they also have fresh fruit (cherries, etc.) and cake squares on the buffet. And a separate ice cream bar. I liked their green tea ice cream the best. We were so stuffed when we left. But happy campers. We felt the price of the AYCE was well worth it here. We'd definitely come again. I think it's more fun with a group.

Local Hot Pot convenient to us with a very clean restaurant and fast friendly service staff!…read moreMy wife had book marked this place a while and we had our granddaughter visiting who also had hot pot on her bucket list. We each tried different broths and gathered the multiple protein and veggies available. I stuck with mainly seafood items and did try the chicken feet ... Yummy! Staff was attentive and helpful in refilling broth pots as needed. A Delicious dining experience!

She stayed on top of everything, handled the entire bar along with our table with ease, and made excellent recommendations that did not disappoint. Her customer service was exceptional, and you could tell she genuinely cared that everyone had a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the portion sizes were just right. We also loved the warm, family-friendly atmosphere--it made us feel right at home. We can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

After my husbands 39th dose of chemo in the past 18 months for metastatic esophageal and liver…read morecancer, he asked me to eat at Eagle Grill. This is special, he is only able to eat after receiving steroids with the chemo dose which allows his tumors to open up enough to get solid food past the obstructions. We sat at the bar as we have done a couple of times with his previous infusions. He asked for a chicken breast since he has cancer and is not able to eat much. Explained that he's had the kids portion previously. The bartender rudely replied, "we don't have a chicken breast on the kids menu" and proceeded to curtly list the items on the kids menu insinuating that my husband is a liar and there is no other option aside from "the entree". As a nurse of 33 years I am sickened and appalled that my clearly sick husband would be treated this way by anyone. Have a great day yourself Charlie. I won't be back EVER, especially after my husband's inevitable and impending death. Anyone who has a loved one that is ill and trying to live with their illness should never step foot in this place.
