He could have immediately played on my concerns and sold me a step runner plus installation. Oh, my dog has not issues with the laminate steps. Now, Paulo and his assistant who installed my laminate was always superior! They made me aware of a few minor defects which I figured would be an issue. They repaired them, for a reasonable fee, which Michael info me about and indicated an estimate in the contract. So, I was not surprised. Anyway, the two men did an excellent job. They were extremely thorough; thereby, leaving nothing to change. They cleaned up after themselves, daily! I can not say enough about how great these two men were in both service and installation.
