He actually taught me several things about the AC and showed me how to do some repairs myself and where to get parts, and lo and behold it worked like a charm! The team has never tried to upsell and has always walked through every recommendation without pressure. Only once did we need some tuning that resulted in fees beyond our annual maintenance costs.
