We recently hired C.H. Anderson Construction for a major home project, and we could not be happier with the results. They completed a full, down-to-the-studs remodel of our primary bathroom--even addressing underlying floor bracing issues to ensure everything was structurally sound--repaired our deck, installed a new gutter system, and expertly managed a whole-house re-pipe. We also had a serious mold problem in our primary bathroom and they recommended a wonderful remediation company to take care of it first; then seamlessly took over to rebuild everything better than before. This job required a wide range of trades, and their level of coordination was top-tier throughout. A huge part of why this project was such a success was Pedro Todaro and his team. Pedro's communication was exceptional--he was on-site pretty much daily, very responsive, and kept everything moving expediently. It was an absolute pleasure working with him every day. A special shout-out as well to Pedro, the jobsite lead, who was also fantastic. His attention to detail, precision touch-up work, and quick handling of minor details throughout the job definitely contributed to the exceptional quality and the final results. Honestly, I hear about horrific experiences with General Contractor's all the time and I didn't know what to expect, but this process literally could not have gone better from start to finish whether it was communication, when payments were due, when we had to pick out certain things for our kitchen or our master shower the team was just so good and efficient, and when they actually started construction, they were done with our entire kitchen and master bath within six weeks, which again was hard to believe. "I love my Contractor," said no one ever... Unless you met Pedro Todaro of CH Anderson! Back in September I embarked on bringing my upstairs out of the 80's and into the 21st Century. I had renovated my main floor back in 2017 and suffered from PTSD from that experience of hiring a horrible contractor. I was looking for a Contractor I could trust, someone local and who could work within my time frame and budget. Pedro came to my house, listened to the ideas I wanted and recommended several designers he had worked with in the past that I might want to use. I chose Erin Brown and between Pedro and Erin, my dream became a reality. The remodel was no small task, and we had a few hiccups along the way (delayed shipments from outside companies we had ordered from, orders getting cancelled at the last minute, etc.). However, Pedro's positive attitude and motto of "let me know when you find something I can't do," kept me encouraged and trusting that he would get it done. I was able to move into my dream home the night before Thanksgiving and I was so happy! And then...over the Thanksgiving weekend, while I was away, I had a flood, completely unrelated to the upstairs renovation! Once again, Pedro and his crew (Pedro Minatti, Juliano, Alexandre & Gustavo) came to my rescue. They came over immediately and did enough water mitigation to get my house livable to host 30 family members over the Christmas Holidays. Pedro helped me navigate the insurance claims and again worked with my timeline and budget to repair and renovate the main floor. From our first interaction with CH Anderson we knew they were the right company for our job. Our project manager/contractor Pedro Todaro and his Brazilian dream team were fantastic. We had a tight 3 month turnaround, and they delivered right on time. From demo to tile, hot mop to paint, cabinetry to countertops, Pedro and his crew did an amazing job. At one point, I was losing sleep over a green tile choice in our bathroom. After it was fully installed, I just couldn't shake my doubts. Without hesitation, Pedro reassured me that if I wasn't 100% happy, it was worth changing, even with our tight timeline. Ch Anderson did a 6 month long home remodel project on our house, which included bathroom renos, kitchen updates, installing appliances, lots of tile work, and many other miscellaneous improvements. I found them to be very responsive during the bid process. Good communication and follow up. They were not the most expensive, but they were not the cheapest either which is typically where I feel is the best place to land. I was very happy with the subs who worked on the project. Craftsmanship was very good and my husband and I are very particular.
