I've been coming to this location for awhile , but after the last few times I will be trying other spa's . It started out fine . A nice place with no T.V.'s , spa music , clean , new plastic liners for each client, and a reasonable descent mani/pedi . The first part is still true , but the last part is not . I went in about a month ago and the girl giving the manicure part sliced my finger while filing . It bleed and left an open cut for days . Okay things happen . I went back to give them another try . The constant chattering between the staff was not relaxing , my girl doing the pedicure seemed to have a cold and never covered her mouth when sneezing , the girl doing the manicure was switching between me and someone else never giving me her full attention and seemed to keep forgetting where she left off and the extra massage i paid for was sub par . I've been coming here since they opened and have enjoyed the tranquil ambiance and quality massages from the therapists. I specially like Jin who is able to address my problem and relieve my pain every time. They have recently added pedicure and manicure services in the front room. read more

I came in for a mani pedi and a shoulder massage very pregnant and the ladies took such good care of me + did a beautiful job. Tran did my mani/pedi and Amy did my massage. Very average nail salon. Their manicures are sometimes awesome and sometimes not great. Staff is friendly but they seem to focus on the massage side of their business more than the nail part. read more

The seating here is somewhat strange. It's a really long bench that everyone sits in for pedicures. They offer an extended massage and added in extras. I decided against them because I was in a hurry, but may come back and try it out if time and convenience permits. read more

Compares favorably with the best Shanghai has to offer (where I lived for 17 years). I can't say enough about Cha Spa! It was such a great experience from start to finish. I came in for a massage and seriously left floating. From the lovely space, to the friendly receptionist, to tea and snacks, I felt welcomed right away. And the massage itself? Absolutely phenomenal! Worse place ever! Will not go back again - totally judgmental and rude! I had been there before and they did a great job. Unfortunately I went to a different place and the lady wrecked my nails, cuticles and cut my finger. Bad choice on my end - So I thought Cha Spa would be able to fix my hands. Thank God for Cha Spa. I have been here a handful of times and it never disappoints. I lucked out my first time and had Jing for my 30 minute back massage. She is THE BEST - made sure that the pressure was right and I was comfortable. The spa is clean, quiet, and very relaxing. Parking isn't an issue - there's a lot right in the back, and making an appointment couldn't be easier. I wish I could come every day, but I try to visit Jing once every 2-3 months to get all the knots out! Highly recommend Cha Spa!! read more

Usually they give great massages but today oh my god it was terrible. I have never been in so much pain in my life. I am crying right now because I am in so much pain. The entire time she was giving me what was supposed to be a massage, I was counting down the minutes until it was over. The lady clearly didn't know how to give a massage and I was really thinking of getting up in the middle of the massage and leavening because I was so outraged with the massage. The only time I have gone to get my nails done there I actually did get up in the middle and leave because they were doing such a bad job. I came here for a massage after a friend told me how good Coco is, and she's not just good, she's the best! I've had back, neck, and shoulder issues for a few years and I've seen dozens of people for massage. Including ridiculously expensive ones at chiropractors offices, and absolutely NONE of them have been as good as Coco. I admit, I was shocked, I've had my nails done here but never would have thought to come for a massage. Coco is so thorough, and has worked out tightness and knots in my shoulders that no one else has been able to do, and I have never felt better! I now see her at least once a week because it's only $50 AN HOUR!!! Like, what?! I don't think I've ever had a massage so cheap, let alone a frickin good one. I hardly ever write reviews, but Coco is such a great find, so sweet, and the best at what she does, I just had to share. And being in the service industry myself, I have to say do not forget to tip!! Those of us in a service industry live off our tips and trust me, Coco more than earns it! read more

The ladies who gave us massages were constantly whispering, which was annoying, the 'relaxing' music was too quiet, so we couldn't even hear it, and the massages for both of us felt rough and rushed.
